Hello [redacted],
I'm very sorry to see that you were unclear on the terms of the 30 day Guarantee. Unfortunately, you still do not qualify for the 30 day Guarantee. The options available to you at this time are to terminate your lease early by providing a 60 day written notice and paying an early termination fee equal to one month of rent or you may provide a 60 day written notice and be responsible for rent until the home is re-rented or until the end of the lease (whichever happens first).

Hello [redacted],
I can understand how seeing these increases in your Gas bill would be concerning. I’ve been in close contact with [redacted] as they are the company that bills and handles all gas utilities in our community. They have explained that these increases are normal during these winter...

months and in line with our community’s historical gas cost trend. Your gas charge depends on our community’s gas cost and fluctuates accordingly. I have attached documentation of your billing and Gas billing for the entire building which show that your charges are correct. I have pasted an excerpt below from [redacted] that explains their billing methodology. If you have any further questions or concerns, you will need to reach out to [redacted] for further detail. Thank you for your time and patience while we have looked into this.
[redacted] Allocated Gas Service Explanation: · Your apartment community's Allocated Gas Service utility invoices are allocated to residents based on the square footage of each apartment. · To calculate your Allocated Gas Service, all applicable property RUBS Gas charges are totaled for the billing period. · Property deductions or pro-rations are adjusted from the total charges, if applicable. This becomes the "net amount available to allocate". · The square footage of each apartment unit is multiplied by the number of days the apartment unit was occupied during the bill period and totaled. · The "net amount available to allocate" is divided by the sum of the square footage. This is the "daily per square footage rate". · The "daily per square footage rate" is multiplied by the square footage of your apartment unit and the number of billing days for which you are responsible. This is your Allocated Gas Service for the billing period.

I am rejecting this response because:As previously stated the roaches were in the unit upon move-in. There were roaches in every single room of the apartment. The first two are roaches in the living room. The following pictures are roaches in the shower and kitchen. Christopher did say that I would receive a refund via check in the mail within 30 days. He also offered to locate sister properties in the area, however they were too far away or too expensive.
Sincerely,

Dear [redacted],Thank you for allowing us the time to go over this. Due to your displacement during the water intrusion, we reimbursed the hotel stay, pet boarding, and utility overage for the time spent out of your apartment home. Regarding your damaged belongings, we directed you to your renter's...

insurance for these types of matters. The $341.19 charge remains valid as that is the pro rated amount of rent for your time spent at the hotel. The $113.00 spent on food will unfortunately not be reimbursed since that is a personal expenditure. Thank you.

I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. After discussing with our team, we have agreed to reverse your notice fee. Thank you for your patience while we have been working to resolve this for you.

I am rejecting this response because: Aimco did not follow through in a timely manner.  They knew of the beehive for over a year and did NOTHING ABOUT IT!!! I was put in harms way because the said "It is too expensive to remove." That is unacceptable. Someone could have been killed. I have a video on my phone of thousands of bees swarming on my balcony. I went to the office immediately and showed them. That was all the way back in May.   I want my money back for the hell hole I lived in for 3 years.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Hello [redacted],
I have attached photo’s that show marks on the walls and validate all cleaning and damage charges. We have more documentation as well but the Revdex.com only allows a maximum of 4 attachments. Our preferred employer discount applies only to local police enforcement and not federal agents. However, in looking back at our notes, we see that you informed us of your change in employment on 9/22/15. At that time, we should have removed the discount. Because of this, we will agree to reverse the charges from removing your preferred employer discount from 9/22/15 to 11/30/15 which will result in a credit to your Final Account Statement of $126.38. Thank you again for your patience while we have reviewed and addressed these concerns.
