roaming the hallways and lost packages, we recently partnered with *** ***, a third party vendor, to provide a safe and secure location for all packagesThis new amenity is free of charge to our residentsAll carriers, including ***, ***, *** and ***, have started delivering to this secure system and they are no longer going door to door In order for our residents to use this system, they need to register with *** ***. We allow packages to remain in the system for up to days for freeThere is a $per day late fee applied for days 4-when packages have not been retrieved, and packages are returned to sender on day 8. The late fee policy is why *** *** requires all users to provide their credit card information. No late fees will be charged to your card so long as packages are picked up within days of delivery In addition, our agreement with *** *** requires that they keep our residents’ personal information confidential, regardless of their privacy policy. They are not permitted to sell the information of our residents While we believe the *** *** system offers the best combination of security and convenience, we do not require our residents to use this systemAll residents are free to make other arrangement to get their packages sent to them, such as getting a P.OBox or personally picking up the packages at local ***, ***, or *** hubsHowever, due to theft and the privacy of our residents, carriers will no longer be delivering door to door

I am rejecting this response because: although they reimbursed my hotel, I did not have my personal belonging, I was forced out of my home that I pay rent onBecause I did not have my personal living space that I pay rent on, they should reimburse me for forcing me out of my home, causing undo stress and adding to my ongoing health issuesBeing forced out of my home with a lung decease was an inconvenience and not having my personal space to take care of my illnessWhen I was told I'd be staying in a hotel they assured me they would pay me for itinstead they took over days and credited my rent instead of paying me directlyThat is their way of covering the renters creditHave them show me a legal document that states they aren't' responsibleaccording to the lawyer I have been working with, they should grant a renters credit for that week, in addition to the amount I paid out of pocket to stay in a hotel, these should not of been combined
