This company is a JOKE. I have emailed many times and no response. I purchased a purse on Feb 22, 2016. Its been 19 days and no response. They took my money real quick.

So I ordered a purse and a wallet May 17th, 2016. I waited for 2 weeks and did not receive anything. so I emailed them and they told me it would be here in a week, so I waited ANOTHER 2 WEEKS and still nothing I emailed them AGAIN and they asked if I would like a refund or to resend it. I stupidly asked them to resend it, and that was 2 weeks ago. STILL NOTHING! So now I am extremely mad and I emailed them again asking why I have not received a tracking number or the parcel. Now they WILL NOT answer my emails!! I am going to get these people investigated! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!!!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!!!! It has been over 2 months! THAT IS REDICULOUS!!!

They are still advertising these purses on Facebook for sale how is that they can do that if they can't send out the ones that were ordered 6 months ago. And I still yet to receive an explanation of why it never sent! They gave me a shipping label # to track but was never sent out. Shouldn't they be fined for that? Sorry for venting but I'm very upset with this whole transaction. The company should be held more accountable for this. I can understand back orders but not for 6 months and no communication about it. If I wasn't paying attention to detail they would have stolen my money and gotten away with it. Just concerned about other consumers who have ordered from them as well.

I am rejecting this response because: I received the purse and the emails I received after getting the purse was the wallet would be shipped separate.  I have never received that nor anymore responses from the company.

me. I have yet to receive the package (expected delivery date 12/8, it is now 12/11) but for the first time in 8 months and after requesting a refund 3 times, choosing 2 replacement items and asking for updated statuses numbeous times, I finally have a USPS tracking number.

I have purchased an item on March 11th, 2016. I contacted them about the shipping after a few days of not shipping. They quickly replied it will be shipped. As of March 18th, 2016, they have not attemptd to ship. All I ask is that they refund me and cancel my order.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as they follow through with their promise to refund my money.To All Things Country Western, Yes I still have the same financial institution so it can be credited.  Regards, [redacted]  COPY OF THEIR RESPONSE FOLLOWS.....    MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:In order to go ahead and issue a refund, we just need to know if the account is still open that was used to place the order with? If so we can go ahead and get the refund processed, but if you have switched financial institutions, we will have to send you a check or money order for the refund.
