Review: The company only seemed interested in helping until they got the contract. When the movers arrived they were very unprofessional the entire move taking smoke breaks constantly, which I was paying for, and bad mouthing the company practices and higher ups the whole move. When contacting the account supervisor he assured me he would take care of the issue and process a refund for me. I have called and e-mailed numerous ties to inform him the refund has not processed and he assured me it would go through at the close of business that day and still nothing over a month later. the movers also damaged personal property and building property by forcing items instead of taking their time to maneuver around obstacles.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for this move as they have been blowing me off for over a month

We are sorry we did not meet the customer expectations during the move with us. On 4/2/15 the customer contacted our care team/claims department, we sent a claims packet to him in order for him to share his experience and notate any damages that may have occurred. We emailed the claims packet again on 4/23/15. The customer can work directly with our customer care team they do not need to contact the local branch, if he will please submit his claim we will process it as soon as possible. Review: As a result of a completely unprofessional moving crew, pieces of my furniture and my home were damaged during a move on July 31, 2014. The company finally made an offer of $320 to settle the issue on September 23. Part of that offer demands that I remove comments I have placed on social media venues about my experience. I have refused to agree to such removal and now the company refuses to issue a check for this amount. The company has clearly admitted its liability, although the amount offered is well below the actual repair costs. In any event, the company is attempting to extort me into a settlement that would deprive me of my free speech rights.Desired Settlement: I want the company to provide immediately a check for the $320 offered without requiring me to not remove my reviews of its services from social media sites.

Per our corporate office, they are willing to turn over the check to the customer, however, he has been asked to remove negative comments from any social media. We believe this is fair upon customer's request. Anything else will need to be handled by our corporate office as they have been the direct contact with this customer.

Review: My wife and I arranged for All My Son's Moving and Storage to come to our apartment in Kenosha, WI and move our belongings to Jefferson, WI. The arrangement was to have the movers start the move between the hours of 11:00am and 12:00pm; however, the movers did not arrive to start loading the truck until 1:45pm. The loading process in general exceeded time expectations for the number of movers the orgainzation sent to complete the service. The agreement of cost, in regards to fuel for the move, was vague at best as well. The movers damaged the interior of the apartment from which they moved our belongings, specifically the atrium stairwell upon entering the unit. The movers did significant damage to the drywall, light switch, walls and hand rail. The movers also damaged a number of our personal belongings, including: Living room sofa, two mirrors, and a PowerWheels car. The overall behavior of the movers was unprofessional and inappropriate. The rate at which the movers were willing to proceed was much slower than necessary. The arrangement was made to be charged hourly, which is why the rate of work is concerning. Furthermore, prior to the move, my wife had spoken to the manager of the All My Son's location requesting a change in the time the movers would arrive and received a very rude and unprofessional reply.Desired Settlement: Due to the unprofessional nature of the service provided, my wife and I would like a discount of 50%. Moveover, we would like to be compensated for the items that were damaged in the move and for the damage done to the apartment unit.

Good morning, I responded to this complaint earlier last week, hoever we have been having email problems getting to customers. I would like to resolve this issue. I am willing to give the customer a $250.00 credit back to them for their time and they can also file a claim with our claims department. The number is ###-###-####.
