I ordered a purse & wallet set from them. They sent the wrong color so I contacted them & they were going to send a return label & the item that I ordered. They lied! I never received anything from them & they ignored my emails & my boyfriends.

I am very sorry that we only have one method of communication currently. We will be getting phone support within the next few months once I am able to hire people for customer service support. I am currently the only person that runs everything

I purchased a christmas gift for my wife on Dec 9th after several emails its now Jan 19th I have yet to get my purchase or a refund and on my many attempts to find it they had no tracking number or any idea if it was sent lost in the mail nothing so over a month and I am still out the money and no idea where my purchase is

I have read the email and I am not happy with the response that was given. they have told me on 3 diferent times that the order was shipped out and that they were sorry for the problem . when the fact of the matter is that they didn't even bother to do anything with the order that I paid for a month ago until they got the notice from the Revdex.com . I don't think that it is fair that a company does business the way that this company has done it and I would really like the Revdex.com to do something else about it. I am not the only complaint on this company and there are 40-50 more just like mine that nothing is ever done until the Revdex.com gets involved. can there be anything else done or am I just stuck with the final outcome..

I ordered a purse and a flag in December, it is now almost march and they are now giving my money back. They have shipped my items "twice" apparently, never sent me a tracking number the "second" time. My boyfriend got a hold of them and they told him that my package was sent back AGAIN when I've sent them the correct address multiple times. I sent them emails trying to see what was going on and half the time I was being ignored and finally when I had to get ride about it, I get a response and they're rude to me about it and said that they'll ship my items but won't give me the refund back. They can sure take your money pretty quick but can't handle items at all. Shocked that the company is still running.
