Dear Mr***, We have received your complaint via the Revdex.com and wanted to address your concerns with you personally. We have initiated an internal investigation and our findings are as follows: 1. Your loan of $was funded
on April 23rd Since then, you had renewed your loan twice by signing the attached loan agreements. 2. You subsequently defaulted on your loan payment dated June 5th in the amount of $516.88. 3. Since your loan defaulted, MoneyKey has made numerous attempts to contact you by both email and telephone to have this matter resolved amicably. 4. Due to our inability to connect with you directly, your file was assigned to 3rd party collections for recovery. 5. In addition, we have confirmed that the assigned balance to the 3rd party collections agency is indeed $566.88, which is composed of $principal, $finance fee, $NSF fee and $late fee.
