Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I finally received a response from them saying that I had to wait for the rest of my order to arrive before I could returnThey have a day return policy and the order has arrived in pieces (weeks apart from each other)By the time I get all the items it will have been almost days since the 1st deliveryIt has taken so long to hear from them/get all items, that I worry they are going to tell me it's been over daysThey have failed to provide me info needed to return the items that I've been sitting on for the past monthThere was no indication that items would be coming from another countryIt's probably going to cost MORE money to return the items than it was to actually purchase themIm not convinced this matter will be resolvedThey have YET to provide me with return infoAlso, lets not forget the customer service number and "live chat" is a farceI usually only buy things on line from big companies and I can honestly say I thought this was a legit companyI would like to see what happens before I close my complaintThanks!
