This past Sunday I logged on to my psto watch and take part of WWE TLCThe televised program would glitch, freeze, and then the screen would black out and go back to the main menu, I would have to go back to the TLC PPV and attempt to watch it over and over to have the same issues described happenAfter the 4th time I called wwe network in attempting to have an explanation and help with these issuesI was placed on hold for to minutes after explaining the issue, the wwe tech were trying to blame my network connection but I debunked the issue by playing another program on wwe network without the issues happeningThe tech then said that there was nothing they were willing to do to compensate me for the loss of ability to watch TLC, I asked for a free month for next month being willing to continue service and being a loyal customerI was disrespected by the tech by being hung up on multiple times and every time I called throughout this week to resolve this issue, since then, it is as if they have a note to hang up on me to not give me proper assistanceI demand to be given satisfaction, I want to get something for the constant disregard for being a loyal customer, a free month of service, merchandise or something to be shown that we fans and customers are appreciated for more than our buck I would also like to be contacted by wwe managment to be given a sincere apology for their constant disrespect

This has been solved, I had to purchase a new computer towerMy old system that I was running was old, The WWE network was not working with *** ***

It has been a full week since my complaint was brought to the attention of the WWE and as they stated that someone will be in touch with me within the next couple of business days was not heldI do not believe that a couple of days is more than a weekI feel as if they are not treating me with the respect a company should their loyal customersI also am not sure how they will alleviate my frustration regarding my complaintThere is too much damage in the photo they assured professional to be repairedAll I want now is a refund or some sort of remediable equity I am prepared to take any further step necessary to help remedy or satisfy my claim.

ALLHDD is the absolute worst place to ever order anything from, the worst customer service on the planet earth! I've been dealing with online purchases for as long as the Internet has existed, many years of which for the company I work for, and nobody has exceeded being as horrible as this place!!!
I spent five days via email and phone trying to get them to charge my business CC for a pair of drives with expedited shipping and could not get it to happen, never had any problem from retail to online with said CC in the past 5+ years or even since then!?
Heck just try calling their published business phone number M-F during their publish business hours, if you actually get a live person (doubtful) you can thank the online gawdz for your luck, otherwise you'll get a generic cell phone provider voice mail that just reads their phone number back to you before prompting you to leave a vmail?
If they have more than the one guy named Henry working there it would surprise mecertainly they have nobody working there that wants or values anyone's business, absolutely amazing for any business I've gotten lightyears better service at our state's local RMV office for heavens sake?
Run as fast as you can away from allhdd.com !!!

When customer subscribed to the network, they agreed to a month commitment. Beginning in December, WWE *** is now allowing those customers to cancel their subscription and not honor their month commitment. If customer has not been notified, he will be notified shortly of his
ability to cancel his month subscription and he will have the ability to subscribe to the network on a month to month basis

The vendor owes a refund of $150. They have yet to refund that amount. We have disputed the charges with the credit card company and will pursue that avenue as the vendor does not appear to be inclined to reimburse the full amount owed

We apologize for the issues our fan encountered while at WrestleMania in *** and the delay in getting back to him. ** * * Stadium did experience a delay in getting fans into the arena due to their ticket scanners breaking, which was unfortunately out of our control This is not
the experience we intended our VIP fans to have getting in to WM32. We have contacted *** *** and offered him free tickets to a WWE UK event of his choice. *** *** accepted this resolution and will be in touch when he decides which event he would like to attend.
