I placed an order October 22 and still haven't received my order. I email customer service and they just say it will be shipped next week. Their website says things sgip 6-10 days

I placed an order on 12/10/16 as of 1/12/17 I have not received my order
when I contacted customer service by email they just say it will should be received next week
when I try to track the package its never left Texas

Because the refund did not go through the first time, we have reissued it in the amount of $59.52 to Visa ending in 9526 for both rebel flag items that have been discontinued. The two sugar skull items have been resent out

I placed an order for a purse on September 8, 2015. Today is January 25, 2016. The order said it would ship in 4-7 days. I have sent several emails, receiving responses of...it will be shipped next week, it is a pre-order and will be shipped on December 12, I even got a tracking number (which was not delivered anywhere close to my address, they will resend it, it will shop tomorrow, etc...the list keeps going. They had no problem accepting my money on September 9, 2015 but can't send out the product. Very disappointed!

I am rejecting this response because: The business fought the charge back too until I provided to my credit card company the copies of her emails about promising shipment or refunds....

This business regularly defrauds customers as evidenced by its lengthy history of the same type of complaints. They should be prosecuted.
