I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The company ([redacted]) is trying to cheat me out of the money that I paid them...I was in contact with the company via email and spoke with Abel R[redacted]. I let him know that I complained to the Revdex.com and to my credit card company.  He proceeded to give me stats on how high there rating is on Revdex.com.  I told him that he was incorrect and there were over 200 complaints just like mine on Revdex.com.  When I was first contacted by this company I mentioned that I had never heard of [redacted] and wanted to look them up on Revdex.com that’s when I was given wrong information by the rep and I believed him…in retrospect I should have done my homework and looked them up.  Surly, I would have found the over 200 complaints saying STAY AWAY FROM [redacted].   The next day I got a call from Ronald L[redacted]...he asked me not to go to my credit card company and to sign his documents by 4pm the same day.  (Why the rush to sign the document so soon?? because they had language in the document that states if I talk to my credit card company they will not pay me!!) I have explained the following ...I was over promised and over charged and since they lead me to believe that they would suppress my one negative review/comment on Google...they failed to do so ...this is what was promised and was not delivered.  I want a full refund of $3489.00 for over promised work that was not delivered.  My credit card company asked me not to communicate with [redacted].  What [redacted] does to customers like myself is wrong and they need to stop!!  Please provide me a full refund of what I paid your company ([redacted]) $3489.00 Abel,I have already complained to the Revdex.com and to my bank.  I would like a full refund of $3489.00 for services I did not receive.  I hired you ([redacted]) to get rid of one (1) bad review/comment I had from "report a landlord" and you did not do that.  Your salesperson over promised and over sold, they told me what I wanted to hear to get my business.  Once I agreed I didn't hear from anyone at your company.  I called a few weeks later to voice my concerns and was told it takes time.  I was very clear when I said I did not want to renew my contract again.  Your company is very unethical and over promised to do something that was not fulfilled.  Initially I was concerned to join your business because I have never heard of [redacted] and mentioned that I wanted to look them up on the Revdex.com and that's when the sales rep told me that [redacted] has a A+ rating on the Revdex.com and had raving customer reviews...I took the sales reps word for it and now I realize that I should have done my homework and looked them up.  I see on the Revdex.com there are over 200 complaints and all about the same thing...over promised and over charging...this is a pattern for [redacted].  This is unethical to charge the customer and not deliver what they promised.   Over 200 complaints and all about the same thing I am complaining about.  Your company is only out for the money and know nothing about customer service.I want a full refund of $3,487 for over promising on services you could not do.
