this company has extremely deceptive business practices. when I ordered the face cream and the eye serum I was not aware that I was just paying shipping and handling and that I would be charged almost $200.00 dollars for these two products. if there are details of what you are paying for and that you would be enrolled in a monthly subscription it is not clearly stated or visible at all. Also I was extremely dissatisfied with this product and did not notice any effect from it let alone in 15 short days which is how long I apparently had to try the product and return it to get my money back.. this was also not clearly explained when I ordered.. worst product and worst experience I have ever had.
warning to others.. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!!
ama Bella trial free product. Shipping charge of $4.99 each. I purchased the eye serum and cream. Total was $10
I read about the reviews after received the product. I read about the complaint. I emailed AMA BELLA ALlURE advising they do not have authorization to charge my account on October 16,2017 and on 10/22/2017 there are to pending charges in the amount of $89.95 each. I am claiming a full refund.

BUYER BEWARE!!! This company has very slick. Advertising is in SMALL print. This company needs money more than selling the product! They are rude!
BUYER BEWARE! THIS COMPNAY IS OUT FOR YOUR MONEYNOTHING ELSE. IF THEY WERE TRYING TO SELL A GOOD PRODUCT, THEY WOULD NOT TRY TO HIDE THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. WRITTEN IN VERY SMALL PRINT IS THEIR AGREEMENT TO CONTINUALLY CHARGE YOUR CREDT WHETHER YOU WANT THEM TO OR NOT. THEY SAY THE ONLY CHARGE IS SHIPPING AND HANDLING, BUT THEY ARE WRONG. THEY UNDERHANDEDLY WILL TAKE THE CARD NUMBER YOU GIVE THEM AND CHARGE AWAY. IF YOU ARE LIKE ME, NONEY IS HARD ENOUGH TO COME BY WITHOUT COMPANIES LIKE THIS TAKING IT!!! On 10/4, I ordered online eye serum and anti-wrinkle cream for a cost of $4.95 and $5.94 to cover shipping and handling. In little bitty print, the terms state cancel so many days. The day to cancel was on a Saturday and customer service was closed. They work Mon-Fri. I called first thing Monday morning to cancel. They would not cancel and charged my account $87.50 for the eye serum. Thank God I did not have mover money in my account or they would have charged me the anti-wrinkle cream of $80 some odd!! When I called them to cancel, a girl named Ashley put me on hold several times. We argued several times, but she continued to say they would cancel my order but the charge would stay. Ashley says I should have called on Friday. Sick!! I guess they need the money to fraudulently take money from accounts and then refer to their tiny print to scam people. Sad! Ashley told me to have my bank call her. My bank says they don't call. so Ashley got me off the phone. She was very rude and I totally believe this company ought to shut done. They screw good folks out of hard earn money. I am so disappointed in companies who have to hide or put in small print their terms and agreements. It should be illegal to advertise that a company can auto-charge an account if one does not cancel in time. MY ISSUE IS I WAS ON TIME. THE COSTUMER SERVICE WAS CLOSED!! I HAD NO CHOOSE BUT TO CALL THE MINUTE THEY WERE OPEN ON MONDAY MORNING. Sick! This company is a fraud. If you want the product, I suggest you go to a store and look for it. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! IT IS A SCAM!! READ THE SMALL PRINT AND IF YOU DECIDE TO ORDER ANYWAY, CANCEL WAY BEFORE YOUR TIME IS UPTHEY ARE CLOSED ON WEEKENDS AND DO NOT CARE IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL. Also, when you call in, I seriously hope you do not get a girl named Ashley. She is rude, foreign (hard to understand)and puts you on hold to talk to someone (which I am sure does not exist)then returns to the line and does not care. Your account gets charged. My bank suggests I cancel my debit due to this companyand I did. Terrible all over a company needing money so bad they have to get it fraudulently. I truly hope a person does not order from this company. You see, after you get charged over $180 for the two little bottles they send, if you do not cancel in 45 days, you will get charged $96+ monthly for two little bottles of product UNTIL YOU CANCEL!! BUYER BEWARE-READ, READ, READ, THE VERY SMALL, TINY PRINT!!!! IF YOU DO NOT READ, YOU ARE LOOKING A SOME SERIOUS CHARGES ON YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD. TRUST ME. MONEY IS MORE IMPORTANT TO THIS COMPANY THAN THE PRODUCT THEY SELL!! If you don't need the money, then order away. I do not know if the product is good or not. I bought the two little bottle trial as a gift for my sister. I put a note on my calendar to call and cancel. When I tried to cancel, it was a Saturday and the customer service was closed. I called first thing Monday morning and found out I got royally took. I need every dime I make and couldn't even give a gift without this company taking a grand amount of money. Needless to say, I am beyond mad. Companies like this need to be SHUT DOWN!! They are scamming good American people. SHAME on THEM!!! Again BUYER BEWARE!!!
I WANT MY MONDY BACK!!! YOU ALREADY CHARGED $4.95 AND $5.95--WHICH IS WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. THE OTHER CHARGES SHOULD NOT BE. I CALLED WITHIN THE TIMEFRAME, BUT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS CLOSED ON SATURDAY. YOUR REP, ASHLEY STATED I SHOULD HAVE CALLED ON FRIDAY OR WITHIN THE TIMEFRAME.. THE TIMEFRAME ENDED ON A SATURDAY AND YOU ALL WERE CLOSED!!! I CALL FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING AND YOU ALL SAID MORE OR LESS "TOO BAD, SHOULD HAVE CALLED US" TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERICE.

I sign-up for a free sample of AmaBella Allure Revitalizing Moisturizer and AmaBella Allure Eye Serum. I gave them my Discover Card number to cover the shipping/handling charge. Next they sent containers of each and billed me $89.92 and $89.95 respectively.
When I saw the charges I called their customer service number and was told they sent me a sample, and when I didn't cancel in 14 days there was an automatic order put in place & I was enrolled to get more and be charged. I told them I didn't signup for more, would NEVER in my life order $180 of skin creams and wanted to return the products and get a refund. The girl said they don't accept returns or make refunds. When I told her I would report them to the Revdex.com, she said too bad, you wouldn't help me, but they could refund $31 to me. Which they did.
I went to their Facebook page and saw nothing but complains exactly like mine. They are a SCAM.

This case was opened last October with the company promising to reimburse in 4-6 weeks. How good is this promise since they failed to send back my money before? Now we start again, 4-6 weeks. BAD business, boys.
I ordered a skin care lotion sample for $4.99 shipping charges on 9/8. They charged $89.92 on 9/22 and $94.91 on 10/20. Fraudulent advertising.
I ordered a skin care lotion sample from Amabella Allure for $4.99 shipping charges on 9/8. They charged $89.92 on 9/22 and $94.91 on 10/20 to my debit card. I only noticed the second charge because my bank sent an email about an online charge that I knew I had not made. had to cancel my bank card to stop them from making further charges. They refused to refund or accept the return of their product that I neither ordered nor wanted. It's a total scam, starting with false advertising that you only pay $4.99 for shipping for a one time sample. After that, they keep taking money out. Customer Service is a joke. They refuse to issue a refund, refuse to take the product back and started pitching 35% off on more products. Incredible. I tried to stop payment through my bank, but the bank said they can't stop the debit card transaction while it is being processed. Once it's processed, then I will need to file a dispute. The company says that once I file a dispute with the bank, they can only explain to the bank that they won't refund my money when all three parties are on the line. A nightmare. The business is a disgrace. The only consolation in this is that there seem to be many more people out there who have had the same or similar experience with this company.
The charges made by the company for $89.92 on September 22 and $94.91 on October 20.

I believe this is a SCAM! Do not buy their cream. They claim to send you a free sample (shipping only) and then charge you over $180 without knowing. I offered to send my product back for a full refund and they refused. Would only give me 50% off. SCAM
I contacted this company via email to tell them to cancel any further orders. They told me to call their CS, which I did two days later (I couldn't call at the time I received the email) and they had already billed me $89+ per product WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. They said they could give me a $35 discount but I told them that wasn't good enough as they show I cancelled the order and also told them I was allergic to the product. I contacted my bank and told them these were fraudulent charges and also cancelled by debit card. I would warn any and everyone to stay away from this business!
AMABELLA ALLURE CREAM AND SERUM is a HUGE scam. They need to be shut down and removed from internet with there scam.
I called the 888-312-9445 number and the guy refused to listen to me. I told him the charges were fraud and that I did not agree to the terms and agreement on line as There was none. Also was charged for a E-book magazine at same time that I did not agree to either. That item was removed immediately and credit applied. This guy refused to listen and tried to say I would get credit of 35% but I agreed to there terms. ( I did not). I hung up on him after he would not listen and contacted my credit card company and had them blocked and disputed the charges. The guy actually called my cell phone back and tried to get me to call him back. These folks are crooked. There is no return address to return the 2 bottles I do not want and whats weirder is the items on bottle and paper in box are called completely different then what is charged to your credit card.!!!! I usually do not order items on line and will probably never again.
None, the credit card company resolved the issue but someone needs to take these people out and get it out to the public regarding this issue. How can they continue to use people from shows like HGTV and get away with it. That is so fraudulent....

They are lying, My credit card company removed the charges and blocked them from charging anything again. There staff refused to listen and only offered 30% off and refused to cancel or supply address to return. Who uses that much cream on there face a month. Really what a Joke and they used by 2 favorite HGTV fixer upper folks as there FAKE NEWS and SALES with nothing that said it was a 14 day trial and added additional lies. ABSOLUTE LIARS... I did order the small samples o 10/6 - but as soon as I ordered them I called and cancelled the order. My bank calls today to tell me I have 2 charges on my acct. 1 is pending and the other was declined. I called the phone number that was given to my bank - it was a non - working number. I was able to look up a c/s number and called. The MOST RUDEST HUMAN being answered the line. I could not get a word in. I hung up and took my chances on getting someone else to assist me. That guy said he couldn't help me an gave me 1-877-982-5253 to call. I called and asked for a Supervisor. It took forever however,
Raul got on the line. He said "We have a no refund policy" I said yes you will refund 100% to my card. He said the most we can refund is 50%. I told him I've read reviews that say 35%, 50% and 100% have been offered. I wanted 100% refunded. He said the most he could refund is 75% now. I told him 1st was NO REFUND, 2nd was 50% REFUND, now 75% REFUND, which is it - I will get 100% refund. He finally after back and forth said he would do it this time as a courtesy. SMH. How in the world can these companies stay in business. This is sick!! PLEASE BE WARE - WATCH YOU CARD DAILY... Thank goodness my bank calls if suspicious.
my mother who who has dementia was tricked into a fake trial offer and was ripped off over 160.00
my mother who is 76 with memory loss bought what she thought was to bottles of serum with a free trial.. on 9-11 and 9-8 she was charged 4.99 and 4.97 for shipping which was the proper deal however two large charges showed up on her credit card 9-25 89.92 and 89.95 upon calling them the informed me it was not a free trial even though the website said it was.. after three phone calls and being told my mom will have to pay these charges. they informed me it does not matter if she has diminished capacities she entered into a binding contract.. all they offered was a 35 percent refund and gave her 31.47 and 31.48 back to her credit card.. this company has ripped off a senior with no regard to her mental capacity my mother is still owed 113.92
i want all money returned that was scammed off my senior mother total charged 179.87 minus 62.95 already refunded leaving a unrefunded amount of 116.92 so this company owes my mother 116.92 will not accept any other resolution

I recieved an email with the rest of the amount refunded
I believe this company practices deceptive advertising practices, that can cost people hundreds of dollars before they realize what is happening.
I was reading about HGTV star Joanne Gaines leaving her show to become CEO of a skin care company with this amazing product called AmaBella Allure Anti-Aging Cream. This is the language that was at the bottom of the "article". FIND OUT WHAT ALL THE FUSS IS ABOUT
Sick of seeing more and more wrinkles appearing on your face each day?
Find out what all the hype is about!
For a limited time you can purchase the AmaBella Allure ANTI-AGING CREAM for the low price of just $2.95.
Joanna is giving away samples of the AmaBella Allure ANTI-AGING CREAM for FREE and all you have to pay is the discounted shipping rate of $2.95.

This offer is for a limited time only so follow the link below and secure your free sample today.
Once you click to through on the link of the name of the product, you are taken to tryamabellaallure.com. This is the site to get you trial sample. Once you complete the form to send your free trial, the summary page comes up showing $0 for the product and $4.99 for shipping and handling, for a total of $4.99.
You then enter your cc information to complete the order.
I had two shipping and handling charges, one for $4.99 and the other for $4.97 on Aug 20, 2017. Then on Then on 9/2 I was charged $89.92 from Piaz Investments and on 9/3 I was charged $89.94 from Eye Serum.
Then on 10/3 I was charged $94.91 from Piaz Investments and on 10/4 I was charged $94.92 from Eye Serum. At this point I had gotten my cc bill and was able to see online the Oct charges.
I called the numbers on the cc bill to dispute and was able to cancel, but with no refund. They were willing to give me a 60% credit on the October charges if I would forego any complaint methods and they let me know that they would record that conversation. I declined.
I did receive the first two items, though I had only been expecting one. After I cancelled the product had already been shipped and I refused the package and returned to sender.
I believe that this company is practicing very deceptive advertising practices. They tell you that this is a free trial, but then they charge you. Once I talked to them, they insisted that in their terms and agreements in states that 30 day supplies would be shipped until cancelled. As you can see no place visible do they state that, nor do they mention that the price is almost $90 per 30 ml container AND that there were two containers each month.
This company should be made to stop their deceptive advertising practices. If they have a legitimate product then they should clearly state their price and the terms, not bury those items in the fine print.

According to our records, the customer ordered our skin cream on a 14 day trial basis back on 09/29/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fee of $6.98. The trial expired on 10/13/2017 and due to the fact that the customer didn't cancel they were charged $89.92 for the original shipment.
The customer contacted our Customer Service on 10/16/2017 and requested for her subscription to be cancelled, which we did. The customer also requested a refund that same day so we processed a 35% refund of $31.47 for the skin cream. However we feel for our customer's concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus will be providing the remaining refund for the charge on 10/13/2017 for skin cream in the amount of $58.45 for any misunderstanding when placing the order. The company advertised a free sample in I paid shipping charges. They enrolled me in a contract program for $180.00 per month. No FREE sample.
August 28, 2017 I ordered a "free" sample of Amabella Allure skin moisturizer and eye cream. The advertised price was $ 4.95 for shipping. When the products came, there was no company information, phone number, or indication that this was NOT a free sample. September 8, 2017, my charge card was billed for $89.92 and $89.95 for the two "samples." My credit card did not list the Amabella company, so I was unsure what the charges were for. On October 16 I received another box of the two products I did not order. The invoice had a phone number. When I called the number I was told that my agreement to the terms of service specified that if I did not cancel the order or the sample within 14 days, I would be billed the retail amounts and enrolled in a monthly contract for the products. They did not put any of that information on either of the invoices. The billing did not reflect the promise of a free sample, nor did it indicate I was enrolled in a monthly contract. I was told I could not return the products, and could not get a refund. When I spoke to a supervisor, she told me she could refund 50% of the Second Shipment, and cancel my enrollment in the program.
I would like 100% refund of the products I was charged for and would like them to be more honest in their advertising of "Free" products.

Nowhere on there site does it say you have 14 days to return/cancel otherwise they charge you over $200/month. Nearly impossible to get refunded.
Paid for the shipping for a "free" sample in August 2017. Never received a confirmation email, nothing on the site about agreeing to a subscription for over $200/month for 2oz of substandard face cream. Tried to get a refund and was told there was nothing they could do, stayed on the phone over an hour and they kept going up from 35% refund, 50, 75. I managed to get half the money back confirmed before they transferred me to someone who eventually said nevermind we're not giving you anything and hung up. Both people I spoke to had to be the rudest people on the planet. When I reported the 1st person to the "supervisor," no apology, nothing, just instant rude and aggressive behavior. It was like dealing with debt collectors. They claim to have been on Shark Tank, NBC, the Doctors, Dr. Oz, and their phone # comes up as Dr. Oz on caller ID, however after research, they are not in any way affiliated with any of these. Doing a whois on their site reveals they have a protection block so you can't find them. None of their packaging comes with a return address or any way to contact them. You have to go out of your way to find any phone #'s. If you google the company, at least 20 different URLs come up, all of which keep changing. They claim you checked a box agreeing to everything, but I double checked by making a fake order and NEVER does ANYTHING pop up with terms and conditions.
Full refund and CONFIRMED cancellation of any so-called subscription. Would love to see them out of business.

At this time we are unable to provide the customer with additional refunds and we appreciate your understanding. We have provided the refund confirmations below:

I know I responded a couple days too late as I was away and did not see the email until now but I just want to make it known to anyone else who comes to this site for info. They remarked that my dispute was won in THEIR favor and I got nothing because they were in the right but that is not true. The charge was reversed in my favor as my bank was given whole proof in documentation that this was a scam. They were nothing but rude and unhelpful and they know what they're doing but post a response here like they're a legit company sorry for their actions. Don't believe it. Thank you Revdex.com and TFCU for forcing their hand.
Ordered trial offer. Never saw any terms on web pages I visited. Company has now charged me and refuses to issue refund.
I ordered Amabella face cream free trial on 09/30/2017. Never saw any terms and conditions on web pages I was on. The company charged my bank account $89.92. I called to ask for a refund and was refused. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was denied that as well. If I had seen anywhere on the website that I had to call within 14 days to keep from incurring another charge, I would never have ordered the "free" offer. I had to demand a cancellation. 10 minutes on the phone trying to get a refund then I was hung up on.
I only want the $89.92 refunded to my bank account.

I did receive my refund but I personally think it's a very bad business practice to not take care of the customer until the Revdex.com gets involved.
Signed up for free trial and was signed up for monthly subscription without notice.
On August 18th, 2017 I signed up for a free trial. There was no notification that in signing up for a free trial I would automatically be signed up for a zmonthly subscription. In addition, there was no further correspondence informing me how to cancel the subscription, how much the monthly subscription was or that I was enrolled. I tried calling to cancel and was unable to reach an employee to cancel. I also placed a block on my credit card to block further charges, however they still were able to charge my credit card. I have also emailed the company requesting they cancel my subscription and stop charging my credit card.

Charged for an item that was to be free.
9/7/17 paid for the shipping on a free jar of moisturizer. 9/21/17 was charged for the jar that
was to be free. Called to tell the company that I
was charged and want the charge to be removed. Was
told I did not close the account in 14 days. There was nothing in the ad that said that. It just said all you pay for was the $4.99 for ship-
ping. Was told they would send me two more free jars and close the account, but still needed to pay the $89.92.Why would I want two more free ones , when they were charging already for one
that was suppose to bee free.
Close the account they opened and credit the $89.92

I found the company through a website that helps you find trial and sample products to try, review and buy if you like them. I have done this before and it usually works well, and I have found many products I like very much this way.
The company website, http://amabellaallure.pagedemo.co/
says you will be given free trial product for just the cost of shipping. The word, "subscription," is never used anywhere in the advertising. When I dug deeper into their site, there is literally no button or place to go to view their policies and legal stuff. So, you must click on that through the purchase, and not see the fine print unless you are super diligent. I see that I am not alone in having paid just under $5 for shipping, and then get sent product and get a charge for the product just under $90! So, they say it is free, and then you pay for it anyway. Then, the continue to charge you monthly unless you try to stop them within 14 days, and then the bargaining begins. I believe it is their business model to send out the first bottle and then charge you as many months as possible until you see what they are doing. Then, when you try to shut it down, they will not do returns on that first "free" bottle no matter what. I explained that I had not opened it, and wanted to send it back, and they said no. I asked if they could take it back for a restocking fee, and they refused to do that too.
I am sad that I "fell" for it, and lost all that money and had to sit there with my husband telling him I made this embarrassing and expensive mistake. I have my own business, and I know being in charge of selling goods of services in the U.S., is not supposed to be a "trick" to get people to have to accept a charge you put on their credit card without their knowledge. I got an email about the free product shipping. But, I never got an email saying I had ever been charged for anything else. My husband goes over all our credit card charges and we sort through all the categories of expenses from our purchases and go over that together monthly. So, I assure you I am a responsible customer.
It is so scary that there are people out there writing up this company in reviews in the same situation, who have been paying $100 per month on this lotion. I see people who have accidentally spent their grocery budget. It is not a legal business practice to trick us. I also see that the company has been haggling with other customers who pressed harder than I did. So, they offer $25 off, then there is discussion, and they go $50 off, etc..
Thank you in advance for your time.
I never opened the product. I would like to send it back for a full refund. $89.92 (plus $4.99 shipping and handling). I think I successfully cancelled my forced subscription, but I won't know until a month goes by without a charge. If it isn't cancelled, I would need help shutting that down. I would like to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. I would like them to be made to say what they are doing on their main website pages, and not just in their terms. It appears to everyone who has done this, that they are getting a free trial.

I have received the credit card charge back from the company, and see that I should expect a second amount returned to me via check. I appreciate the work you did on my behalf. It was settled quickly and professionally. If I do not receive the check, I will open the case back up. Thank you so much for your help in this matter. I am satisfied with the result I received. I would like future customers to be able to see this information if they check on the company before making a purchase, as their business practices are buried in their term agreement, and not on their promotional pages and information. Thanks again.
