Albany RV installed the proper weight distkit & sway control for this customer, the same system that gets installed by Albany RV on 100's of RV's each year This customer chose to purchase another weight distribution kit an their own expense for their own reasons Albany RV will not reimburse this customer for their choice to purchase after market products somewhere else Thank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The system Albany RV installed may have been sufficient for lighter trailers and other tow vehicles but not sufficient for our trailer and tow vehicle The excessive amount of sway we experienced made travel dangerous as it was impossible to keep the trailer in our lane at MPH It not only scared all occupants of the truck but scared my year old granddaughter to tears We took a trip which should have taken hours and it took hours as we had to get off the interstate to travel at a much slower speed and still experienced swaying If we did not upgrade the weight distribution system, we would not be able to use and enjoy the trailer as planned We contacted Albany RV numerous times in an attempt to resolve this issue TJ H., manager, neglected to get back to us in a reasonable amount of time & when another person finally called they advised that they would not absorb any cost to correct the problem If they think the system they installed is sufficient, I would suggest that they put it back on our vehicle and take the trailer on the thruway at MPH Also, Albany RV advised that if they corrected the problem and upgraded the weight distribution system, it would cost $ We had an upgraded system installed at [redacted] in [redacted] which solved our problem for $ Albany RV should take responsibility for their error Regards, [redacted]

This customers RV has suffered a cold crack in the linoleum floor It is evident to see that is what has occurred from the pictures the customer provided the service manager This is a common problem that happens with RV's over time This customers RV is a & out of warranty that would cover any such issue Albany RV sympathizes with the customer & can provide the customer with a price to fix this common problem Thank you

Albany RV apologizes for the customer having service issues Albany RV does have the service appointment scheduled with the customer to address their issues Going forward the customer can contact either the service manager or assistant manager for their service needs if they chose not to speak to their assigned service advisorThank you

Mr [redacted] has a service appointment with Albany RV scheduled for August 23rd at 10:00AM to address his service needsThank you

Albany RV is sorry that this customer is having service issues The customer is correct, that outside service vendor they mention is not covered under the customers extended warranty The extended warranty company only approves qualified RV repair facilities & the one mentioned does not meet their qualifications Albany RV offered to have the customer bring the unit in so that we could look at & the customer chose not to Currently Albany RV is calling the customer & would like to go onsite to service this customer on Monday, 7/31/ Albany RV is waiting to confirm that appointment with the customer currently Additionally the customer should read his extended warranty as it does not provide for on-site service anywhere in the USA, their are some stipulations Albany RV doesn't want the customer to be mislead Onsite service coverage is clearly covered in the extended warranty paperwork Also, if the customer would like to cancel the warranty, the warranty is refundable on a prorated basis & Albany RV can assist with thisThank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Albany RV is at fault for the delay in our service One of the major issues that prevented us from using the RV was a non functioning emergency exit Albany RV was made aware by their own service tech in June that a new emergency exit window was needed, not just new latches Albany RV failed to order the replacement until October 27, Once the order was placed by Albany RV, the manufacturer promptly delivered the replacement window to Albany RV The other issue which Albany RV has failed to address is how and why we were allowed to buy and then take delivery of a vehicle that had been recalled by the manufacturer in August of It is still our belief that this is against New York State Law, specifically motor vehicle statute governing sales and service of motor vehicles The vehicle is still, again, at a body shop in [redacted] , NY for factory defective body work and for lack of heat from the front console Could Albany RV please detail specifically what is covered under "dealer prep"? Lack of heat, along with a number of the other items that were wrong with this RV, should have been caught and fixed during what any reasonable person or business would consider dealer prep, which we were charged extra for Regards, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below To set the record Information correct...We are a customer from Albany RV as we purchased our first RV from Albany RV in Feb Additionally, we have purchased a large amount of accessories from the Albany RV store We NEVER treated any folks with ANY KIND OF ANGER BECAUSE OF BEING A LADY AND A GENTLEMEN...Never Their accusation is totally wrong...totally We actually got along very well with a good number of their staff Their response is a way to cover up of their problems and they are responding to their own issuesand The worse that my lady friend did was to advise a couple at the front desk of the store not to purchase from them because they did not cover you once the purchase was complete This remark was made only after we personally went up their to resolve this matter and were once again turned awayThe trailer I purchased in [redacted] is a [redacted] , which Albany RV sellsThey are obligated ( we are told )to repair as they are a [redacted] dealer This is absolutely no different than buying a [redacted] from out west and living in the eastWe are in contact with [redacted] in [redacted] , where this trailer was actually made, AND they have received several complaints against Albany RV for issues from other folks We spoke with [redacted] , Retail Advisor: ###-###-#### She is very aware of our issue and hopes to resolve this issue In the meantime, I am trying to find the entrance of rain into our trailer roof Ask [redacted] how we treated her Again, we never treated anyone in Albany RV badly We take offence to this insinuation We are respectable people I believe my complaint with Keystone is # [redacted] I hope to hear from you regarding this matter as this is NOT over with Albany RV.Thank you [redacted] ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] We have started to work out the issues, but due to the complexity and number of issues it will take a month or two to fully resolve the problems No repairs have been made yet Regards, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowAlbany RV after weeks has not yet ordered the parts that are needed to repair the issues from our initial pick upWe have considered waiting til fall as we have no trust in the company that we would ever revive our camper back if and when they have the parts to repair our camperNothing is resolved at this time as again no parts for repairs have even been orderedWe are awaiting a response on when those parts just might be available or even orderedWe were told on day one those parts would take roughly weeks to come inThat was in April Regards, [redacted] *

Albany RV service deptis calling the customer today to review the work that was performed Albany RV will not buy back the customers RV

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowIn addition to previous response, Revdex.com spoke to customer and the following was relayed: It would have helped if the business had just acknowledged that they dropped the ball instead of blaming everyone elseThey stated that I did not have to spend any money, but their delays have cost me approximately $2,in extra expenses that I would not have incurred, including an extra month's rent and utilitiesThey didn't even bother to respond to me from June to AugustI would appreciate some good will offer for the situation the last response from rv one leaves me baffled, but it actually started on 9/I received calls from Albany rv the first was letting me know that my propane valve was in and to schedule a service apptI let them know that it wasn't my valve and I was the one with the Revdex.com and ag complaintthe second call was from the service manger explaining what did and didn't happen during this warranty issue timealthough he promised to do what he could do if another issue should arise even if was at another rvone dealership I do not have much faith in these promises any morenow I get this response from buffalo rv stating that they are waiting for the manufacturer approval 9/20, I don't know where they get this idea from since I have the rv at another dealer waiting for partsI would like to respond to Albany rv's response to the ag complaint stating that this warranty issue did not cost me anythingI believe it did cost me the following1) used rv as a bus because it could not be used as a camper properly to transport my grandkids to [redacted] rv was parked in hotel parking lot while I rented a hotel room2) due to all the delays with this warranty issue( which was caused by Albany rv) I had to extend my rental agreement month and pay extra month of utilities.( camping would have been free this month due to staying at my home resort) I lost a whole summer season of camping only using rv for nights of camping and if I were to trade the rv in at this time I would lose about thousand dollars which figures out to be thousand dollars per night of camping, not acceptableI realize that there will not be any positive outcome of this issue so the only positive thing I can do is to fly my "we've got you covered " rvone tee shirt upside down from my flag pole while campingI believe this will be a good conversation starter the original complaint was with Albany rv which in turn they sent the complaint to buffalo rv who sold me the rv please send my last complaint to Albany rv Regards, [redacted]

Albany RV will reach out directly to this customer
