Albany RV service dept. is calling the customer today to review the work that was performed.  Albany RV will not buy back the customers RV.

Albany RV was at the customers house on August 10th.  Albany should have reached out to the customer to update them regarding their service issues.  Albany RV is calling the customer today to review the customers issues.  All of the issue the customers RV is having are covered under...

the manufacturers warranty.  Albany will fix the customers RV under manufacturers guidelines, we cannot replace an entire unit for service issues.

The service manager did not call me yesterday as they said he would, just as they said they would last week and didn't! I did get an email a short time ago today telling me a "team of guys" will be at my house on Sept 11 to get the slide in. I have asked what the plan is? How do they plan to get the slide in, where will it be going to? For how long? What is the plan for the repair?  I am scheduled to work that day and have already taken several days off to be there when they come to "fix" this unit! Again if they called and discussed it with me I would have told them I'm not available that day! Once again I reject that this issue is in any way resolved. Nothing has been done to the unit. When it is repaired I will have no issues accepting it as resolved but until then I will not!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The response time to get a resolution to my problem has been atrocious from Albany RV given the nature of the potential damage to my trailer.  I have repeatedly asked to have a timeline for work repairs in writing and was not granted this request.  Once they did finally go to my trailer I requested that I again receive something in writing to state what was performed and what was the timeline for the additional steps.  I did finally receive some communication from the manager of the service department and just yesterday also spoke to the new service person in charge of coordinating my repair(s).  Unfortunately, neither individual seems to be able to provide me anything in writing and the next steps and timeline is extremely vague.  I do not have an intention of closing out this claim until I am confident that the repair(s) have been completed.

Yes, RV One has reached out to us to resolve the issues. However, nothing to date has been fixed and/or replaced on our RV. We are still waiting for the parts needed to fix our camper.

it will take a month or two to fully resolve the problems.  No repairs have been made yet.
