I placed a free trial offer on 11/3/2017. I received the product 11/13/2017. I send an email on 11/13/2017 to cancel my account, I received an email on 11/14/2017 to contact customer service, I called on 11/14/2017 to cancel my account, the customer service rep. said she will charge me $9.95 and $9.90 in order to cancel and she said I can keep the product, I offered to return the product, she insisted I can keep the product. I received two cancellation emails.
But she charged my credit card $89.92.
I called, customer service rep. was very rude and start screaming, he want to avoid returning my payment.
It is a big SCAM

This company is disreputable and fraudulent. I signed up for a free trial of 2 products, in which I agreed to pay for S&H. I actually just tried to sign up for one product and they forced me to sign up for the eye serum also. Not only did I not sign up for recurring deliveries, for which a price point was never disclosed, they also billed me for a delivery that never occurred! I emailed them to stop shipments, offering to send their product back, and they referred me to a rude customer service representative. I have reported this fraud to my credit card company. Note that they also go by CCB*CCB Skin Cream. Why is this operation not being closed? What actions are needed to legally shut them down?

Unauthorized charges totalling nearly $300
I began an online order for a "free" eye serum claiming to be a product of a celebrity. Before completing the form, I realized the celebrity did not endorse the product and warned of the scam. I did not complete the form nor did I receive any confirmation of purchase. I then began receiving unauthorized products with a $0 invoice in the mail. After reviewing my bank account I found I'd been charged nearly $300 from associated companies without my permission for these unauthorized products/deliveries. Amabella refused any return/refund.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund of all unauthorized charges.

Thank you for mediating this consumer complaint from our customer, Case Number: XXXXXXXX. Our company strives to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied, so we take consumer complaints very seriously. Before customers commit to our 14 day free trial, our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.

According to our records, the customer ordered our skin cream and eye serum on a 14 day trial basis back on 11/16/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.99 and $4.97. The trial expired on 07/28/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 07/28/2017: $89.95 for the eye serum and $89.92 for the skin cream. Due to no cancellation the autoship program took effect. The following month on 08/29/2017 the customer was charged for new shipments: $94.92 for the eye serum and $94.91 for the skin cream.

Unfortunately on 09/15/2017 the customer's account was flagged as a chargeback due to the customer filing a dispute with their financial institution, in which their financial institution has ruled the dispute in our favor. However as a courtesy we will refund $94.91 charged on 08/29/2017 for the skin cream for any misunderstanding when placing the order.

$94.91 Trans ID: XXXXXXXX dated 11/16/2017.

The refund should reflect on customer's account within 3 to 7 business days. Please relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions.

Scam alert
I decided to give product a try based on false advertising. I had second thought when website froze during ordering process so I was surprised when "free" sample arrived. I received a 2nd shipment, I was confused so checked my VISA monthly statement and I was shocked to see I was two charges from Amabella for $180. I immediately called the company and offered to return the unopened product. They were very nasty, said that was impossible. They said that I had signed up for $180 monthly deliveries when I agree to "free" trial. They said it was in the fine print, print I never saw when website froze. I told them I would dispute it with VISA and they told me I would lose and only blemish my credit for filing an unfounded dispute. Ultimately they agreed to refund $47 as a "good faith gesture and remove me from future deleiveries

Desired Outcome

I want the rest of my money returned.

Customer Response

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Only one on the two credits mentioned above has been posted as of Nov 22. I appreciate the refund of the October 21 shipment, but the original problem remains. The "free" trial I requested, dated 9-07-17 was not received until almost
9-21-17, so there really was no 14 day trial period. I had no idea I would be charged almost $180 monthly if I did not respond by 9-21-17. The only email I received from the company regarding purchases was the one with the shipping charges of $10 for the "free" trial. If the Sept monthly charge of $180 is also removed, I will be satisfied.

As previously stated we have refunded the customer in full for their recent order charged on 10/21/2017. Unfortunately on 11/21/2017 the customer's account was flagged as a chargeback due to the customer filing a dispute with their financial institution, in which their financial institution has ruled the dispute in our favor. However as a courtesy we will provide one more additional refund of $89.95 charged on 09/21/2017. We hope that providing this additional refund will resolve this complaint and we appreciate your understanding, thank you.

Like all the others, I was charged $179.87 for products that I never wanted and did not ever receive. Wish I could give them 0 Star!

What a horrible scam, I even marked trial only and they still charged my credit card the next month for $89.00 for the eye serum and $89.00 for the skin cream. I'm sending everything back and have had to change out my credit card and start a dispute. When I call the phone number they give you the run around and hang up.

Ordered this product and was billed $89.00 + for 1oz of cream and a half oz of eye cream for this price. Called this AM and was informed that I signed the form authorizing this shipment and a monthly shipment for the same price. They offered a 35% refund for this month and the one that shipped but I never received. I would rate this a 1 and that is stretching it. This is an outrageous SCAM. Beware

Trying to contact the co. to stop them from sending this products that I have never purchased!!!
am bella alure is the name of the cream...Visa method...I need for them to stop sending and never touch my credit card!!! I try to contact them in many ways....No results...I hate to change my bank acct.!!

Desired Outcome

do not send any products and do not charge my credit card!!

This product is a sham. The advertisement present fictitious information alleging results that product and distributor are unable to deliver.
A shipping charge for two product increased from 4.99 to $89.92 x 2. The free trail was not free and the product actually caused fine lines to appear more pronounced.

Desired Outcome

Return the monies that the vendor doubled charged my account knowingly engaging in deceptive business practices for monetary gain using trickery and deceit. The old shell game.

Customer Response

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The statement made by the company's representative that "We will be providing a full refund for charges on 10/24, $89.95 for eye serum and $89.92 for skin cream for any misunderstanding when placing order." is factually incorrect. While a credit voucher for $89.95 posted to my bank account on 11/14/17, to date (11/26/17) a card withdrawal adjustment credit voucher, for the skin cream in the amount of $89.92 has not been made as promised.

I have NEVER dealt with a company so AWFUL in my life. They would NOT stop charging my credit card and would NOT give me a refund!!!! I am so angry I am shaking after trying to deal with their so called customer service. I am turning them into the Revdex.com and telling my bank to stop payment on their charges and any future charges. THIS IS A SCAM - DO NOT FALL FOR IT or your credit card will be charged again and again and they will NOT give you your money back!!!!!

Complete Scam!
I ordered the trail sized face cream and eye serum for just "shipping and handling fees". They signed me up for a magazine subscription that was going to be approximately $89.99 per month. Luckily my credit card company caught it and alerted me to the fraud! I called to cancel and the RUDEST sales rep took my call. It was very clear by the way this person spoke that this was a scam and they were used to the calls of upset people. He was incredibly unprofessional, degrading and completely rude. I have never had such a terrible experience with online purchasing as this. I did not knowingly authorize this company to sign me up for a subscription. After you make the purchase, in fine print it says you can call within two weeks to cancel subscription. I did so (within 30 minutes of placing the order) and cancelled, I was told that the products had already been shipped. They said I would need to mail the products back when I received them & would be charged an ADDITIONAL $10! Please investigate this "company's" practices.

I placed a trial order of their product on Oct. 20. I did not receive it until the 24th in order to even try it out. The packing slip came with address and no phone number. The price was $12 in total. The website is very hard to read and before I could remove my information it quickly went to another page with an eye product and checked me out. Last night, there was a pending charge for $89.92which was supposed to go through on the 6th of November. I called and cancelled the product around 10:30 last night and by 11:00 they had made sure to post it to my account. I called back at 9 this morning and ask them to refund my money. The man was very rude and would not speak to me. He kept saying goodbye and have a good day. I don't have time to talk to you I have people that are waiting. I told him that I was going to contact the Revdex.com, and he said no don't do that. I will give you a 35% refund which came to $31 and hung on me very quickly. I am thinking $31 out of almost $90. That wasn't worth me calling because now they keep the product and almost $60. I am very upset in the manner of how they conduct business and how rude they speak to customers. Before he hung up, he said call them there is nothing that they can do. When I called last night that would not have been past any trial period. I later read reviews , and they are scamming and ripping people off. Please let me know if there is anything that you can do to help me.

Billing Adjustment I would like my total $89.92 put back in my checking account. This has to be a big ripoff to offer 35% of your money back. Plus, I would like to be treated like a human being instead of being talked down to like a dog. I pulled up several emails , but it never list the purchase price. It does give me the 35 % of the refund amount which is $31.00 plus change. I have tried every way to pull up the purchase email but it does not stat the $89.92 purchase price.

fraudulent advertising, unauthorized billing, unable to contact company
On 7/12/17 I made an online one time purchase via debit card for Amabella Skin Cream, $4.99, and Amabella Eye Serum, $4.97. I received those. I was later additionally charged $89.92 on 7/26/17, $89.95 on 7/27/17, $94.91 on 8/26/17, and $94.92 on 8/17/17. I did not receive those. I attempted to contact them on the website, and was repeatedly re-directed to various websites, none of which had contact information. After repeated unsuccessful attempts, I finally found a Facebook page, to which I messaged them on 9/1/17. I received no replies and was blocked. I then found 2 phone numbers on my bank statement attached to the charge, and complained. The representative claimed I agreed to a trial period, to which I would be charged the balance of the $94.91 and $94.92 if I did not cancel within 14 days. I asserted I did not, and "cancelled" to avoid further charges. I contacted my bank to dispute the charges. I have received a rebuttal, including evidence of shipments, despite not receiving the second shipment, and poorly printed screenshots, to the effect that they are unreadable, of advertisements and terms and conditions they claimed I agreed to. These are NOT what I saw on the website I purchased from. The graphics are of Piaz Skin Cream. I have Amabella Pure products. I have a personal policy of NEVER participating in trial/automatic shipment offers, therefore I always look for terms and conditions before I purchase anything. The billing company on my bank statement lists Piaz Investments 1-855-253-9369 for the skin cream and KDUR Eye Serum 1-866-398-3449 for the eye serum, both of which are the same company when called. The address listed in their rebuttal is P.O. Box 3550, St. Petersburg, Fl 33705, with a phone number as 1-855-253-9369. Information on their rebuttal documents read that I have been blacklisted.

Desired Outcome

I want the four charges that I did not authorize refunded back to me: $89.92, $89.95, $94.91, and $94.92 for a total of $369.70. My bank has been handling the dispute since 9/2/17.

Customer Response

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
As I had previously stated in my initial complaint, I still maintain that I agreed to a one time purchase of Amabella Allure Eye Serum and Amabella Allure Skin Cream, and that this company presented to me a poor quality screenshot image of the page they claimed I agreed to. I purchased Amabella Allure products; the screenshot is of Piaz Skin Cream.I acknowledge that they did, indeed, refund me the $89.95 withdrawal in July for the eye serum, and the $94.92 withdrawal in August for the eye serum as their response to my complaint to the Revdex.com. I still feel that I am owed a refund for the $89.92 withdrawal in July for the skin cream, and the $94.91 withdrawal in August for the skin cream. It is my opinion that if I was refunded for both eye serum withdrawals (July and August). It would be a logical conclusion that it appears as an acknowledgement that I was, indeed, unjustly charged for the eye serum, and so that I was also unjustly charged for the skin cream. I have attached a picture of the Amabella Allure Eye Serum and the Amabella Allure Skin Cream that was initially sent to me, as well as scans of the screenshots they sent me as a rebuttal from my bank dispute, showing Piaz Skin Cream as both the company and the product jar. It does not advertise the Amabella Allure products I ordered as a one time purchase. Again, I acknowledge I received a partial refund, but feel I am owed a full refund.

Was told on 9/5 that all charges made by company would be refunded, called back 10/3 b/c still missing $99.91. Was told that would happen - didn't.
I was told on 9/5 that all charges made by this company would be refunded b/c I called within the 14 day trial period to cancel and was told an account didn't exist only to later be sent more product and realize I had been charged almost $400. Called back on 10/3 b/c I was still not refunded $99.91. Told by Jed, CSR, that he could refund $89.95 (everything less S&H) and that he was emailing business dept and I'd receive it w/in 3-5 business days. Called back 11/6 talked to Oceanna who said she could see Jed's notes, but could not tell whether money was refunded or not and that she was sincerely sorry and had received supervisor approval to request a check be sent. She then said that could take up to 6 weeks to receive and then asked if she could transfer me to her supervisor because the call was taking longer than their 8 minutes that they're supposed to keep a call under. Allowed her to do so, but told her I didn't understand why the need when she was refunding the money and she said she wasn't sure either, but needed to transfer me. Then I spoke to Steasyn who I had talked to the first time I tried to call on 11/6 and he said I had called the wrong # and that it was for a different skin care line. He asked where I got the # and I told him from the Revdex.com website. He was extremely rude and said I called the wrong # to begin with and implied that I may have been able to take care of my business more efficiently if I did things the right way. He kept interrupting me when I tried to talk and said that he would not guarantee a refund because it had taken so long. Said that he'd see what he could do, but nothing was guaranteed due to the time that it had been since initial charge was put on account. I told him that's not what I had been told by 3 previous agents (Diego, Jed and today by Oceanna). He said they couldn't guarantee anything and that he'd put in the request and see what he could do. He then put me on hold to note the account and said that he's processing it to be investigated to get a tracking number to get it expedited and put through further and when it should be arriving and be received. And will call back and let me know. hopefully by end of business day tomorrow. Promised to reach back out to me on what he has done.

Desired Outcome

I want the $89.95 refunded to me as promised on 9/5 by Diego, again on 10/3 by Jed and again on 11/6 by Oceanna.

This company charged without my permission two charges of $94.92 on the same day. Their customer service is absolutely abhorring.
I as said before, this company charged almost $200.00 dollars at one time to my credit card, without my authorization. Their packaging does not indicate the company name, their customer service is one of the rudest I have ever encounter, and they claimed that they have a rating of "10" with the Revdex.com. I am at a lost, why this company continues to be in business in Florida, utilizing unethical business practices with an abhorring customer service.

Desired Outcome

I would like to have 100% refund for my hard earned money.

I was billed for product that I don't remember ordering. I have never received any emails indicating I had placed an order for this product.
I apparently signed up for a free sample of Amabella Allure for eye serum and revitalizing moisturizer. However, I never received a confirmation email, the product just arrived and with no info in the box as to where it came from or who to contact about the product. Then a month later (Oct. 2017), I received another box of product. I did not use this product and it has taken me a while to find an address and phone number to contact the company. We called today and the representative, Alfredo, did cancel my account, however, would not take this product back or refund me the $94.00 that was charged to my credit card. Nor would Alfredo allow us to talk to a manager. I feel that this company is deceptive in it's advertising and handling of complaints. I have never once received an email from this company until today, when Alfredo cancelled my account. And even this email has no contact info in it to talk to the company further. All I want is a refund and I will be happy to return the product.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund of $94.92 for the second box of product that I will send back, if I am sent a return authorization.

Amabella Allure face and Eye cream SCAM
I ordered the Free trial of Amabella Allure face and eye cream only paying shipping costs -11.95$- on November 1 2017.
I had a strange feeling after ordering the FREE TRAIL products and googled "Amabella Allure" and found all the complaints on Revdex.com for this product. I emailed the company immediately and they stated back to me in an email that I must contact their Customer Service department to handle conceling any future charges on my credit card from them @ 888-312-9445.
I also called my credit card company to warn them of any future charges Amabella Allure may make on my card. They informed me to check my credit card charges daily over the next few months. Under "PEEPSNV*PEEPEYE DENVER, CO" $4.97 and "TWP SKIN CREAM" $6.98
I did not agree to make any further purchases. *Yet checking the "ACCEPT BOX" when order "FREE SAMPLES" means
when ordering the face & eye cream means automatically agreeing to receive more of the products monthly @$90 each!
Thanks to all the people who filed complaints to Revdex.com -Im still within the 14day period to cancel any future charges. It's false advertising to state this company is backed by Bradd Pitt and Oprah and Joel Olsteen when they have nothing to do with this company! What a SCAM! Buyers beware.... I fell for the scam and that is shocking to me! Thank you Revdex.com

Desired Outcome

To cancel all further charges from these companies

Stupid me... got caught in this scam... did call the number provided with the Amabella Allure account at the Revdex.com, but was told this was not their customer service number...Called the number provided on my credit card statement... They tried to give me all kinds of discounts... I just kept telling the girl to cancel my account, cancel my account, cancel my account
... Finally she did... I did not ask for my money back... I figured that was the cost of being stupid... Hang in there and keep telling them to cancel the account...

I fell for the scam, like so many others I ordered this product for the cost of shipping only, by the time the package arrived I had three days before my card was charged around $180.00 dollars. The had an allergic reaction to the products that were sent, an eye serum and skin cream. I used the product twice and had a terrible reaction once I went into the sun, I was outside for about two hours and my face looked like a ripe tomato. When I called to explain what happened the customer service representative told me that it was from a ingredient in the cream and that I should have known not to go into the sun and that my reaction to the product was basically my problem I should have known it would do that to my skin if I went into the sun. The companies customer service agent told me that they would not refund my money, no matter what. I stated there are no warning labels on the bottle to warn against side effects such as the ones I was displaying, he said it didn't matter. I told them I would dispute the charges, his response was, even if I disputed the charges their company would still get their money, and I would be out either way. I don't know where they found their customer service representatives but it is clearly not about health and beauty with this company. They are just selling poison and stealing money.

I ordered two trial size creams and 14 days later was charged hundreds of dollars for a "subscription plan" for these products.
I ordered two trial size products with a debit card. Two days later on my account I had fraud activity for different purchases out of state. I called to cancel and ask for a full refund on 9/24/17 and only a small portion of the hundreds of dollars was refunded. I have sent the product back and again asked for a full refund. I have notified my banking establishment and they are fighting these charges with me. This is a complete scam and I believe this company is also how my account was hacked with additional fraudulent activity. Below are the cancellation emails I received from the company.

Unfortunately on 11/06/2017 the customer's account was flagged as a chargeback due to the customer filing a dispute with their financial institution, in which their financial institution has ruled the dispute in our favor. At this time we are unable to provide the customer with additional refunds, we appreciate your understanding.
