[Your Answer Here]Yodle, Inc had nothing to do with any rectification. It was a [redacted] rep I have been working with. Yodle, Inc as with their affiliate [redacted] are notorious unethical business with unscrupulous business practices. I will never have anything to do with them or recommend them. Stay Far away!I simply rejecting their response as to discredit their attempted claim to fame - This company has caused more harm and wasted my time than any good.

The company contacted me shortly after I told them I was filing this and I also asked for a review of the recorded sales call. They then offered to refund me the amount I requested. Once I do receive the money I will consider this complaint resolved. That should be by Friday of next week,  ...

The company finally refunded me my money. Only after I had to make a complaint against them. I still consider them a very dishonest company and this matter was handled very poorly.

Yodle has sent an agreement to us to sign before they will issue a refund to us. The document is long and contains legal jargon. We are currently having our attorney review prior to signing to ensure that there are no more hidden surprises.Once we are satisfied with the legal review, we will submit and ask to receive the refund. The process is pending, ongoing and has not yet been resolved. Thank you.
