I am writing to praise the work done at our house last week Our service technician William, arrived as scheduled, explained what was to be done, and did it perfectly He was installing a wireless thermostat and ran into a two-hour complication, due to our house being mis-wired Instead of making it my problem, he spent time looking up diagrams on line, and making calls to others who also had expertise When done, even though running way behind his schedule for the day, he took the time to fully explain the system to me, and demonstrated he understood our specific goals with the device He was respectful of the condition of the house, as well as those who were coming and going We couldn't be happier and are considering his company for future work

Nice job but outrageous fees $for replacing ft of pipe in and hour and a half But I had no choice because I had to leave town

TOTAL RIP-OFF!! Run away fast or get taken to the cleaners!!! My Mom lost heat in her home, so I call these guysThey told me $to show up and give me a quoteTotal lie!!! Guy shows up look at my Mom's Fairly new high efficiently gas system and charged her $just for looking!!!!Wow He say the $was just for pulling in the driveway!!!Wow Did not even fixed anythingTry to talk her into putting in a new system!!! Her system is only years old and she paid $These guys are total con artist!!!

Terrific service all aroundAiello call center called to remind me of and schedule their free annual updateThey gave me a half hour arrival time rather than a 4-hour window as most delivery/service appointments do, and they called the afternoon before to re-confirmService rep, Peter, showed up on timeHe was courteous, even friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and helpful He recommended an additional service based on my questions to him, called the office and scheduled them on the spot for meExcellent service

After the company received a
customer concern call for this customer, I returned the call that same evening
to the customerI reviewed the call completely and found that they had a circuit
that was tripping the breaker
The licensed and fully
background checked Aiello electrician and his apprentice spent their time
diagnosing the problemIt was extensive diagnostic, thus the reason for the
diagnostic chargeOnce the trouble was found they explained it was a bad light
fixtureThe Aiello electrician then wrote up a written quote for the repair,
the customer then authorized the repair in writingUpon authorization the
electrician then replaced a dimmer as requested by the homeowner
A the electrician was preparing
to leave the homeowners house Mr***, asked if they could also
replace a porcelain pull chain lamp holder in the basement near the well pump
Again the electrician prepared a written quote, the homeowner again authorized
the repair in writing and the electrician and his apprentice performed the
repairOnce the repairs were completed, the homeowner signed off on the repair
stating they were 100% happy with the repair and it was completed as quoted
Again all charges were quoted in
advance and authorized in writing by the homeowner before work began, in
addition the electricians applied a 15% senior discount
When I called Mrs
***, she was concerned we took advantage of her disabled husband I
assured her we would never do that. I informed Mrs*** that
we gave a 15% senior discount at the time of repair and to ease her concern
about pricing I was going to issue her a good faith customer resolution credit
She was happy with the agreed amount Aiello was giving her back and I even
explained to her where to take her old light fixture to get it repairedAgain
she was very happy with the resolution we had come to over the phone
It was then after we came to a
resolution by phone Mrs*** , continued to pursue a complaint
with the Revdex.com (which she filed after cashing her good faith
resolution check) I spoke with Mrs*** again and she seemed to be
confused as to the work that had been done on 9/29/
It was not just a dimmer that
our electrician replaced and we never charged her to remove a lamp shadeI
again explained the repair work we did, which I explained above in this
response listed aboveShe then asked her husband while I was one the phone if
we replaced a light in the basement and he replied yes she then told me to
speak with her husband who I found to be very pleasantAnd apologized to me
about the whole situationI respectfully request this complaint be removed as
the concern was fully resolved during the first call

I had a second floor bathroom water pipe leak that stained the first floor c living room ceiling I called Aiello and describe my issue Aiello office representatives were courteous and knowledgeable Their plumber came within the promised time frame the next day after a notification call Their plumber was courteous and knew where and what the pipe leak problem was and how to fix it He even took extra time to ensure the water system worked with not problemsHe did very good professional work I would call them again and recommend them

As usual, they are a phone call away Had a plumbing issue and setting up a convenient time for me was no problem Stacy was on time, efficient, professional, straightforward, and knowledgeable Would recommend Aiello home services even if they are pricey You will always get top-notch service from a very accommodating and courteous staff

Ken B is a great service tech Went above and beyond the norm to restore heat while I wait for the part to arrive tomorrow I would definitely ask for Ken to resole and future repaier needs

Ken came to troubleshoot my central air conditioning unit It was not keeping up when the temp reached into the 90-degree days Ken was very thorough, analytical, and explained the system and why he was doing each step in diagnosing the problem Ken was professional, friendly and patient He was determined to solve the problem and did

Aiello was able to provide Sunday service with a minimum trip charge that was explained to the customer in advance and agreed to by the customer over the phoneOnce at the customers home, the technician determined the problem and quoted Aiello's price to change out, test and warranty the defective
part for one yearAs always Aiello gives our customers a choice to have work performed or notThis customer declinedAiello incurs a cost to drive a fully stocked truck to a customers home with a fully licensed and background checked service technicianThis is the trip charge fee that the customer agreed to in advanceThere always can be a cheaper price found around the corner, however it is not just the part that is considered into the build of the price

I am rejecting this response because I do not trust this company. I will never do business with them again, nor do I want them to step foot on my property ever again. They have a substantial amount of negative reviews online. Their rating should be "zero"
