I submitted an order with this company on January 22, 2016. I ordered two items, a Galaxy S5 camo phone case and bracelet. Several weeks went by and no email was sent out with shipping and tracking info. I emailed the company multiple times, via main email and contact via website. Some emails went through, others I just got blank replies. A month passes before I was told tracking number wasn't showing anything and that she would have to resend order. I asked for shipping/tracking info when shipped but a week passes and nothing. That was on February 23rd. March 7th, I emailed and asked for a refund and was given no apology and was simply told that they would issue a refund. Two weeks later, and no refund. They are also unresponsive on their Facebook page and do not reply to comments.

In order to go ahead and issue a refund, we just need to know if the account is still open that was used to place the order with? If so we can go ahead and get the refund processed, but if you have switched financial institutions, we will have to send you a check or money order for the refund.

All Things Country mailed my order on 7/23/15 they obviously had received my complaint before they mailed my order to me. My original order was in January so why should I believe it was actually  mailed to me now. Today is 8/1/15 and I still have not received it. I want a full refund immediately. Thank you.

These orders have been shipped and the tracking for them is [redacted], the only thing that has not shipped is the distressed rhinestone cross wallet that will be shipped this coming week
