Impossible to contact the company; Undelivered product; Wrong product description/ "agreement" given once charges were disputed; Complete scam.
I ordered a free trial ($4.99 for S&H) of the Amabella Allure Skin cream online on 7/22/17; Order #*** After I received my credit card statement and saw that I had been charged for an additional two products each at $89.95, of which I had never received, I called my credit card company to further investigate the charges since my attempts at contacting this company was impossible and, therefore, unsuccessful. I was never able to get ahold of anyone through multiple phone numbers and emails I found online when trying to research this business since no contact information was ever provided. I never received the full sized products even though I was charged for them and I was never provided with proof that the full sized products shipped. This business subsequently gave my credit card company false information by providing an "example" copy of a shipment confirmation for the order (why wouldn't they send the actual order/shipping confirmation?)and attaching their cancellation policy and information relating to a different product, not the one I allegedly ordered. I never received any such policy, no confirmation of shipping or billing for the full sized products and my attempts to contact the business were unsuccessful. Given their other discrepancies in shipping, false advertising, difficulty in contacting anyone and their combative responses when presented with an issue, a refund is the proper remedy in this situation. I absolutely do not want anything to do with this company or their products. At the very least this business needs to be held accountable to all of the other people that it has scammed with no repercussions.

Desired Outcome

I never received the full sized products even though I was charged for them and I was never provided with proof that the full sized products shipped. This business subsequently gave my credit card company false information by providing an "example" copy of a shipment confirmation for the order (why wouldn't they send the actual order confirmation?)and attaching their cancellation policy and information relating to a different product, not the one I allegedly ordered. I never received any such policy, no confirmation of shipping or billing for the full sized products and my attempts to contact the business were unsuccessful. Given their other discrepancies in shipping, false advertising, difficulty in contacting anyone and their combative responses when presented with an issue, a refund is the proper remedy in this situation. I absolutely do not want anything to do with this company or their products. At the very least this business needs to be held accountable to all of the other people that it has scammed with no repercussions.

I tried AmaBella eye serum .Canceled after 1st order continue to charge.only could get part of my money refunded. Next I find on my charge card Golde.
Golden strenght e fitness mag.they have been charging me19.93 for over a yr. I did not order this amabella had something to do with this I a sercert disclaimer I was not aware of. I would like to try to get my money back.

Wish to stop all deliveries and charges but unable to reach the company to do so
I like others complaints on here, I wish to stop all deliveries and charges for these products. I have tried multiple times to reach the support number both on the invoice and the one on the Revdex.com site, and it tells me the # is not in service or it just disconnects me. My wish is to have AmaBella to cease all further shipments and charges for these products. I have tried to use their website which has been futile or not even up when I try to access it. In addition I also emailed the company ([email protected]) to cancel as well and they replied back to call customer service but of course the number provided did not work. I have been trying to cancel this for months now so, any advice or assistance is welcome.

Desired Outcome

I want the shipments stopped and billing as well. If possible, I would also like to return some items received for a refund since I have been trying to cancel receipt of them for several months.

I received a similar response via email from the company that everything would be fully refunded with in 3-10 Business days from 9/22. On 9/24, I received 3 refund transactions, each for $94.92, totaling only $284.76 (half of what they noted above). The three transactions show as follows on my account:

Since my comments on 15 Oct 2018, I still have recieved no futher refunds from the company and have heard nothing futher from them as well.

As previously noted, I have only received 3 refund transactions, all on 9/24/2018, each for $94.92, totaling only $284.76 (half of what they noted in the message to Revdex.com that they would refund).

To be able to close this complaint and say no further action is needed, I would like to receive the remainder of the amount which they have promised to refund (another $284.73).

I don't have all that information available. It has been gong on for months and being billed to my credit card.

TOTAL SCAM! I cancelled the cream after receiving 3 shipments at @ $90. a shot. I took the hit and tried not to think about what an it I was. Months later I began getting a charge for something called flexifits - some bizarre medical service. I finally got through to them. It was connected to the original skin cream thing!! Was charged $6.77 a month for 5 months before I realized it. Nobody cares...

I feel like they have literally stolen around $800.00 from me.
My daughter signed me up to receive a free trial of the cream. She said I had to pay 4.99 for shipping. I received my free cream within a few days I received another cream. She said she thought she might have submitted the order twice. I kept getting the item and returned it several times ~Writing on the box that I did not order nor want. It did not matter they continued to send it. Finally I quit returning it. The other week I noticed I had a 94.00 and something coming out of my account. I called the bank and low and behold it was for this small bottle of cream that I did not order nor authorize them to debit my account. There is no information when they send it to you ~ no bill, no receipt , no information on the company. The bank checked my account and they have been debiting my account for around 8 months. This is robbery in my opinion. I contacted the bank, they closed out that card. I received an email from AmaBella stating that my account had been closed ~ I NEVER OPENED IT!!

I still have some of the cream in a drawer that has never been used. I feel like they want you to try something you pay the shipping and they have your account information. Very deceitful. I did give some away because I had so much and it did not matter if I returned it or not I kept getting it.

We sent her a full size bottle to try for the 14 day trial period to see if she liked it, for just the cost of shipping and handling on a subscription basis. Our records indicate Ms *** has not made an effort to contact us. Our records also show that Ms. received refunds for several charges from her financial institution. Once charges are disputed, we are no longer able to issue refunds in avoidance of double reimbursement that result in fraudulent activities. In addition, Ms. account with us is inactive; therefore, she will not receive any further shipments. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of service and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

On Nov 27, 2017, I ordered ON-LINE some trial size facial Make-up from the Marie Osmond Collection. I received the Make-up a short time later and tried it for 2 to 3 weeks. I was not happy with the results, so I quit taking it. The total of this Order was $24.95. I did not request a refund for this trial size order.In December I received by mail, 2 full size bottles of the Make-up from Marie Osmond Company. A full size bottle of Skin Cream costing $89.92 and the Eye Serum for $84.95. Which totalled $174.87. When I received the Order I did not open it. I took it to the Post Office and with help from the Postmaster it was returned to the Sender. I called the Marie Osmond Company and requested that they not send any more products.I was not expecting an Order. I have looked several times and cannot find anywhere stating that I should receive further Orders. When I called the Company they said it was automatically sent because I ordered the trial sizes. I called the Company twice to ask for a refund on the products that I had returned, they said they had never received my return package. On the second call I was surprised to learn that I had another Order coming for January. I was told by 2 associates that because I had cancelled I would get NO credit back! I went to my Bank and cancelled my Credit Card so I would not get further charges.The December Order was $84.95 for Eye Serum and $89.92 for Skin Cream equalling $174.87. I received a refund of $50.97 and $53.95 equalling $104.92. A difference of $69.75. The January Order, for the Skin Cream was even more, $94.91 and the Eye Serum was $89.92, total of $184.83. Both of these bottles cost approx. $5 more than the month of Dec.The skin cream no. was 844-237-4148.The eye serum no. was 888-379-0365. I talked to both of these phone numbers2 or 3 different months.As I stated in my last communication with you, I did not receive any product on the 3rd order, and was charged. As of this date, April 23, I still have notreceived any product or refund. I would so much appreciate a fair refund.

Customer service and refund process are insane. Worst company ever! Product ships as 'Atheno' brand.
This is the worst customer service I've every received, and the employees know it. After requesting a cancellation and a refund, I was repeatedly offered lifetime discounts on the product, and the option to 'transfer it to a family member'. A. I'm allergic and B. I wouldn't transfer this to my worst enemy. I have 4 unopened product containers, including 1 mailing that hasn't even had the USPS seal broken, and they still won't take any of it back. I had to speak to 3 people to even get an OFFER of a partial refund, and that was only when I mentioned that I had seen the Revdex.com complaint list. I spoke with Susan, who was supposed to transfer me to a supervisor, then Jordan, who said I wasn't allowed to speak to a supervisor, and finally Froy, the supervisor, who would not process a partial refund while we are on the phone. I agree with the previous complaint - I consider this company a bunch of CROOKS at this point. They ship these products with no packing slip or phone info for contact. I finally find the contact number searching the web for skincare scams. My products say 'Atheno', and the charges have no accurate information listed on the bank statement. After back and forth with Froy, he says he can give me 50% refund but 'it's processed automatically', so whether or not I'll actually get it remains to be seen. I don't know if the product works or not, but I can't use it, and the fact that the return policy and refund policy fluctuates as much as it does tells you that this business is shady, shady, SHADY. I echo everything the previous complaint wrote - they DO NOT stand behind their product! This is the first complaint I've ever filed, and I wish I didn't feel compelled to do so, but these people need to be out of business sooner then later.

I'd like to send everything back for a refund, particularly as the packages are completely unopened. I'd also like to see the actual refund policy, since they seem to change it depending on the customer.

Never in my life have I encountered such awful customer service!! Basically I consider this company a bunch of CROOKS at this point. They ship these products with no packing slip or phone info for contact. I finally find the contact number searching the web. Once I call them and cancel I tell them that I want to return the product I just received this week. The first rep tells me that I can't do that because I already received it. I told him that I just received it this week, and it's unopened and it states on their website that I can return it. He tries to tell me that it's too late. After back and forth with him, he says he can give me 35% refund if I return it ...seriously?? Then telling me I am offered a 65% discount on any future purchases??! I ask for a Supervisor....finally get transferred to someone else, (who knows if he was an actual supervisor or not). That guy tells me he can give me back 50% refund for returning it. I'm trying to explain to him that it clearly states that I can return it within 30 days. He says it's based on "their" shipping date, which was the 9th, (even though I received it on the 30th) so, OK, STILL I am within the 30 days. He then says I would have to spend the money to overnight it to make sure that they receive it back to their warehouse and is processed in time, or NO refund....but what he could do (because they are just sooo great) is offer me a 75% refund right now, and then return it. Basically a take it or leave it proposition. I have 3 other jars of this stuff that have not been opened and would love to return all 3, when I mentioned that....they pretty much laughed. They have to know that this product is not good, if they are not accepting returns. What kind of company operates like that?! I took the 75% return deal, thinking that it would probably be another battle when I returned it and they would simply say that they didn't get it in time for a refund. Again, all I can say they are COMPLETE CROOKS! They should be put out of business for how they operate! If you have unopened product and want to return it, that should never be an issue....especially when this stuff is as expensive as it is, and doesn't work anyway! Obviously this shows that they DO NOT stand behind their product! If there was such a thing as a Negative star...I would give 5 (negative)! I feel completely robbed!!

This is unreal how they get away with this as a business practice, there needs to be a class action lawsuit against these people. I'm paying 89.99 for a product I never got a receipt for via, never received in the mail. When I tried to get my money back from the company that would not provide me evidence of purchasing, they refused to give me any money but but wanted to ship me more product of something I no longer wanted. I disputed it and they provided that to the bank but not me! WTF? The tracking number didn't work but the bank bought it. DO not buy off of Instagram or FB! I hope these people get whats coming to them complete robbery. We need a class action, anyone want to join me?

I just wanted the trial item just pay for shipping for 4.99 and now I have a charge for 89.92
On April 2 I was charged 4.99 which is correct now I see a charge on the charge card for 89.92 I did not agree to this charge. I see where the company is being investigated and I did call to complain I want this 89.92 credited to my account immediately and I dont want any futher charge on my card!!!!!!

Facebook ad led to an online purchase of Amabella and additional unauthorized purchases.
I followed a Facebook ad that claimed a celebrity used this product.....and advertised I could get a free sample....just pay shipping. I followed the link and followed their dangling carrot and due to preditory nature of their site, I was charged for an additional product I did not want as well. I immediately tried to cancel, sending an email to the company and called. Call center said I couldn't cancel with out trying the product for a certain number of days (2 weeks I believe), if I cancelled immediately they would change me full value of the product. I called on the exact day the call center told me I could cancel and was told I was too late. I argued back and they ended up refunding me the money. I thought it was behind me until today I realized there was a recurring charge on my credit card for a medical service (FlexEFit/Sociality) and when I called the ***# on my statement, I was told this also related to the Amabella purchase. Sociality phone rep said the 4 months of premiums would be refunded, we shall see if that comes true.
These people are crooks and prey upon consumers. Do not order from them, stay away!!! Revdex.com Please help shut this business down or change their business practices to something that is not predatory on those who wouldn't know how to fight the ludicrous charges!

According to our records, the customer ordered our skin cream and eye serum on a 14 day trial basis back on 10/14/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.99 and $4.97. The customer contacted our Customer Service within their 14 day trial on 11/06/2017 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled so our customer service cancelled their subscription that same day.

Please note that the only charges we billed to our customer were the shipping charges listed above. Please relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions.

Although there may be disclosure somewhere on the website it is purposely buried or veiled and not obvious to the typical consumer. In this way, they purposely mislead customers. The site where the purchase is made has a sequence of additional offers that extend the purchase without obvious disclosure to the consumer. I never wanted to 2nd product but assume small print linked to product 1 said additional products viewed would also be sent. A third product, really a medical service subscription, was also added and I never saw that or asked for it. It just started showing up on my Visa. When I called to ask company rep said it came from Arabella and that I was 3rd person she'd spoken with that day who had the same exact problem stemming from Annabella. I feel this is a predatory website and is overstepping reasonable practices.

When I signed up for this offer, I didn't see the part about the 15 day limit for cancellation.
I signed up in July 2017 & continued to receive the product thru March, not realizing the cost of the product (94.91) which was not listed on the slip included in the package. Had I realized the cost I would have cancelled immediately! Sadly we didn't notice the charge on the credit card bill until today, so we paid for 9 months for product. We ended up paying $783 for a product that I understood was free! I feel that I've been "ripped off" & would not suggest any one should do business with this company!

The trial expired on 07/29/2017 and due to the fact that the customer didn't cancel they were charged $89.92 for the original shipment. Due to no cancellation the autoship program took effect and we continued to bill our customer monthly until 03/01/2018. Here are the remaining charges:

$94.91 for the skin cream charged on 08/29/2017.
$94.91 for the skin cream charged on 09/29/2017.
$94.91 for the skin cream charged on 10/29/2017.
$94.91 for the skin cream charged on 11/29/2017.

The customer contacted our Customer Service on 03/21/2018 and requested refunds so we immediately cancelled their subscription and processed a 75% refund for their recent order charged on 03/01/2018 in the amount of $71.18. However we feel for our customer's concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus will be providing a full refund for the charge on 01/29/2018 and the remaining 25% refund for the order charged on 03/01/2018 for any misunderstanding when placing the order. Here are the refund confirmations:

$94.91 Trans ID: XXXXXXXX dated 03/26/2018.
$23.73 Trans ID: XXXXXXXXX dated 03/26/2018.

The refunds should reflect on the customer's account within 3 to 7 business days. Please relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions.

I sign-up for a free sample and charged me $400 dollars!
I sign-up for a free sample of AmaBella Allure Revitalizing Moisturizer and AmaBella Allure Eye Serum. I gave them my Visa Card number to cover the shipping/handling charge. Next they sent containers of each and billed me $89.92 and $89.95 respectively.
When I saw the charges I called their customer service number and was told they sent me a sample, and when I didn't cancel in 14 days there was an automatic order put in place & I was enrolled to get more and be charged. I told them I didn't signup for more, would NEVER in my life order $180 of skin creams and wanted to return the products and get a refund. The man said they don't accept returns or make refunds. When I told him I don't want this product and it keeps getting automatically taken out of my banking account, he said too bad we do not refund, but they could give me 50% off if I stayed.
I googled them and saw nothing but complains exactly like mine. They are a SCAM.

According to our records, the customer ordered our skin cream and eye serum on a 14 day trial basis back on 10/08/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.99 and $4.97. The trial expired on 10/22/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 10/22/2017: $89.95 for the eye serum and $89.92 for the skin cream. Due to no cancellation the autoship program took effect and we continued to bill our customer monthly until 02/23/2018. Here are the remaining charges:

$94.92 for the eye cream and $94.91 for the face cream charged on 11/22/2017, $94.91 for the face cream charged on 12/23/2017; please note we cancelled the subscription for the eye serum on 01/06/2018 due to several unsuccessful attempts to charge for that product. The final orders of skin cream were charged in the amount of $94.91 on 01/23/2018 and 02/23/2018.

The customer contacted our Customer Service on 02/28/2018 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did. However we feel for our customer's concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing a full refund for the 3 most recent orders (02/23/2018, 01/23/2018 and 12/2017) for any misunderstanding when placing the order. I was scammed by these guys as well. At the bottom of the website in very small font is the grayed out words "terms and Conditions". If you click on this you will see the Terms. However, since it is very obscure this is fraud. I was billed about $400 after I cancelled the subscription. I disputted the charges with my CC company and two months later it was resolved in my favor. Do not agree to pay these guys and extra other than the original $10.00. Just dispute it, they have no grounds since this is a deseptive practice.

This is a complete scam. I followed an ad on People.com that said the celebrity actor Matthew McConnaughey started this company (lie #1 - complete and false mis advertising). I signed up for the trial price product. I got the product and cancelled right away. Luckily I have not had any follow up charges but I'm watching my accounts closely.

That was back in November. Today in February I got a $6.77 charge from a company called "Flexefits" and I had no clue what it was so I called the company. I only gave the representative my zip code and last name, and they had my entire address and personal information! They told me that "When you signed up for your Allure Serum trial, you agreed to enroll in our company". I feel so violated! Absolutely I never signed up for this company, and I always read the fine print - it was no where.

This company needs to be investigated, why are they still able to operate in business when they have an F rating and not a single positive review?

Responded to online offer of free sample amabella skin cream. Began to receive jars monthly, no invoice. Discovered being billed c. $95 per 1 oz jar
Purchase date c. Sept, 2017. No order numbers, invoices, etc. Failed to notice $95 monthly charge until now (Feb 2018) Went back to website and noted obscure language regarding option to cancel "subscription." Noted that Amazon is selling same 1 oz jar for $30. Also note that credit card bill listed a Colorado phone number (855)3049663 for an outfit called LISKINCREAM. The product jar also has a CO number (888) 312 9445 and the words "Distributed for Amabella Allure, Greenwood Village CO 80111". Call to LISKIN got $35 credited against latest charge. At time of the call we were unaware of the earlier charges 'til we contacted credit card bank. Suggest CO Revdex.com look into it.
Moral of the story: check credit card bill very closely.

Desired Outcome

We would like our money back. We would also like the appropriate government agency to step in and stop these crooks.

However we feel for our customer's concerns and apologize for the inconvenience, thus will be providing a full refund for an additional order and the remaining 65% refund for any misunderstanding when enrolling in our trial offer. 1. After describing the wonderful features of this product, the email ad has a red button to push which brings you to another screen where you are asked to list your address and a credit card number for shipping charges.

2. No where on that screen are you told that after a 14-day trial you will be charged $94.91 cents for the product.

3. When the product arrives, it has no invoice listing the cost for the product, a shipping charge, and a phone number for customer service. NOTHING is in the box except for the small jar of cream.

This is a very fraudulent racket the company is running. I have been charged $94.91 five times. After talking to her supervisor, the person I spoke to today offered only to refund me three of these charges. Since I feel very much taken advantage of by this scam, I would like to get all five charges refunded. Please help me in any way you can.

ordered a Free Sample from this co. They continued to send me monthly product that I did not agreed on and was taking my money automaticly out of my account I went to bank to stop this and even got a new debit card, This Co. told my bank that I had signed a contract in which I never saw or agreed on,so the bank paid them out a provisional Credit and I was not notified about this until I found a overdraft on my bank balance and went to the bank to find out why. my error was ordering the free sample, They received a Total of $379.66 from me Please I feel like I have been scramed and they falsely advertised to get someone like me and who knows how many other.
