After our internal investigation, we determined that we provided you with credit services and assisted you in obtaining a loan from NCP Finance Ohio, LLC in the principal amount of $575.00 on September 4th, 2015. Please be advised that we made multiple attempts to contact you regarding your outstanding loan. Due to our inability to reach you directly from the time your loan defaulted on October 30th, 2015, your debt was sold to a third party collections agency on March 8th, 2016. After our internal investigation, we determined that we provided you with credit services and assisted you in obtaining a loan from NCP Finance Ohio, LLC in the principal amount of $250.00. We have also determined that the debit in question, in the amount of $73.05, was in fact processed by us as scheduled on February 26, 2016. Any delay in processing this payment through your bank account was therefore not as a result of any action or failure by MoneyKey. USEFUL INFORMATION MoneyKey – TX, Inc. is a registered Credit Access Business operating pursuant to Chapter 393 of the Texas Finance Code and a Credit Services Organization registered with the Texas Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner, with all loans made by NCP Finance Limited Partnership, an unaffiliated third party lender. The complete payment schedule was provided to you and detailed in the Agreement that you signed. In addition, we confirm that MoneyKey waived your fee payment of $141.91 that was due March 25, 2016. We then believe that he advised you that you are still responsible for the payment and as a courtesy, he could either double up her next payment or split the missed payment in two and process them on your next two due date if that was your preference. Our notes indicate that you appreciated the help and would like a call back after your scheduled due date to ensure 1) the payment was not processed and 2) discuss how you will make up the missed payment.Our represenatative indicated that it was a pleasant conversation and that you was very grateful for the help.
