I ordered a 1 purse, 2 purse/wallet sets and 1 wallet as gifts for myself and 3 of my closest friends. I received an email notification with tracking info, that all of my items had shipped. When the package was delivered the only item received was the single purse. I have emailed and left voicemails....To no avail.
Being a shipping manager myself, it concerns me that they do not send a packing slip with their orders. I would think as a small company trying to grow their customer base, They would take better care to make sure orders are correct.
After reading the reviews of others that have had the same problem as I, I would not recommend this company to a friend. Which is very unfortunate as they do seem to have a great product but lack greatly on Customer Service.

issued as my last email response I recieved from their company was that the backpack had been sent to me. All correspondence has been that we wanted the backpack not a refund since August. When was a full refund made as I have no reference from my bank on getting credits or refunds into my account. Thanks, [redacted]

The first shipment of the remaining items are [redacted] and have been delivered. The tracking for the bra is [redacted]The only thing that has not yet been shipped is the pink camo belt that will be shipped out at the end of this week

They sent Revdex.com an email informing them that they would gladly refund back the amount that I made on a purchase. They however did not say how long it would take for the refund to be applied back into my bank account.
