As soon as Albany RV has warranty approval from the manufacturer of this customers RV & receives the appropriate parts from the manufacturer to fix this customers issues, Albany RV will be in contact immediately with the customer to repair their RV In the mean time the customer should use their RV as necessary as the temporary fix Albany RV provided makes the RV usableThank you

Albany RV received a service call from this customer on July 15th On July 17th, Albany RV went on site to the customers location, diagnosed the issue & temporarily fixed the issue so that the shower can be used until the manufacturer of the product approves this warranty issue
Albany RV has since submitted the warranty claim & is waiting on approval from manufacturer Albany RV will call the customer today to re-assure them that their shower is fine to use with the temporary fix Albany RV provided until the manufacturer approves the warranty & sends Albany RV the necessary parts to fix the shower permanently Thank you

Albany RV has contacted the customer & has scheduled an onsite appointment to fix the customer issues on Oct11th

Albany RV is mailing this customer a warranty cancellation form for them to sign & send back so that we can begin the process of terminating the extended warranty policy & refunding the remaining balance of the policy to the lienholder of the RV Albany RV apologizes for re-scheduling
this customers service appointment but service work that was scheduled before this customer is taking longer then expected & has created a delay in getting to this customers service A new service appointment date has been offered to the customer. Thank you

Albany RV understands the customers situation but there is still no warranty on the RV the customer has Service issues may arise at any given time especially with used RV's This customer is out of warranty from Albany RV & would have to pay for any service work they chose to have done

I seriously think this camper was in a flood pictures do not do justice to the mess under neath the camper is one big wave after wave the tub floor is soft haft of itThe base of every cabinet is peeledThe tipout was fixed with felt coastersComing out by the wayThe light over the table has a flickering shortThe day we brought it home the shower doors were shattered called the company who makes them in Canada they sent me a new one because rv.one forgot a part that shattered the glassI’ve had it up to here and *** rv came to fix radio / entertainment center here are picturesThe actual pic of big one is the proper one An if you look closely you’ll see all the chipsThe shade in windows are all bustingWhat is the matter with these people now the air conditioner is making shut down noisesYou can say what you want but I got a lemonThe government should have a car fax for campers cause they would find out this one is not rightThey can say what they want we bought the camper in June no one called back or anything else to fix these problems while we were home and we didn’t leave until NovemberWhat’s that tell you thanks for listening hope something can be done soon I’m at my witts endDonna LImages attached

I want my refunded deposit NOW, they have no right to keep it from meI canceled the contract within hours of signing it as per the law, I have a right to do that within hours with no problem! if I have to take this to the AG's office AND the local media, rest assured that I willI want to see that refunded to my charge card NOW! for your further information, look these people up for complaints on the internet, you may be shocked! when I see the money credited back to my charge card, I will revisit this matter for closure

The fact that Albany RV is not offering any monetary compensation does not surprise me at allWe have been paying for this trailer for months and unable to use it the whole timeThe company does not care about their customers at all, this has been proven by the amount of time that has gone by since we bought the trailer and started having problemsYes, a sub has been given the job but the ultimate responsibility is on Albany RV to make sure the work is done in a timely mannerWe do not have a date yet to even have the work doneThe grounding wire is a problem and it should be the responsibility of the people (Albany RV) to make sure everything is working correctly before they leaveMy main concern is getting the trailer useable

The Extended service contract cancellation form has been emailed to the customer to sign & send back As soon as Albany RV has it they will initiate the cancel with the extended warranty company
