This customer purchased a used camper with a day warranty After the warranty was expired the customer experienced issues with the camper Even though the warranty had expired, Albany RV went on-site to the customers camper on multiple occasions to service this customers camper at no charge Recently Albany RV scheduled another onsite appointment free of charge for this customer to look at their issues but the customer cancelled the appointment Albany RV has been in contact with this customer in efforts to help the most efficient way possible Thank you, [redacted]

Albany RV has been in contact with the customer A new roof for the popup was ordered from the manufacturer of the popupthe new roof is being installed today, 1/12/ The repair should be complete by end of day As soon as the repair is complete Albany RV will contact the customer

Albany RV apologizes for the miscommunication regarding scheduling a service appointment for you popup Albany RV called the phone number provided & went to voicemail, a voice message was left for the customer to call up back & Albany RV will schedule a service appointment for the week of 9/25-9/Thank you

Albany RV was at the customers house on August 10th Albany should have reached out to the customer to update them regarding their service issues Albany RV is calling the customer today to review the customers issues All of the issue the customers RV is having are covered under the manufacturers warranty Albany will fix the customers RV under manufacturers guidelines, we cannot replace an entire unit for service issues

Albany RV went onsite to the customers location 8/27/to repair slide out & replace fireplace Extended warranty doesn't cover structural issues The customers RV is going back to the factory for the repair not covered under extended warranty This was set up between the
customer & the manufacturer of the RV Thank you

Albany RV has been in contact with the customer today 3/31/& will be going on site to the customers house to address their service issues

Albany RV has subletted the repair of the wall/wood repair to an RV
service company closer to the customer & the customer has agreed to that. Albany RV is not offering the customer monetary compensation. The converter has been replaced, Albany RV cannot help that the customer cannot try it at this moment. In regards to the customers getting contacted by people who purchased their trade, it is NY state law that Albany RV, or any NY State dealer, has to provide a copy of the NY State DMV paperwork known as an MV-

I reject this idea because if we were to cancel our extended warranty then Albany RV would never fix our camper. The extended warranty also covers Albany RV to transport our camper for us when it needs to be fixed, this was the main reason we even purchased that warranty. I would like to be reimbursed for the amount we have already spent on the warranty because it has taken this long and will take even longer for our camper to be fixed. The way we have been treated is deplorable and we require some form of compensation for the run around we have been given for months!

Albany RV has been in contact with customer about their service issues On 6/13/the customer received their missing vacuum components via UPS Both the service advisor & service manager have been in contact with the customer in regards to fixing the rest of their items needing repair Albany RV offered to either fix the remaining items needing repair now or wait until the fall & fix them so that the customer will not miss out any time this camping season This was offered to the customer 6/29/& Albany RV is waiting for the customers response to how they prefer to proceedThank you

On October 7th, I provided several pictures to you of the damages in the RV via email and hard copies sent through the mail Please confirm you've received the photos On the hard copies I sent, I provided details of the issues for clarity RV One has extended an offer to reimburse for out of pocket expenses I've been very clear that I have fixed all of the issues with materials in my own workshop Therefore, I'm NOT seeking reimbursement for materials, rather I'm looking to be reiumbrsed for the time I spent fixing the issues I've outlined I've advised RV One that I spent approximately hours fixing the issues they refused to come to my home to fix (as promised) I feel as though a rate of $per hour is more than reasonable; therefore I asked for monetary reimubursement in the amount of $ I don't know what other proof I can provide at this point I've provided all documentation from the beginning of my corresponance with RV One to their President as well as the Revdex.com Please advise of next steps to bring this issue to resolution I'm available at any time via phone to discuss the status of my complaint at ###-###-####Thanks, ***

Albany RV is currently working with the manufacturer of Mrs*** RV to have her service issues covered Albany RV did reimburse Mrs*** the cost for having an on site appointment from another RV repair company assist her while camping Albany RV would not swap out RV's for Mrs
***, but if another style of RV would fit her needs better then her current RV, Albany RV would be happy to assist in finding another RV for Mrs*** Thank you

Albany Rv doesn't answer a phone callI have left many messages and have called numerous times no one has called me backIf they did call back they would know that I dident just not show up to the appointmentI was having issues trying to put the slide outs in to move it along with the extended Warrenty company not wanting to pay for repairsAlbany Rv has done nothing to help this ishueThe only thing they are good at is ignoring phone callsAlong with the extended warrent company they sold meI would never buy another camper again I have made the decision to involve my lawyer and take legal action from here on outThis is bye far the worst costumer service I have ever experienced and I am completely disgusted that I bought this camper from Albany Rv along with the extended Warrenty

Albany RV has subletted the repair work for this customer to an outside source. The customers converter issue has been taken care of & the the sublet has the parts in stock to complete the remaining issues for the customer
