It is November. I ordered things from them in july and have yet to receive them. They have only responded twice to my many emails. I will never do business with them again

I am rejecting this response because:Prior Complaint # ID [redacted] Business replied to COMPLAINT message after 10 months AND 1 year after order was placed and never received to ""confirm my financial institutions info was still correct so they could issue a refund. "" Reply was sent by me stating bank info was still the same an ok to refund. and then Revdex.com closed complaint. Over 7 business days have passed and still no refund of $59.98 has been sent. I believe this is just another stall tactic by the business to have the complaint closed with a satisfactory resolution and not have to refund again. Order# [redacted] 2/22/17 2 purses ordered $59.98 total weak responses to product not received and then NO response at all . My financial institution is still the same as when order is placed and credit can be issued to the debit card that was ordered with.Just want my refund handled expediently so this NIGHTMARE can be over.

The package was tracked down from USPS and a full refund has been issued for this order
The two pieces of jewelry from this order have shipped and the tracking is [redacted] and a refund of $14.99 has been issued for the missing tank top

I am rejecting this response because: I never sent an email cancelling my order. The refund was issued on July 30th only...
after my email was sent. I never have gotten any correspondence from All Things Country regarding the status of the item after numerous emails sent. The company has no phone contact information so email is the only way to contact them. I feel they did not practice proper business standards for an Internet company.

Order date September 10 2015 ordered purse and wallet,waited 2 months emailed, responded quickly said should be out within a week, an was offered my money back. I said no we will wait my wife really wants it. It is now January 1 2016 no purse no wallet will not answer e-mails. Web site says order fulfilled December 12 2015. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this site to anyone. Very unprofessional stick with [redacted] or [redacted]. This was a anniversary gift, then was going to be a Christmas gift. Enter at your own Risk!!!!!

I am rejecting this response because: I filed a complaint on 7/27/16. The business agreed to mail me the products I bought. I accepted there offer and watched for the shipping confirmation number. I then tracked the order. I recieved the order 8/8/16. Upon opening the box there was only half my order. They only sent me one of two purses I had ordered. I immediately emailed them the issue and never heard back. I couple hours later I recieved an automated email stating the order was recieved and if I had any questions please contact them. So I replied to their email and with no response. I then called and left a voicemail on 8/9/16. I still have not been called back or emailedI want the second purse and if they can't then I want a refund for the second purse plus tax refunded to my card
