We resent out the purse set. USPS confirmed it was delivered on February 4th 2016, with the tracking number [redacted]

We got the shipment late, and it was broken when we got it. They haven't sent a replacement nor put money back in our account like they said they would!!! I know it's a 2 man job but if they can't fulfill their orders nor stand by what they said or follow through they do not need to be running a business they either need help or just stop.... We have contacted them many of times they will not reply to anything.... It's a bunch of crap!!! We will never order from this place ever again not will our family and friends!!
