Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: the company is requesting "fulfillment" of a contract that is invalid and never renewed. The response also claims that a written cancellation letter with signature is needed though I have provided that some time ago. Renewal notices were never sent and Safe Security refuses to acknowledge that they are violating the terms of the year old contract

In regards to *** ***, our records indicate the following:
Mr*** does not have an active or inactive account with SAFE SecurityWhile we understand the concerns that Mr*** has brought forth at this point we do not have record of an account as per his indication he has a current system that he is happy withWe are more than willing to assist in the removal of this inquiry in Mr***'s creditWe will need to ask Mr*** to do his part in order to get this inquiry removed from his creditBelow is the process for credit removal
The *** *** must write a letter addressed to SAFE Security with all the consumer information, including the date the inquiry was pulled and that they dispute it
Once SAFE gets the letter, SAFE has to write a letter addressed to Transunion with all the consumer information, including the date the inquiry was pulled and that it was done in error
Both letters will then need to be faxed to:

Once received it should be about a week to have it removedAt which time Transunion will send a letter to the consumer informing them it has been removed

I don't feel like this was done in errorThat same day I received a call from a "Guy" from the company called dynamark who requested that they come in the next day to replace my outdated security PanelThey asked what I was paying currently So I told themWhat I now found weird is they replied as, "Ok we can honor that." This is the number they called Me from XXX-XXX-XXXXAfter I figured out what had happened I called back asked to speak to the manager more than one time and I never received a phone call backDo they use safe Security as a Funding source? If you can answer this question and the faithfully follow through with the removal of the hard inquiry I"ll be Happy! I also tried speaking with Safe many times and I was hung up on, and never received a phone call back eitherMy biggest concern is that someone out their has my credit information that should have never pulled itSo I'm not sure who when and how but it was a Hard hit to my creditI'll send out the letters today

This is a complete lie about attempting to contact me to fix the cameraI have spoken to many people at their company and they have sent a guy out here several times with no luckTheir tech spent two hours with me on the phone last friday and again no luck, so I guess rather than face the fact that their unit can't be fixed it would be best to lie and say I refuse to have them come hereI run a busy business here and it's difficult for me to be on the phone with them trying things I have no clue about and service my clients at the same time, so last friday after two hours I told their tech to just come here and he do all these things and make it work because If I wanted to install an alarm I would have just bought one from Radio shackThe bottom line is they can come make it work or come remove it from my office and I am sure after almost two months they more than likely can't make it workI will gladly keep the unit if they make it work, but I am NOT paying for a alarm that does not workI have all the emails to show my efforts to resolve this issue dating back to *** 26, *** and even asked for security decals for my door in the emails about times and can't even get thoseThis has been a waste of time for Safe Security and me as well and if they would just do their jobs we would not be at this pointI am easy to please, but this has been the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with and even the tech from last friday has not shown up to fix the alarmSo, I guess they will now say he came and I wouldn't let him in ? what a jokeAgain fix it or remove or leave here broken and not get paid it's up to them and I know Safe Security want their money just like I want my alarm working

On November 8, 2010, *** *** signed a contract with an initial forty-two (42) months term and an automatic annual renewal clause. This agreement will not expire until May 2018. SAFE Security will accept this Revdex.com complaint as the written notice of cancellation. In order to
fulfill the terms of the agreement, please submit the payment of $which includes a 50% discount off the final balance
