I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 
I have  received a call from Paul the manager at Albany RV. He has made a promise that the parts would be ordered and as soon as the parts come in they will be out to install. I have been promised from Albany RV in the past that they would order the parts and be out to install. Let's hope that they will follow through this time. Thank you all the managers part of the orde that they will follow through this time. Thank you.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have been contacted by Albany rv and given numbers that I have requested be sent to me in writing. Pending receiving these numbers in a timely matter the issues will be resolved. This customers refund check was cut & mailed on 6/24/16.  All refunds are done on Friday's & as a company policy are refunds can take up to 30 days from request.

The Albany RV service manager spoke with Mr. [redacted] on 3/20.  All of his repairs on his unit are now complete.  Albany RV agreed to store Mr. [redacted]'s RV for a few weeks until he can pickup the RV.

customer lives well outside the boundaries of Albany RV's customer pay on site service.  This has been explained multiple times to the customer, he chooses not to agree, Albany RV cannot help there.  Albany RV has gone above & beyond in their efforts to assist this customer as best as possible since the customer refuses to bring his RV to the dealership to get is serviced properly.  Please contact Albany RV service dept. & they can look into reimbursing this customer his out of pocket expenses, as this was an offer made by Albany RV originally to this customer. Albany RV has been in contact with the customer.  Albany RV went onsite to the customers RV to diagnose & fix items on 8/7/17.  Albany RV is currently getting approvals for all other work that needs to be done & is in  touch with the customer. Thank you

Yes they sent a technician to look at the furnace. He removed it and I have not heard anything from them stating parts were ordered. This is a ongoing  problem with this business. They say they order parts and it takes a month for them to come look at the problem, another month for any parts to arrive, and months for them to bring the part. When you are dealing with a furnace and have no heat, this time lapse is totally unacceptable. All of my pipes are now frozen in the camper, if they crack Albany RV is stating they will not be responsible. This is wrong since I took out a additional parts warranty for this reason. Regards,

Albany RV obviously doesn't keep great records because I was talking to Christina 5 times in 2014 and again in 2015. Albany RV is 3 hours away and I was told by the head of there service dept Paul I believe that I was to take my RV to [redacted] to get it repaired but then Albany RV refused to pay. They didn't tell me that and I waited 6 months to find out because they didn't even tell [redacted] they where not going to pay. My RV was up in there shop for more then 2 months and it came back more damage then it did going up. I wish they would do what they say they will or I will need to get my attorney involved. This RV has been broken from the very first time I got it and they still have not fixed it. I have done everything they asked and now there response is just drive up 3 hours and we will fix it. I have all the paperwork from there tech who was here and he wrote down everything that needed to be repaired by them, that was over 2 years ago. This is how the company does business and they are the ones who told me to go to this other dealer who Albany RV called up and made this appointment then they didn't pay. So this is unacceptable to me. I would like Albany RV to call me to get this matter straighten out my number is ###-###-#### but like every other time they will not call that's what they do.
