Complaint ID [redacted] A check was sent out to the customer two times but was never cashed. A chargeback was then opened up on September 3rd 2015 as then a full refund was issued to the customer

It says it takes 2 weeks to get your item . It took me 5 weeks to get one item and I still don't have the other item . Before that I asked for a re-fun two times and it failed . Now they stopped emailing me and probably won't see anything from them . Do not order from them your risk on not getting anything back .

The color initially ordered was temporarily out of stock but after taking with the customer, he decided to change colors and then the order was shipped after that. The tracking is[redacted] and USPS confirmed it was delivered.

So back in march of 2016 I had ordered 2 things on 2 different dates. Only a few days apart same address and same information I emailed them about the jeans I ordered, they were really good at getting to me to make sure the had the right size of my jeans along with when I should recieved them. We were talking through email and it worked. But my order about a belt I bought was on march 29th and now says its been filled since July 4th but here it is August 11th and I still haven't recieved my ordered or even heard from them. I keep sending emails an just noticed today about this site and the phone number they have. I personally called 2 times and saids something about can't be reached but had my cousin check into it an said you can leave a voice mail. I understand things take time but with a business that says would take about a week to get things shipped for me been waiting for months and still nothing and not even emailing me or calling. would like to know what I can do about this situation either send the belt that I have waited on or want my money back in full.

I am rejecting this response because:Hello,My girlfriend gave me your email because I also ordered a purse from All Things Country and I haven't received it yet. I emailed the Revdex.com to place a complain and All Things Country finally emailed me back a couple weeks ago saying they will reship my order and so I wrote to the Revdex.com that my complaint was taking care of. But of course after I wrote that to Revdex.com I haven't received a word from All Things Country. Could you please help me in any way that you can? It seems that All Things Country only emails us once the Revdex.com emails them or something. If you could help me I would be very grateful.Thank you,[redacted]

A full refund was given to the customer and we offered to let her keep the purse and donate it, gift it, or sell it. Whatever she chooses
