I ordered my items on November 18th, 2015. I got an email immediately stating that it would be mailed in 4-7 business days. Two weeks later I emailed them asking if I could have a tracking number for my items. I got an email back a couple days later asking if I had gotten the back order email. Which I had not. She then told me that my items would be in to ship in two weeks. I waited exactly two weeks before I emailed again asking where my items were and I got no response. I emailed again demanding my items or a refund and she then told me once again, the items will be in this last Monday to ship. I have been emailing them for 6 days asking What Is going on with my order and they have not responded to any of my emails.

I ordered and never recieved my item but they sure took their money. Ms W[redacted] is difficult to get in contact with or very slow to respond.

This order did not get shipped out in time because we never received our shipment in. A full refund has been issued to the customer at their request

I have placed a few orders with all things country and I just wanted people to know that they are a great company. My latest purse from them is a rebel flag purse and it gets so many complements on it. I get what I ordered withain a week or two. I have spoken with the owner a few times and she is super helpful. All Things Country gets 5 stars from me!
