I am rejecting this response because: I wanted to inform you that this dispute is not resolved.  The item was to ship on 4/5, the day the I responded to say that the company's resolution was acceptable.  We've not received the item or the refund for 50% of the item.  This situation is absolutely ridiculous and has been in process for 2 months. I will mention that after I made this order, my credit card information was apparently stolen and the card I used was closed and a new card reissued by the card company, this could be the issue with the refund but it's been 16 days for the item to arrive and it has not. I placed an order on December 9th of 2015 with this company. They have yet to send my order. I made contact with them one time and they said they would be shipping my order the next day, they then sent me a UPS tracking number for a package that never shipped.

I am very unhappy with this company! I ordered a pair of sunglasses at the end of June. After a month of waiting I started sending emails asking about my order. After several emails I finally received an answer. After 3 months later they told me there were on backorder. I told them I wanted my money back. I was tired of waiting. Here it is November & no money! It doesn't take a company 2 months to return your money! I sent them another email today. This is very irritating!
