AH Media Group Reviews (%countItem)

This company is guilty of false advertising, bait and switch, and a host of other illegal business practices.Stay far away from these scammers. Run!!!
Ayesha Curry, Ellen Degeneres, Chrissy T and I believe Martha Stewart were all allegedly featured in an ad for a facial product called Derma Mira. According to the add, this skincare line was developed by Curry who I greatly respect so I decided to try the offer for free samples which only required paying shipping fees. The total charged was a few cents less $12. This transpired about 10/3/17 while we were still dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Irma so I was not perturbed about not receiving the items within the timeframe specified. On 10/18/17, in the process of paying my credit card, I saw 2 charges of $89.95 which I did not recognize. After a quick call to the joint cardholder confirmed that he did not make those purchases, I immediately made a report to my bank about these fraudulent charges and was assured that the matter would be handled. By the end of the month the items still did not come in so I called customer service for a status update and got a rude awakening. The product Derma Mira which I agreed to try was aka Amabella and was directly tied to the "fraudulent" charges on my credit card. I was told that since they did not hear from me before the trial period ended, the assumption was that I was satisfied, hence I was charged for a 30 day supply. I reiterated that the items still were not delivered and at that point, several new deals were offered to include sending another set of products and reducing the monthly cost but by then they had lost credibility so I requested cancellation and a full refund of the charges that were processed without my consent. I was then told that since I filed a dispute with my bank they would not be able to do a refund as that would be duplicating effort. That transpired more than 90 days ago and now the credit card company has ruled in their favor. This company is guilty of false advertising, bait and switch, and a host of other illegal business practices so I'm flabbergasted by the actions taken by *** There's no great need to do any serious investigation as AMABELLA ALLURE is now listed on every rip-off sites and has a F rating with the Revdex.com. I WANT MY MONEY!

Desired Outcome

I want to be fully refunded - $191.85. I accepted an offer for Derma Mira and now I'm being charged for something else. I never received their products so I cannot comment on efficacy but just judging the circumstances surrounding this issue speaks loudly and greatly undermines the integrity of all involved in this ring of deception!

Thank you for mediating this consumer complaint from our customer, Case Number: XXXXXXXX. Our company strives to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied, so we take consumer complaints very seriously. Before customers commit to our 14 day free trial, our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.

According to our records, the customer ordered our skin cream and eye serum on a 14 day trial basis back on 10/03/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $6.98 and $4.97. The trial expired on 10/17/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 10/17/2017: $89.95 for the eye serum and $89.92 for the skin cream.

The customer contacted our Customer Service on 10/29/2017 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did. The customer later called us on 02/04/2018 regarding new charges on her card and our agent mistakenly advised customer that our customer was charged again due to the disputed she filed. Our records do not indicate that our customer has disputed the charges from us therefore we will be providing a full refund for the charges on 10/17/2017 for any misunderstanding. Here are the refund confirmations:

$89.95 Trans ID: XXXXXXXXXX dated 02/13/2018.

The refunds should reflect on the customer's account within 3 to 7 business days. Please relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions.

This is a scam. I signed up for a shipment of facial cream which I paid for.I have been charged approx.$200permonth.no refund was given when cancelled
I paid for the initial delivery and apparently embedded on their site was a statement that allows them to charge me and send monthly supplies of face cream and eye serum. Nowhere on their packing slip is there a place to contact them and there is no price amount listed. I finally found a number to call and also found that they have had MANY complaints to Revdex.com. I have stopped the recurring charge for future shipments through my card, but when I called back and requested a credit to my account, the lady became very rude and would not talk with me. I am now filing a complaint and to not be charged in the future and to recoup the amount paid to them through trickery for an unwanted product over the past few months. I was scammed.

Desired Outcome

This company needs to stop deceptive advertising and credit my account for outrageously expensive and unexpected charges.

This vendor advertised guaranteed reversal of eye bags naming celebrity names. I'm senior citizen being charged with huge bills now. Fake advertisemen
I used CC to pay for a sample paying shipping only for $4.95. On my statement I was first charged $84 them in Dec. $94.92!
There was no information stating I agreed to pay for these outrageous amounts for a tiny tube of .2 ounces of serum.

Desired Outcome

I want full refund for all charges aside from sample I agreed to pay in October 2017.

I followed a Facebook ad that claimed a celebrity used this product.....and advertised I could get a free sample....just pay shipping. I followed the link and followed their dangling carrot ....always promising I only had to pay shipping. So of course I do, get my product and 2 weeks later....I get hit for almost $200! (I also got the eye serum in addition to the cream) Of course I had not approved of these charges and called them immediately. Was met with a rude person who said I had agreed to their Terms and Conditions....of which I had never seen. I disputed this with my bank ....so the funds went back into my account....but is still under review. Months have now gone by and they have changed their website.....or maybe I ordered from a 3rd party? Their product is substandard and certainly not worth 90 bucks a pop. These people are crooks and prey upon consumers. Do not order from them, stay away!!! Revdex.com Please help us and shut this business down!

deceptive celebrity advertising. deceptive billing.
deceptive celebrity endorsement. deceptive billing. think you're paying for shipping $4.99 and then you're billed $89. pretty deceptive and deceitful.

Desired Outcome

let me return the item for a refund

False claims and unexpected charges to debit card.
Ordered trial product from Amabella Allure for eye serum and skin cream with shipping charges only in mud December. Received product and the unexpected charges made to my debit account previously provided for the advertised shipping of FREE trial on Jan 2, 2018. Attempted to correct problem by calling toll free number appearing on my account transaction. Customer service said there wa nothing I could do since I had a legally binding contract. I disagreed and the rep could not provide but simply said you can go to THE websit with no further information of assistance. They were persistent in trying to offer a discounted price when I requested to cancel the order and return the product. Very persistent on offering employee discount up to 75%. I was equally persistent and said no - cancel the order and I will return the products. The rep finally agreed to cancel the order but told me no need to return the products. Didn't make any sense but I did receive a confirmation that the ordered placed 18 Dec was cancelled on 2 Jan 2018 (same day of call to customer service), however, my account was never credited for the two charges $89.95 and $89.92 for the skin cream and eye serum. Called again on 11 Jan 18 and the customer service rep said there was nothing I could do. I informed him that so plan to pursue my bank and others to prove to him that something will be done. His comment, Go ahead you won't WIN!

Desired Outcome

Full refund of $179.97 for scam without full disclosure of future charges or ample notification to cancel free trial.

The response of a full refund is acceptable but I am puzzled by the two step refund plan (credit account now but mail a check in 4 - 6 weeks for the remainder since the company charged my card the total amount of $179.97 on the same date originally). Please note that I will re-open the case if the company does not complete the full credit as promised in their settlement response to the Revdex.com.

Revdex.com is the only solution to this company's repeated unethical behavior demonstrated by weak business practices in full disclosure to consumers in their marketing practices.

Thank you Revdex.com.

My bank account has been credited for the amount I requested. Thank-you for your assistance, honestly don't believe this company would have refunded my money without your stepping in for me. With much gratitude, I thank-you!

Unauthorized charges submitted to my checking account.
I placed an order for a free trial sample of AmAbella Allure revitalizing moisturizer cream of which I was to pay only the shipping charge. After you get past the payment method another area pops up automatically adding another product for AmAbella eye serum with an additional shipping charge. When you are ordering the first product it doesn't tell you that a second product will automatically be added. At this point I decided to abort the order but some way it went thru anyway and I was surprised when I received it. I just kept the order and paid the shipping charges on both products and just forgot about. This all happened in December and the order is dated 12/17/17, order #XXXXXXXX, Ref. number *** On January 8, 2018 I was checking my banking information and I see this deduction dated 1/6/18 in the amount of $89.92 and I couldn't figure out what it was for from KMDskincare XXXXXXXXFL, then I remembered the AmAbella trial care that I had ordered. On 1/8/18 I called the number on the skincare jar (XXX) XXX-XXXX and spoke to someone named Eric and advised him that I did not authorize this payment as I had no desire to continue using these products. He advised me that was not entitled to a full refund and offered me a partial refund which I refused. I have not received the product yet but when I do I will be returning it if there is a return address available.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund of the money they deducted from my MasterCard debit account thru my credit union. I contacted them this morning 1/9/18 and they suggested that I cancel that card and they will issue me a new debit card because they have experienced cases where these type of companies sometimes continue to subtract money from accounts even after the cancellation has been requested. So I have cancelled that card.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I filed my complaint with Revdex.com on 1/9/18 and on 1/10/18 I decided to try again to contact Amabella's customer service department and speak to a supervisor. I did not have to speak to a department head because the person that I spoke to said that they could take care of the problem for me after I explained to him that I was an 82 year old senior citizen and after they took $89.92 out of my checking account it left me with $22.02. At that point he explained to me that after 14 days of receiving their product if I did not cancel my order for the trial I would be charged the full price for the items I had received which were supposed to be the free trial offer. They did agree to give me a full refund for which I am grateful. I thank you for your prompt attention to my inquiry and I am sure you will have many more with the same problem. I had to agree not to take legal action against them if I wanted the full refund. I did agree to that stipulation. Thanks again for your help.

This company is a total scam. The product is a joke and they will bill you 180.00/month.
If you signed up for the sample- cancel immediately or your in for a fight. You must call them to cancel, I emailed them because I couldn't locate their number. They stopped the subscription
but continued to bill me every month. I had to cancel my card to get them to stop.
UNBELIEVEABLE!

I called XXX-XXX-XXXX customer service line to cancel my future orders. This product is not for me. The customer service representative "Tiana" was SO rude. Stated she would offer the product at 35% off, if I wanted to continue to use it. I said was not interested. Then she stated she was going to note in an email that she offered if at "50% off". When I corrected her stating that she offered at 35% off, not 50%, she yelled at me, telling me that I was not listening. I yelled back telling her not to yell at me, that she never offered at 50%. She said, "I'm going to put you on hold and let you calm down.." I wasn't going to be put on hold and wait for her to come back on the line. I decided to hang up and call back to talk to someone a little more civil. While waiting on another representative to answer, "Tiana" called me back, so I answered. She says to me "Why did you hang up, YOU STUPID ***".... This customer service representative called me a "***"...are you kidding me? What she failed to do was block her phone number when she called me back, and realizing this, she hung up. Then called me back two more times with her phone number blocked. Too late, I have your number and I will be calling to report you, TIANA!!!

Horrible company, They are scam your money PERIOD !!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

wow what a scam. I thought I was order a trial product and then received outrageous charges for a product I didn't want. With the help of my credit card rep. we were able to receive a partial refund and able to cancel this product. be very careful when ordering this trial product you end up paying through the nose.

AmaBella uses fraudulent tactitcs to make reoccuring charges to accounts. Customers are not aware of what they are being signed up for or purchasing.
This is a complaint against Amabella Allure. The listed email is ***@tryamabellaallure.com
On 9/02 I signed up for a free trial of eye cream that was advertised as such, free trial just pay shipping of $4.99. The product was being advertised through a social media site where you could quickly sign up for your free trial. I was careful to see what I was signing up foror so I thought. I was in NO way under the impression tha I was signing up for a monthly subscription. When I realized on 10/18 that I had been charged much more than shipping And 2 more bottles of cream I never ordered, I placed a call to the company. On 10/18 I spoke with an Amabella customer Rep. She was very rude to me and tried to make me feel stupid for not knowing what the Terms and Agreements were. She claimed they were clearly stated on the website, which is a complete lie and everyone else sees the terms except for me. She gave me a web address which was different from the actual site I signed up from. When I asked to return the shippment that was on its way, she said they do not accept returns due to "health code violations". I asked to speak to a manager and she resisted and said it wouldn't matter what I did, I would be charged for everything, she sees it happen all the time. When I asked why it happens all the time, she ignored the fact that I was not the only unhappy customer. I tried disputing the charges with my CC company and they originally approved it due to lack of response from Amabella, however they just notified me that they got new evidence of website with the terms. I, however, do not believe that I signed up on the same site or the terms were improperly displayed or written. When I read the information given through the CC company, Amabella did say they would refund unopened products. This "term" was never given to me when I spoke with the representative-she said no returns as stated above. I did return to sender the unopened box regardless of this information based on principal. I never even opened my original trial bottles and am afraid to because it is obvious to me that this company is just out to scam money from people. My original trial order number was XXXXXXXXXX. I was billed 4.99 in shipping cost for 2 bottles of cream and 14 days later charged 89.92 for each bottle. In October I was charged 94.91 for two more bottles that I returned in the mail. I did get email confirmation on October 18th that my order was cancelledwhich was my "membership" They also use multiple names so it is hard to keep track of what they are doing or when they are billing/sending you products.

Desired Outcome

These charges were not made in good faith or with good business practices. This seems to be a reoccuring problem with many customers so there is clearly a problem. I believe I am owed money back for the product less the shipping costs that I agreed upon. I sent back the second shipment and should get a full refund for the product and I still have the unopened bottles from the trial that I can send back to get a refund for.

Thank you for mediating this consumer complaint from our customer, Case Number: 67383968. Our company strives to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied, so we take consumer complaints very seriously. Before customers commit to our 14 day free trial, our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.

According to our records, the customer ordered our skin cream and eye serum on a 14 day trial basis back on 09/02/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.99 and $4.97. The trial expired on 09/17/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 09/17/2017: $89.95 for the eye serum and $89.92 for the skin cream. Due to no cancellation the autoship program took effect. The following month on 10/17/2017 the customer was charged for new shipments: $94.92 for the eye serum and $94.91 for the skin cream.

The customer contacted our Customer Service on 10/18/2017 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did. Unfortunately on 11/14/2017 the customer's account was flagged as a chargeback due to the customer filing a dispute with their financial institution, in which their financial institution has ruled the dispute in our favor. At this time we are unable to provide the customer with refunds, thank you for understanding.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I do not believe that I had to check a box that said I agreed to any type of auto ship program. I would have never agreed to that since I was only going to try the product out for the cost of the shipping. It is undenyable that they lure people in under those circumstances even if they have terms hidden somewhere on their site and I want others to be warned. I saw their product on FaceBook and when I was made aware of these terms by their customer service representative, I tried to find the ad to see what I missed. All I found were other customers making the same complaint that I have and Amabella links that were no longer working. My other reason for not accepting this response is that I do not believe that the company cares about my satisfaction, let alone 100% satisfaction. When I called to inquire about the charges I was not told that I could get any refund, not even for the shipment that hadn't even made it to my house. I was told by costomer service that they did not accept returns becasue it was a health code violation which based on new evidence was a lie. At this point, I would not even try the product because it has changed names so many times, as if they start with one name for as long as they can, then switch to another. A legitimate company would not run business practices this way. If they really cared about my satisfaction, they would have at least offered a refund for the shipment that hadn't been delivered at the time. If the product worked, they would not have to trick people into memberships. The other reports were consistant with the poor customer service and misinformation. My experiences with their representatives were belittling and as if I had no other options which is why I turned to disputing the charges as well as filing here on the Revdex.com. The tone was very different from the response given above. I also never received any email confirmations on my order, any warning I would be charged again or any written confirmation with my original shipment. Again, not normal business practices.

AH Media Group Response • Jan 25, 2018

As previously stated, we are unable to provide refunds to our customer since they filed a dispute through their financial institution and their account was flagged as a chargeback on 11/14/2017, thank you.

Here's what I did about the Amabella subscription that suddenly appeared on my charge card with out my authorization.
1. Just because they have an obscure link to some set of outrageous terms and conditions on their web site does not mean that you have agreed to these terms. I never agreed to the terms as part of the "sample order" process by clicking or signing anything.
2. I believe that their whole game is just to try and get something out of you. When I called their customer service to return the product and ask for a full refund they offered to give me a 35% discount on the product and told me that it is too late for a return/refund. When I persisted they offered me a 75% discount. When I persisted they offered to refund one of the shipments. When I refused all of their offers they sent me an email saying that my orders were cancelled but they didn't offer any refund.
3. I spoke to my charge card rep and they are well aware of this company. They said that Amabella will just continue to charge the card even if you have "cancelled" the subscription. They recommended cancelling my card and issuing a new card as the only way to make sure that I didn't have a further problem.
I consider this a business based on deceptive sales practices.

Refused refund of product unused and unopened package. Continued charging for unordered products.
I ordered a trial product of Amabela Allure Serum and Eyecream on 8/27/2017 for $9.96. When I received the product, I was not happy with it but there was no packing slip or any information on the box even with the company name to call or email. The 2nd and 3rd packages I received even though I didn't order where charged to my credit card for $94 each totaling almost $400. When I received the December shipment, I had been charged again with no refund from the first 2 packages even though I refused them from the USPS. I called the number I finally found on MY credit card to cancel get refunded, send the current package back, and cancel anything that they might have. I was told they have a no return/no refund policy. The first time I was put on hold and they never came back after I asked to talk to the supervisor. The 2nd time I called right back and was again told they could send me more product but would NOT take any product back even if unopened and would not issue any refunds of any type. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was put on hold and eventually a beep came as if to leave a message. They had no intentions of helping me at all. Also, I did not ever receive any emails from them when product was shipped. The only emails received was the very first one and the one just now canceling.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund for all shipment except the original on 8/27/2017. 10/10/17 $94.91 and $94.92 11/10/17 $94.91 and $94.92 12/10/17 $94.91 and $94.92

According to our records, the customer ordered our skin cream and eye serum on a 14 day trial basis back on 08/27/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.99 and $4.97. The trial expired on 09/10/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 09/10/2017: $89.95 for the eye serum and $89.92 for the skin cream. Due to no cancellation the autoship program took effect and we continued to bill the customer for both products on a monthly basis. These are the remaining charges:

$94.92 for the eye serum and $94.91 for the skin cream charged on 10/10/2017
$94.92 for the eye serum and $94.91 for the skin cream charged on 11/10/2017
$94.92 for the eye serum and $94.91 for the skin cream charged on 12/10/2017

The customer contacted our Customer Service on 12/27/2017 and requested refunds. We immediately cancelled their subscription and offered a 50% refund for their recent order charged on 12/10/2017 but the customer declined so no refunds were processed. Unfortunately on 01/03/2017 the customer's account was flagged as a chargeback due to the customer filing a dispute with their financial institution, in which their financial institution has ruled the dispute in our favor. Regardless, we will be providing a full refund for the charges on 12/10/2017, 10/10/2017 ($94.92 for the eye serum and $94.91 for the skin cream for each month) and $94.92 charged on 11/10/2017 for any misunderstanding when placing the order. Here are the refund confirmations:

$94.92 Trans ID: XXXXXXXX dated 01/03/2018.

$94.92 Trans ID: XXXXXXXX dated 01/03/2018.

$94.92 Trans ID: XXXXXXXXXX dated 01/03/2018.

$94.91 Trans ID: XXXXXXXXXX dated 01/03/2018.

$94.91 Trans ID: XXXXXXXXXX dated 01/03/2018.
The 4 refunds should reflect on customer's account within 3 to 7 business days; one refund of $94.92 will be refunded via check and should arrive to the customer's address in 4-6 weeks. Please relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions.

They claimed my subscription never existed and that I was never charged the full amount but then the manager offered me a 50% refund or nothing
First off, I never received a confirmation email that my order for the so called free trail went through. I used the product for a week, but ended up being allergic to it. When I called to cancel the subscription, I was told multiple times there was nothing in their system that showed I even placed the trail order. Well, after some time had passed, I had received the full sized portions in the mail. I checked the website again, and it said, "The terms also stipulate that you have 30 days to return any non-trial, unopened order to the manufacturer for a refund, less shipping & handling fees." So, I immediately returned the unopened bottles. Shortly afterwards, I was charged $89.90 for the face cream and $94.90 for the eye serum. I called back to explain what had happened, but they again told me they have no record of this. After talking to 3 different people, I finally said, "I have proof this happened. It's on my bank account, so there's no denying this transaction happened. I need to speak with a manager." The manager also was quick to say that there was nothing in their system that I was ever charged. After a long argument, he proclaimed that I didn't understand the terms of the contract because I didn't take the time to read through it well enough, but he would be willing to offer me a 50% refund or he will put down that I declined, and then I would get nothing. I figured something is better than nothing, so I accepted. Everyone who works for this fraud and immoral company is rude. The manager claims that they're not doing anything illegal, but I will be contacting a lawyer on this. If it's legal, then why was I lied to so many times about the transaction even happening but then offered a 50% refund?

Desired Outcome

A full refund and the company to be stopped from further scams. Face Cream = $89.90 Eye Serum = $94.90 Shipping of returned items = $3.96 Shipping and handling for trail = $4.99 and $4.97 (-) 50% refund of $47.45 and $44.95 = $106.32

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
In account debit you will see that I was charged for more than the shipping and handling fees on 11/27/17. The attached two debits occurred on 12/5/17 and have the companies phone numbers in the transaction description. I had contacted Amabella once when the transaction was pending on 12/4 and twice after these debits happened, once on 12/12 and once on 12/14. On 12/14 the manager I spoke with agreed to offer the 50% refund. In Amabella's response they state that they didn't offer a refund, that it was instead a discount on future products. This is a false statement as proven by attached images Account Credit 1 & 2. after speaking with the manager on 12/14 a refund occurred on 12/15 and 12/18 for 50% of the transactions. There terms and conditions stated full refunds offered on all unopened products (see refund policy & proof of return), this did not happen.

AH Media Group Response • Jan 05, 2018

We believe that our customer has filed this complaint against our company in error as we have investigated their account further and confirmed that we have only charged our customer the shipping and handling fees of $4.99 and $4.97. We have confirmed this by searching all transactions made on our customer's card used to enroll in our trial. Furthermore the charges of $94.90 and $89.90 that our customer mentioned in their complaint are not the price of our products which have consistently remained to be $89.92 and $89.95 or $94.92 and $94.91 including shipping. Please note it is our intent to resolve consumer complaints as quickly as possible but we are unable to refund charges that we have not billed to a customer, thank you.

They denied any transactions occurred via Revdex.com message but when called to confront them of the lie they questioned why I went to Revdex.com, and that I accepted the 50% refund. I did not accept, I was told 50% or nothing, take your pick. I was then offered the other 50% refund finally on 1/10; nearly 3 months later. Fraud company that is horrible to work with.

I never ordered this item called to get refund and was told they weren't going to refund me
When I called the gentleman was very rude I never ordered this so why should I have to pay for something I didn't order

Desired Outcome

I want my 98.00 dollars back

emailed this company twice on November 8 am and called them that evening to cancel samples. No response to email and they hung up on me when I called.
Nov 7 saw an ad with Ashton Kutcher and his wife promoting a face cream. I thought wow I am gonna try that. So I went on line and ordered the sample and had to pay for the shipping only and right at the end just as you finish up pop the disclaimer that says they will auto ship you monthly a supply of the product. But They did say you could cancel if not satisfied. The morning of the 8th I had decided I did not want the product and at 7:10 am sent a email to the company requesting to cancel the order and again at 10:10am I sent another request. I received no response. I then called on November 11th and when I said I wanted to cancel the order I was left on hold for 33 minutes and then they hung up on me. Once I received the order which I thought was canceled I called my credit card (nov 11th)and disputed the charges and they removed them from my bill. Today I received my bill and new charges from Amabella allure was on my card this time for the Auto shipment. So I again I called to cancel and was told I could not cancel and they would not give me a refund. Then she said I could cancel offered to send me more product to try and said she could only give me 25% of a refund because I knew the terms and conditions of the purchase. Now I am mad because I did try to cancel 3 times. I called my credit card company who put us on a conference call with the company and now they said they would give me 75% back and cancel the order. Although I agreed because my credit card company said that was the best thing to do I still feel this company misrepresented itself when it used Ashton Kutcher and his wife as bate to get me and I am sure other people to order there product. the original order number were *** which was shipped Nov 8th at 12:55pm

Desired Outcome

although they gave me a 75% refund this company I believe this company owes me a 100% refund. They used deceptive ads to get people to order and then when you try to cancel you get no response and or they hang up on you I truly believe from what I have read recently on line about this company it is a scam.

I returned product that I did not want. I have been waiting 4 months for a refund check that still has not been received.
On July 17, 2017 I ordered skin cream (product# ABAS-1) and eye serum (product# ABAE-1) from this company. On July 31, 2017 they sent me another shipment of this same product in the mail that I did not want and charged my account $179.87 total. When I was charged for this additional product, on July 31, 2017, I called the company directly as soon as I realized my account was charged. This was before I even received the product in the mail. On September 5, 2017 I spoke with a representative who gave me an RMA number for each product that I was returning, *** and 7B736DXXXXXX. I was given a tracking number from UPS and received confirmation that the product was received back to the company. I called multiple times following this conversation and was told multiple different things. I was told it would take 30 days, then I was told 60 days, and then 90 days. Every time I called it was longer and longer that I had to wait. Looking back in my call history, which only goes back to October, I called on October 16, November 21 and November 27.

I called again on November 29, 2017 as I still did not receive the refund check. I spoke with a supervisor by the name of Erin who told me they cannot overnight the check but that she would reissue the check and request a rush on it and I should receive it in 15 days. On December 18, 2017 when I still hadn't received the check, I was told by another supervisor Jason, that he would look into the issue and have someone call me back within 24-48 hours. On December 20, 2017 no one called! I called back around 5:00pm and spoke with another supervisor Karen who told me nothing was done from my last conversation with Jason and that she was going to put a request in. She told me there was nothing else she should do and no one else I could talk to.

I requested to speak with her manager and she informed me they do not take phone calls and I was going to have to wait for them to call me back.

I have been trying for 4 months to get a refund check and have not been able to get anywhere with this company. On top of it all, I have been getting charged interest since July 31, 2017 as it was charged to my credit card. In total, since August 1, 2017, my credit card has accrued $39.54 in interest.

Desired Outcome

I have given this company multiple attempts to refund me the $179.87 and I have been unsuccessful. They received the product back and have not refunded me the money that I was charged for this product. Due to this, my account has accrued $39.54 in interest. I am requesting the $179.87 along with the interest of $39.54 for a total of $219.41. I am requesting this be expedited as I have been waiting 4 months.
