This customer has returned items to us for which we have authorized a store creditWe urge all customers to read the return policy thoroughly before placing an order on our website as we have an store credit/exchange only return policy for all of the brands we carryThese were sent back without an RMA, however, our company waived the 15% processing feeStore credit is the only option for the items returned and may be used toward any product on our website

I am rejecting this response because:The response from this company is full of lies:? 1.? I NEVER received the item they say was resent to me2.? I never heard form them after they told me that they would check with the manufacturer3.? They never contacted me regarding the resending of an item OR the credit applied.? This company is the recipient of many online complaints - they are not professional as well as being rude and liarsIn my opinion, there should be a class action by all the customers who have been treated in a similar manner.? ?

The brand that was ordered does not qualify for a refund, as it is stated in the return policyWhen the customer submitted his request, he had to agree to the terms of the return policy, in the terms, in the 3rd paragraph, it gives the list of brands that would only be eligible for exchange or
store credit onlyThe customer, entered in his order, his email address, and then had to read the terms before agreeing to themThe brand ordered only qualifies for exchange or store credit

I ask for a full refund
for all four pair of stockings I bought this winter plus shipping plus time and trouble? I ask for $? After I contacted Revdex.com I got replacements but they charged me shipping, which they said they would not? I think this company is pretty lax on the part of customer relations and maybe even downright shady and I see no need for them to keep any of my money

We advertise free shipping, but there is stipulations to thatOne the order must be over $and for certain items, such as washing solution and stocking donners, because of the weights of those items, there will be a shipping charge attached to itAll this information can be located at the

We do not have control over an manufacture back order, if an Item is not available to ship right away, we ship the item once it is available at the shipping method paid for at the time of the transactionThe package was shipped over night, therefore no refund will be issed.?

I am rejecting this response because:I already made it clear that I will not accept re-shipment as a solution, since the order was made months agoI have purchased the items I needed from a different store (they were urgently needed medical items)A refund was promised and not issued.The package that was sent a couple of days ago was one that was not requested, and MOST IMPORTANT: it only contained two pairs of stockings! Just a fraction of the total order.So most of the order STILL never arrived, and what was sent on June 24th needs to be returned.? The fact still remains that this company has stolen my money and never sent the merchandise I ordered.?

I did not purchase any TruForm item so that is not relevant.They have charged in IN ADVANCE for shipping on items that I have not purchased and then I paid shipping on my own.? Also, they? charge twice for shipping for $shipping charge in the US but if returning more than items there is an additional $9.95? "shipping charge".? This policy? makes no sense for the customer and it is clear that the company has no interest in actually helping the customer.? In addition, there is a 15% order processing charge?? This is absurd.? I returned perfectly good merchandise in original packaging and unworn.? It can be resold.? ? I am not sure which order # this customer is speaking in regarding ofWe already provided a refund in the amount of $the reason is because normally products aren't allow to be return for a refund, since customer insisted and was complaining we went ahead as a 1x agreement that if they want there is a restocking fee and that fee is indicted on our company policy
