Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:We still don't know what is the problem? installation or [redacted] boilerIf we are sure the problem is because of a poor quality product you sold us, I will consider to follow Aiello manager's suggestion to file a complaint to [redacted] BoilerAll Aiello technicians said it should not be happened like the one in our basementAnd yes, there was some obvious mistake in installation as wiring floor to floor Starting from now, we will follow to do annual check as manufacture suggestedBut if the boiler fails again, what will Aiello take as responsibility? Very professionalTook time to explain humidifier problem to me in language I could understandAnd showed me some maintenance that I could do to make my humidifier run more effecient and possibly prevent same problem from happening again

Aiello Home Service dispatched our licensed and insured plumber to the home to repair the water leak. Upon arrival, our plumber diagnosed the likely cause of the leak He also discovered another problem with the plumbing that was creating a hazard for the customer’s home The
plumber explained to the customer the problem, the process to solve the customer’s problem and the cost to make the repairs Aiello Home Services employs upfront pricing so the price the customer is quoted is exactly the price they pay for the repair The customer was given all this information Before commencing any work, the customer gave written approval of the work to be done and the price they would pay for this job At the completion of the work, the plumber explain all the work he perform and received the customer’s signature that the work was done in accordance with the written authorization The customer was then emailed the final receipt.On July 17.2017, the customer and Aiello Home Services reached a mutually agreeable resolution of this Revdex.com complaint

Tom came out to our home on a Saturday night with the temperature at degrees He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained it to me and with good humor explained to me what I needed to do to avoid having the problem again

I write to inform you that my complaint, #***, has been resolved to my satisfaction. After I filed the complaint, Frank, the plumbing manager at Aiello, tried several times to reach me on Friday, September - but I was out of state. I returned his call upon my return and he again
reached out, but I was again out of state with no mobile service. We finally connected today. In a very pleasant conversation, he assured me that Aiello was a 100% satisfaction guaranteed company. We went over my concerns about the excessive charges I felt I had incurred. He explained, that when they got the complaint, they did not charge my account. He asked what I thought was a fair price for the work completed. I said that $would be fine - a bit more than Lowe's $169, but parts were supplied, so we believe it is a fair price.In the future, we will continue to use Aiello because their work has been excellent - that was never part of the complaint.It was also probably not fair of me to submit my complaint to you before hearing from Aiello.Thank you for being there for consumers. *** ***Aiello is lying through thier teeth about what was said and done! I am not surprised after them adding charges onto my invoice after I signedI have never worked with people so dirty and low down beforeThey mentioned nothing of a $diagnostic feeAfter I signed a price for $appearedI asked the technician Jason L why it said $256, when he told me to sign for $ONLY! I called his manager, and my husband because I was upset this guy just lied to my face about what I was signingThey can keep lying, because it is just motivating me further to take this to courtJason L would only need to take a lie detector test, and this issue would be resolvedI am aware it is my word against their's, and I am the only party uttering a word of truthI need to hear this company refute these claims in person, since they refuse to be honest onlineI would have dropped it, but in their response they added even more lies

Service technician was on time He explained the job and costIt was done in a timely manner and he was very neat

Very pleased with Aiello Prompt and professional They committed to a hour window for an appointment; imagine my surprise when they arrived minutes early for the appointment, and they were in and out in no time Would definitely recommend them

Complaint *** *** *** has been resolved and customer has been provided the “special order” obsolete product through a different vender, The product is installed and working properly, *** *** had an overview of product and how to use it in conjunction with the complete system

I called Aiello Plumbing to report a leak in my upstairs bathroom, Rob came the next day and made the repair He was polite, timely, informative and professionalIt was expensive but what plumber isn't? I had several items that needed attention but chose to repair the most urgent because I couldn't afford everything on my list but there was one important item on the list, low water pressure, that Rob assured me was not as much of a problem as I thought He verified that my pump switch was working properly, that my tank was set to psi, not psi as I thought, so the pump wasn't quitting prematurely and I could relax and just give my well a few days to recover from excessive use What a relief He was honest with me and I really appreciated thatSome service providers will tell stories to push up the bill, I know, I've met them, but that wasn't the case here Aiello plumbing will quote everything you ask them to even if you don't do the repair and they don't use scare tactics to compel you to employ them I'll call them again if and when I need to

I found Steve to be a great technician when he came out to service the issue we were having w/ of the heat zones on the furnace He took plenty of time to explain my options for repair Was extremely patient while answers the many questions I had for him Overall, provided excellent customer service

Today, Stephen Sfrom Aiello Home Services performed a routine heating system inspection at my home The technician was professional and courteous at all times He demonstrated much proficiency and knowledge of the situation at hand I truly appreciate the comments he provided regarding a potential hazardous situation; no other service personnel had pointed that out to me before

I am very satisfied with the service that I received James was knowledgeable and got the job done in a timely manner He was courteous and I would definitely call Aiello again when I am in the need for heating or plumbing service

Stephen S*** *** did an outstanding job of trouble-shooting our gas/steam furnace overfill difficulties, explaining a first-, and second-step plan to replace electronics, and executed the repairs in a way that left us completely satisfied with his thought process, his clear explanation, and his final results Thank you, *** *** ** ***

First phone contact was positive and professional, appointment scheduled promptly with subsequent confirmation phone calls and e-mail, technician(Pete) arrived on time, was thorough, highly experienced and polite Very positive experience

Too expensive!!

As a client of Aiello I want to recognize and express the high quality of service I received from Technician Ken BHe was polite, courteous and professional through multiple visits troubleshooting separate issues related to my furnace/ac unitsKen consistently diagnosed the issues using all tools available to him, he made recommendations and clearly and concisely explained his findingsHe went above and beyond to rule out any other underlying issuesHe resolved the issues to my satisfaction and was sure to ask me if I had any questionsTHANK YOU KEN!
I also want to recognize the staff that answer their company line, always courteous and great listenersTHANK YOU ALL!
