Albany RV doesn't have a listed Veteran Discount of $ With that being said, Albany RV makes a point to give any Veteran or any service member the very best possible price at the time of sale, as we were founded by an Army Veteran, & retired state police officer This
customer notified Albany RV after the sale & after being given the very best possible price for their RV Albany RV was sorry about this confusion for the customer so Albany RV issued a $discount in the form of a check to the customer. In regards to the "Refer A Friend" program Albany RV offers, the customer would have needed to fill out both coupon A & coupon B in their customer care packet that received when purchasing their new RV & follow the directions in submitting them Albany RV doesn't not have the coupons on file for this customer If the customer would like to send those in to the dealership Albany RV would be happy to send them their refer a friend $checkThank you

I believe that my issues are not just cosmetic I believe there is damage to the walls that can result in the elements getting into the walls that have the potential to become a health hazzard by creating mold The walls are buckled and this trailer should have never been delivered damaged The amount of money I financed to receive my trailer damaged is acceptable I have requested a replacement and was informed that if I want a replacement they would have to only allow fair market value and a new contract would have to be made Obviously there would be a lot less or no fair market value because I received less than what I purchased in the first place.
Regards,
*** ***Consumer provided update: The damage to the roof causes the damage to the walls. It is not cosmetic as the Business indicatedPictures attached

On 11/I received a letter from Albany RV stating “ These keys enclosed are for your unit that you purchased from albany rvSorry for any inconvience (inconvenience) this may have caused” The issue is that there was no key in the envelopeI called Albany RV times over the next days and received no call backOn the 3rd day I received a callback saying that I am not the only customer with the missing key issue and they are working with the post office to find the keysweeks later I still did not hear back from Albany RVI called again and received a callback stating they are waiting for the reply from the post officeI asked when I can expect a call back and was told they dont know...and that they did everything they couldI asked for having the locks replaced at their cost since it seems that someone has possession of my keys and location of my RVI was told to contact the service department to make an appointmentDue to previous issues with the service department and their lack of customer service, skilled workers and follow up I do not see any reason in working with them and request that a local (to me) knowledgeable RV technician replaces the locks in question(something Albany RV still didn't inform me of)I did not cause this issue and should not live in fear of theft of my my personal propertyIdentify which key was lost and pay for local ( to me ) RV technican to come out to my location and replace locks

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. My camper floor was in perfect condition! It was in perfect condition when I did the walk through in Albany RV's service area. It was noticed after the delivery by Albany RV's transport to my campground. It was stored securely and it was a mild winter. The damage is only where the slideout is located. The rest of the flooring has no damage. The sub flooring is in perfect condition also! There response to this issue is unacceptable. Regardless if my camper is a 2005, I did not find it the way I left it!
