With conditions I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution will satisfactory to me assuming they keep scheduled appointment and resolve matter.
Regards,
[redacted]

This customers deposit was refunded to their credit card on 10/3/17.  They should contact their credit card company to confirm.

Albany RV apologizes for the delay in getting to MR. [redacted].  Albany RV is going to the customers location 9/9/16 to service the customers RV.  Thank you

Albany RV has submitted the customers deposit in to be refunded.  It will be refunded on Friday, 3/23/18.  Albany RV did not change the agreement on this customer.  In order to purchase the RV the customer wanted to buy, the banking institutions that would offer financing for the RV...

are requiring more money down then the initial deposit left by the customer.  Albany RV called the customer & told them this.  The customer doesn't want to do any more money down, which is fine but the purchase of the new RV cannot be completed without agreeing to the banking institutions requirements.

Albany RV is reaching out to the customer to work on fixing the customers issues.  Albany RV service manager is contacting the customer right away to work on their problems.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Albany RV is at fault for the delay in our service.  One of the major issues that prevented us from using the RV  was a non functioning emergency exit.  Albany RV was made aware by their own service tech in June that a new emergency exit window was needed, not just new latches.  Albany RV failed to order the replacement until October 27, 2015.  Once the order was placed by Albany RV, the manufacturer promptly delivered the replacement window to Albany RV.  The other issue which Albany RV has failed to address is how and why we were allowed to buy and then take delivery of a vehicle that had been recalled by the manufacturer in August of 2014.  It is still our belief that this is against New York State Law, specifically motor vehicle statute governing sales  and service of motor vehicles.  The vehicle is still, again, at a body shop in [redacted], NY for factory defective body work and for lack of heat from the front console.  Could Albany RV please detail specifically what is covered under "dealer prep"?  Lack of heat, along with a number of the other items that were wrong with this RV, should have been caught and fixed during what any reasonable person or business would consider dealer prep, which we were charged extra for.

Albany RV installed the proper weight dist. kit & sway control for this customer, the same system that gets installed by Albany RV on 100's of RV's each year.  This customer chose to purchase another weight distribution kit an their own expense for their own reasons.  Albany RV will...

not reimburse this customer for their choice to purchase after market products somewhere else.  Thank you

Albany RV has this customer scheduled for a service appointment on 7/27/17 which was setup by a service advisor with the customer via phone on 7/14/17. Thank You

At this time Albany RV has no outstanding service concerns with this customers motor home.  If the customer has other service issues, Albany RV is fully capable of assisting the customer.  As of right now Albany RV doesn't have anything outstanding with this customer related to service.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my...

complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. In addition to previous response, Revdex.com spoke to customer and the following was relayed: It would have helped if the business had just acknowledged that they dropped the ball instead of blaming everyone else. They stated that I did not have to spend any money, but their delays have cost me approximately $2,000 in extra expenses that I would not have incurred, including an extra month's rent and utilities. They didn't even bother to respond to me from June to August. I would appreciate some good will offer for the situation.
the last response from rv one leaves me baffled, but it actually started on 9/15. I received 2 calls from Albany rv the first was letting me know that my propane valve was in and to schedule a service appt. I let them know that it wasn't my valve and I was the one with the Revdex.com and ag complaint. the second call was from the service manger explaining what did and didn't happen during this warranty issue time. although he promised to do what he could do if another issue should arise even if was at another rvone dealership I do not have much faith in these promises any more. now I get this response from buffalo rv stating that they are waiting for the manufacturer approval 9/20, I don't know where they get this idea from since I have the rv at another dealer waiting for parts. I would like to respond to Albany rv's response to the ag complaint stating that this warranty issue did not cost me anything. I believe it did cost me the following. 1) used rv as a bus because it could not be used as a camper properly to transport my grandkids to [redacted]. rv was parked in hotel parking lot while I rented a hotel room. 2) due to all the delays with this warranty issue( which was caused by Albany rv) I had to extend my rental agreement 1 month and pay 1 extra month of utilities.( camping would have been free this month due to staying at my home resort) I lost a whole summer season of camping only using rv for 2 nights of camping and if I were to trade the rv in at this time I would lose about 20 thousand dollars which figures out to be 10 thousand dollars per night of camping, not acceptable. I realize that there will not be any positive outcome of this issue so the only positive thing I can do is to fly my "we've got you covered " rvone tee shirt upside down from my flag pole while camping. I believe this will be a good conversation starter.  the original complaint was with Albany rv which in turn they sent the complaint to buffalo rv who sold me the rv  please send my last complaint to Albany rv.

I accept the business's current response, but further action is needed on their behalf. Please leave open until they actually do the transfer of the extended warranty.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I feel that they caused this problem, because there must have been a leak there before due to the carpet in the bedroom which is located where the tank is, and we questioned it, and I was told they new nothing about it. Regards,[redacted]

The necessary part for this customers refrigerator arrived at Albany RV on 5/20/15.  Albany RV went on-site to service this customer on 5/23/15.  Thank you, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Albany RV after 12 weeks has not yet ordered the parts that are needed to repair the issues from our initial pick up. We have considered waiting til fall as we have no trust in the company that we would ever revive our camper back if and when they have the parts to repair our camper. Nothing is resolved at this time as again no parts for repairs have even been ordered. We are awaiting a response on when those parts just might be available or even ordered. We were told on day one those parts would take roughly 4 weeks to come in. That was in April.
Regards,
[redacted]

Albany RV has been in contact with the customer regarding the parts that need replacement and apologizes for the delay.  Albany RV is currently waiting on the warranty parts to arrive from the manufacturer.   Albany RV is in contact with the customer now to go onsite to the customers RV...

& repair all parts that have arrived & will go back to the customers RV location to fix the remaining parts once they arrive from the manufacturer. Thank you, TJ H.

Albany RV last contact with this customer shows in 2013.  If this customer still is having trouble with their shower door, please contact Albany RV service dept. or feel free to swing in with the motorhome during regular service hours & we will look at the issue right away.  Thank you

Revdex.com spoke to T.J. at business and the following was relayed: We do not sell that brand here. There are two dealers within approximately 15-20 minutes from us that they should contact and bring it to that sell that physically sell that brand.
