This company is horrible. I was under the impression I was getting a sample of a product for shipping fees only. What they don't tell you is that once you put in your information and credit card - they sign you up for a subscription. I have been charged three months worth of product that I never received! I called the company and at first the guy played dumb. Then he found my info and told me that I could not get my money back and that I had to go to the website to cancel. If you see the website or I should say websites...there are many. There is not any info that says you are signing up for a subscription. The guy kept reading an agreement to me over the phone saying I agreed to it BUT he could not send me that agreement via email cause he did not have access to the document electronically and he told me that if I dispute the charges with a credit card company I would just lose cause I signed the agreement for the subscription. I immediately called my card company and told them I was threatened. Stay away from this company. I am already out over $300!! They agreed to credit my card 35%...for products that I never received! I am outraged. These people are bottom feeders!

AmabellaAllure Face Cream .
I cancelled this product within the required time line by Email and also sent a message on their website. They still sent me a second shipment of the product and charged me for both the face cream and eye cream which I did not even order! I would not recommend anyone do business with this company. The customer service lady would not give me a supervisor to speak with and hung up on me. DO NOT ORDER THE CREAM!!! It broke my face out!

On line story about Ashton Kutcher and his wife starting a business with AmaBella, said I could receive sample product for cost of shipping $4.99.
I was reading a article on MSN website about Ashton Kutcher and his wife starting a new skin care business with all proceeds going to charity, they also showed photo's of Oprah, Ellen DeGeneres also supporting this product. The offer was a sample of their product for the cost of shipping which was $4.99. I saw the $4.99 charge appear that day on my credit card statement, received the product and then was shocked when I saw a charge of $89.43 appear in place of the $4.99. I called the number on the product container 888-312-9445 and was told I had signed up to receive monthly products, I informed them I was not aware of this and to please refund my account. I was told there are no refunds issued, they would cancel my account and refund me a portion which was $31.47 after I mentioned the Revdex.com.
I did not see anything in writing about becoming a member of this company. The product arrived with no paperwork included, I used a magnifying glass to get the phone number of the container.
This is a criminal way of doing business. I researched on line and found no evidence of the Kutcher's involving themselves with this product.

Desired Outcome

I would like to recieve a full refund from this company. I would like to see stricter regulations on false advertising.

I returned the produce unopened - Return To Sender after calling and finding out they were sending 2 products and each were $89.95 per month.
I purchased on 11.7.17 and after calling them and finding out the cost of each of the 2 products $89.95 each I received the products on 11.9.17 and on 11.10.17 I returned the unopened box to AmaBella - Return to Sender and on the box I indicated for them to cancel my membership. on 12.6.17 I was charged $89.95 for each produce. Since I did not open the box and returned it immediately I want a full refund as I did not use the product and sent it back I should not be charged for it.

This is all I asked them to d in the beginning. Since I sent the unopened products back to them and asked them to cancel my membership on or around 11.10.17.

We believe that customer has reopened this complaint against our company in error. In the complaint the customer refers to ordering an Ebook which we do not sell as we specialize in skin care products. The customer also mentioned that the price of the Ebook that they were charged $19.93 which is not the price of our skin care products; our products have consistently been sold for $89.95 and $89.92. In conclusion, we kindly ask that this additional information be forwarded to the correct party as we are unable to provide additional refunds to our customer whom has been previously refunded in full for the purchase price of our products.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I don't know who they gave my card info to, but I just had Flexifit take $14.92 out of my account for something I didn't order. I want them to remove all of my info from their records.

I was offered to pay shipping and handling fee $4.99 to try Amabella Face Cream. I never noticed that I would be charged $89.92 for this product, before I received the free sample. Even more, I had been charged $94.91 for next two shipments when I had been out of country for 5 weeks. They claimed that I agreed to buy this product monthly as soon as I bought the sample product. I disputed the first charges with my credit card company, and only to find Amabella charged against the card twice more.

I accepted a sample offer for revitalizing moisture & eye serum with shipping charges only
following receipt of samples I received a second shipment of the same two products with only a packing slip and called the same day to say I did not order. They would not cancel charges to my credit card even though I offered to return. Turns out they charged for first "SAMPLE" shipment $94.92 for each of the two samples and charged the same price for the not requested order for a total of $369.70. Following this I read many complaints of many people have been scammed as I have.

Desired Outcome

as I explained, I only accepted a sample offer for only shipping costs of $4.97 for each of the two items, and was charged exorbitant cost of $94.92 for each of the two items and then received the same tow products again. I googled the company and found the number and they refused to cancel charges of $369.70 even though I offered to return ALL products. No Invoice, only packing slip...obviously a scam.

Ordered a trial offer on 11/24/17, received order on 12/5. Was debited 2 charges on 12/8 in the amount of $89.92 and $89.95. Called the number on my bank statement 888-313-4379 as they was absolutely no information in the product shipment. After approx 30 minutes on insisting that I be refunded for the product I had barely received, the representative agreed to refund the amount of $89.93, in 4 to 7 business days. Leaving me still out $89.91. This company insists that when the order is placed that the consumer agrees to pay this price if not canceled in 14 days. There was nothing saying this when I placed my order and it has only been 11 days since I placed my order and even less since I received it.

Desired Outcome

Full refund.

BEWARE! THIS PRODUCT IS A SCAM! I foolishly ordered a product from Amabella because the offer from the company was to receive a trial supply of eye serum and moisturizer for the shipping price of $4.97. 14 days later I was charged $179.97 for this product. The product is inferior to any skin product I have ever used. When I called the company to dispute the charges they were extremely rude. They refused to refund my money and kept trying to sell me more product. I will dispute this with my credit card but was told I would not ever win. We shall see!

Debit Card charged without my permission. BEWARE and do not order..They are a SCAM!
All I can say is SCAM SCAM SCAM!! This "business" takes peoples money without authorization, and then claims that you signed an agreement to pay full price for the sample you got. Ordered the "free trial" of moisturizer for shipping costs ONLY; however forced into the eye serum as well. The free trial ended up costing $89.95 and $89.92, due too an unauthorized subscription and needed to be cancelled with 14 days. No where did I see that I was agreeing to a a subscription during the ordering process or I would not have continued. Also, an emailed was to be sent, which was never received. Called for a refund and offered 35%, after reading the comments here, called back and offered 50%, finally ended up with a 75% refund, even tho I would have liked 100%. The customer care reps are horrible and absolutely RUDE and do not care about the customers.
After requesting the free trial website again, I still had to look around for their terms and conditions. Definitely made sure my unauthorized subscription was cancelled many times over and told I'll receive an email regarding the cancellation...nothing in my inbox yet.
AMABELLA ALLURE IS A SCAM!!! AND IT DOESN'T EVEN WORK

Desired Outcome

I want a full 100% refund.

I still have NOT received the full refund owed of $179.87. I have been in contact with my bank and confirmed this information. The following credits have been applied by ***
12/12/17 $22.48,$35.97,$31.47
These amounts total the $89.92 taken from me for the facial cream.
Not one some of the $89.95 taken by Elanneyserum for the eye serum has been refunded. I was informed by the customer service these are one in the same companies and should be refunded the same.
See my screenshots to ensure from the date they state 12/11/17 to current that there have been no refunds other than those stated above.

Garbage. Do not fall for the "free trial"... you will be tricked in to subscribing for a $94/mo subscription.
Ordered the "free trial" AmaBella cream for only $4.99. Shortly after ordering this product, I started receiving "prank" calls from the South Florida area. I received a shipment this evening from AmaBella - which I did not (intentionally) order. I phoned the customer service, and the (very well coached) representative informed me "I neglected to read the terms & conditions" and "credit card companies are not my friend - so I wouldn't bother disputing the charge". THEFT.

Date: 10-18-2017
Order Number: ***
Amount: $4.99

Desired Outcome

Offered 75% refund, but I would prefer 100% and 100% guarantee I will NOT be contacted by or impacted by this company again.

Purchased a sample of moisturizer for $4.99 on 8/30/17, and unknowingly, they charged me purchase price in 14 days and again at 30 days. Total $184.83
On 8/31/17 I ordered an online sample of Amabella Allure moisturizing cream. Unknowingly they charged my credit card 14 days later for $89.92. Again on 9/18, they charged me for a 3rd time for a bottle they mailed me, and I refused at Post Office and they shipped it back. The company is refusing refunds. I can't even find a website that I originally purchased from. I called them and told them I returned the merchandise, they refused to talk to me until I contacted my banking institution and did a 3-way call. So I called my bank, Huntington Bank and filed a dispute. We called Amabella Allure together to get refunds, and they offered me a 30% refund of the most recent charge if I dropped the dispute with my bank. I refused, stating I gave them back their merchandise, so I should get a full refund. They refused, we hung up with no resolution.

Desired Outcome

I want a FULL refund back for merchandise I do not have.

I've gone over just this with your company. Just because you said it's paid, doesn't mean it was. I got with my bank, and there's no record of it. The money has NEVER been put back in my bank account. I honestly think your company is a scam and are thieves. You have almost $200 from me and I have nothing but a sample of the product to show for it.

I was charged $94.91 without my authorization. I called to return my unopened bottle and was denied a return.
I enrolled in what I thought was a free trial of the AmaBella Allure Revitalizing Moisturizer on October 10,2017. I was then sent another moisturizer and charged a $94.91 to my VISA card on November 27,2017 without my consent. Upon calling the company, I was told that it was my fault for not reading the fine print. I was enrolled in a subscription that I want nothing to do with. My reference number is *** and the order #***. I cancelled the subscription but was denied a return for the unopened moisturizer that was sent to me.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund in the amount of $94.91 immediately.

Thank you all for your reviews! Thanks to you I check my bank account and realized that I too had been scammed! Immediately called Customer Service and surprise! they had no record of me!! Gave me a fax number to fax and said they would call right back. Please be advised that if you received the samples you are automatically enrolled in Sociallity AccessNow, who also have a monthly fee, and canceling with Amabella DOES NOT cancel them, and they too have a monthly fee. I am so depressed!!

" also acknowledge that I understand that by placing my order of AmaBella Allure, I am automatically enrolled in the Sociallity AccessNow health community program. I further acknowledge that I understand that my membership in Sociallity AccessNow is included in my product purchase, that my complementary membership will remain active for as long as I remain an active custom of AmaBella Allure, and that once I am no longer an active customer of AmaBella Allure the membership dues shall, at my option, become my responsibility. I hereby grant authorization for the monthly membership dues to be charged to the credit card or debit card used to complete the purchase of AmaBella Allure."

Product sales practices are fraudulent. Free trial period is not free and can cost over $370 without the ability to have any sort of refund.
SCAM- buyer beware. Free trials are not free ($180 after the first 14 days) and you are automatically enrolled in a monthly subscription that you are unaware of at check out of the free trial period. You are required to pay shipping and handling on the free product which is how they get your credit card number. Products cannot be returned and you are stuck paying another $190 (product prices increase from $90 to $95 each) after you get another package in the mail that you were not expecting. Product does nothing for you. Customer service rep number 9093, Crystal N. says by signing up for the free trial I signed up for a subscription and all of this was spelled out in the fine print that I "technically acknowledge" by processing the order. I cancelled my subscription immediately and notified my credit card company on 12/5/17 to dispute the charges made on 10/29/17 ($180) and 11/29/17 ($190).

Desired Outcome

I want a refund of $190 for the unopened and unused product I received in the mail 12/5/17. I also do not want others to experience these fraduent sales tactics. At no time since signing up for the free trial was the retail price $95 for each 1) eye serum and 2) skin cream disclosed other than a charge on my credit card of $190.

Called fo a free trial, paying only S&H for Amabella Allure . Charged multiple times, close to 400.00, even though I cancelled it immediately.
Amabella is a scam! In October I agreed to receive a free trial of the face cream and only agreed to pay for shipping and handling. AS soon as the rep had my info, he said he was also sending out a free trial of their eye cream. I immediately said no and to cancel my face cream order also.He kept trying to get me to agree. I repeatedly said to cancel and eventually just hung up. Not too many days later the shipment arrived and because I could see from my online bank statement that I was only charged for the S&H ,I decided to go ahead and keep it.Since then I have been charged 4 times, all under different names. Two times. 14 days later; 89.92 from PIskincream, 89.95 from CCB Investments, and most recently 94.42 from KJAeyeserum, and 94.91 KMDSkincream. When I contacted them they said I agreed to a 14 day trial, which I did not, and that they would not accept any returns and would not return my money even if I did send the product back.Ordering this product, which doesn't even work, was a very stupid mistake.

Desired Outcome

I would like to return the latest shipment and receive a refund of the two latest charges of 94.92 and 94.91.

Customer Response

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)

Fraud. I ordered two samples from this company for $4.95 and one month later they charged me two separate charges for $89 each.
I ordered two facial products online; samples for $4.95. I emailed the company and said I was not interested after my face broke out. One month later they charge my debit card for two separate charges for $89. When my bank verified the charges they said my electronics signature for purchasing the samples was authorization for the charges.

Desired Outcome

Reversal of my $89 charges

According to our records, the customer ordered our skin cream and eye serum on a 14 day trial basis back on 10/13/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.99 and $4.97. The trial expired on 10/28/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original order on 10/28/2017: $89.95 for the eye serum. We attempted to charge $89.92 for the skin cream but the charge was declined.

Unfortunately on 11/07/2017 the customer's account was flagged as a chargeback due to the customer filing a dispute with their financial institution, in which their financial institution has ruled the dispute in our favor. At this time we are unable to provide the customer with a refund, we appreciate your understanding.

Customer Response

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I did contact customer service to cancel my order immediately after I placed the order. I did some research of the company regarding their practices and decided I wanted to cancel. When I called, I was told I would be contacted back. The response I received was an email (see attached). I responded to the email and told them for the second time that I wished to cancel the order (attached). Nowhere on this webpage does it say anything about being charged $89 for this free trial - ***. I finally received an order cancellation on November 7 when I disputed the charges through my bank. I am still disputing the charges.

We encourage the customer to contact their financial institution regarding the dispute they filed and apologize that we are unable to meet their request for reimbursement.

This is an absolute scam and I am very mad! I was offered to pay shipping and handling fee $4.99 to try Amabella Face Cream. It was the only thing I wanted to do! I never thought or noticed that I would be charged $89.92 for this product after 14 days. Even more, I had been charged $94.91 for next two shipments when I had been out of country for 9 weeks. They claimed that I agreed to buy this product monthly as soon as I bought the sample product. Is this right?! This is an absolute trap. I did not know if there was such a tiny small print hidden somewhere to trick you.

Their correct phone number is X-XXX-XXX-XXXX, as of December 4, 2017

As with others, I only thought I was signing up for a free trial. I would need to be the size of an elephant to need cream and eye serum every month.

They said that they will not accept or credit refunds, but when I told them that I would just contest it with my credit card company, they were able to give me information on how to return product, some of which was shipped in damaged condition.

This company sent me merchandise that I can't use. I have not opened it but the told me no I cannot return the unopened package. And that I can do what I want to with the mdse. I want to return it for my $200.00 credit on my credit card. This is a scam. I would rate my experience a zero with this company.
