I have purchased an item on March 11th, 2016. I contacted them about the shipping after a few days of not shipping. They quickly replied it will be shipped. As of March 18th, 2016, they have not attemptd to ship. All I ask is that they refund me and cancel my order.

To answer the question from them, yes the account I used to pay is still open and you can refund that account.

I placed an order October 22 and still haven't received my order. I email customer service and they just say it will be shipped next week. Their website says things sgip 6-10 days
