We did get this purse sent out last week and the customer confirmed that they did receive it. The wallet will be shipped out this coming week as well as a 50% refund has been issued

I am rejecting this response because:I did receive my purse this afternoons after 3 months of waiting. I do feel like after writing the company over 8 emails about when my order was being sent, being told it would be shipped a few different times and it was never sent and being sent a tracking number that wasn't even mine, I am requesting a partial refund. This was suppose to be a birthday gift back in November then had to turn into a Christmas gift and now it's a month after Christmas.Regards,

I am rejecting this response because: I was never informed that color was...

discontinued. I sent three emails after being told the replacement was shipping that week, which they never responded to. If they would have responded to my emails and informed me of the situation I would have accepted that. Also, that same purse is still being advertised on their website.

The account that was used for this purchase is still open and they can refund the money back to the mentioned account on file.

Complaint ID [redacted]  The customer opened up a chargeback dispute with the bank and received a full refund on the order on August 12th 2015
