written agreement dated January 20, 2015 and such was confirmed by customer. Though customer service is top priority for MoneyKey and we strive to offer a desired product for the customer with transparent terms, the facts stated by the customer are contrary to our documented notes and recorded calls. We have written authorization in the form of signed loan documents for all debits to the customer's account. Furthermore, before each signed agreement there was direct contact with the customer or an authorized person to speak on behalf of the customer. All payments were debited successfully in accordance to an agreed upon payment schedule and this acount is closed in good standing.We wish the customer had a more pleasant experience with MoneyKey, but with no error or violation on MoneyKey's part, we cannot offer the requested full refund as all debits were authorized with a signature. As a gesture of our commitment to customer service, MoneyKey will refund the customer the cost of one overdraft charge as stated in the complaint.
