Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
First--I have already submitted TWO letters of cancellation, one in April, and one in May, both containing my signature, and the request to cancel at the end of the original contract which is in JUNE of this year
Second--There is no explanation as to the purpose of the $*** payment requested...Although this is much lower than the original request for $***, it is still more than would be owed through the end of my original contract
Third--The final line references that Safe Security is going to hold me to the terms of a contractTo which contract are they referring? The original contract that was signed through Pinnacle? or to the contract that I consider in dispute? or is this in reference to some other contract?
Until these three issues are resolved, I do not accept the response from Safe Security

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I have requested a written letter indicating
that my account has a zero balance and I am not under any "contract" with Safe security via telephone and via e-mail two weeks agoI sent another request via e-mail for a written document stating this last week and still have not received any response or a written letterMy concern is Safe Security will attempt to enforce an alleged "contract" at a later date and I need written proof I am not in a contract with Safe Security should this issue ariseThis concern is based on my recent experience with Safe security basically requiring I show proof I was not in a contract with them after the contract they allegedly purchased from *** was dissolved in ***Had I not saved all the correspondence with the *** Revdex.com and *** Security years ago, Safe Security would still be trying to impose a "self renewing contract" on meLuckily I saved all the correspondence and I need written documentation from Safe Security of this transaction stating I am not under any contractual obligation with the company for my records. clause that will expire in June ***Per the contract terms, a written cancellation notice is required no less than days prior to the end of the then-current termIn order to
cancel service, we will accept this letter of complaint as the written cancellation letter and will need a final payment in the amount of $*** which is a 50% discount off the
remaining balance

Not that it matters now but SAFE Security lied in their response. We never refused to pay as the credit card we used to pay our bill was and has always been in our account. The second lie was I never sent them a cancellation. My husband was told to send a signed hand written letter by e-mail to Annette Gonzalez. E-mail address we used was given to my husband over the phone by Annette. It was [email protected]. The e-mail was sent on the same day as the phone call with a phone of the signed statement to cancel my service with SAFE. No undelivered mail was returned to my e-mail address so therefore we consider Annette receive our handwritten cancellation as well as I asked for a confirmation which she never replied. Not once were we rude to SAFE. They were the ones threatening sending me to collections from the very first call when we asked to simply cancel after years of service with an alarm company that was sold twice. No one asked me if I still wanted the service.Sincerely, *** ***

On October 13, 2010, *** *** signed a contract with the initial terms of forty-two (42) months and an automatic annual renewal clause. This agreement will not expire until April 2018. In speaking with the customer, we did advise her of the contract balance that would need to be
paid in order to fulfill the terms of the agreement. The contract is in a renewal term and SAFE Security has applied a discount to the remaining balance. In order to cancel service, Ms*** will need to submit a payment of ***. SAFE Security will accept this Revdex.com complaint as the written notice of cancellation
