Rosegal has stated that they resolved my complaint. Their resolution was simply an email stating that they sent the package out but are willing to refund my money. I have not received a package or a refund. Therefore, I fail to see how this can be considered a resolution. When either one, or both, appear, I will consider it resolved. Best regards,*** ***

with all the aggravation I had to deal with rosegal I find it best not to do business with this company--never have I had to deal with so much garbage in trying to purchase a product---it would have been easier to talk with someone instead of dealing with their "tickets" that they have to resolve issues

I refuse the business response for the following reasonsAlthough I appreciate the partial refund on the articles that have never been receivedThe articles I received are not suitable for wearingIt is completely transparent even though it has a slipit is misshapen and made of paper like clothI am afraid to touch it, much less wear it in publicWith all due respect, it would not even be suitable for a cleaning rag since I fear it will disintegrate in my handsThe packaged that arrived was all mangled and the items inside completely messed up into a ballthe bathing suit it not made for a human body as it has uneven sides I would appreciate the FULL refund because NONE can be used NOR donated.
