This response is unacceptable to me! This company scammed me for months of charges of $22.86/moI wasn't even aware I was being charged for this because they facetiously put the fact this charge will rollover monthly in the fine print of their terms & conditions which they know nobody reads! There are many others who have complained of this practice on Revdex.com complaintsSo I am not aloneIn my opinion it is just a trick to cheat people who use their service.They refunded me months of charges for They try to get out of refunding the remaining months by saying they can't refund charges for I feel this is a lieIf they can refund the charges for why are they unable to refund the charges for 2016.

Hi There, Our Court Runner service allows our customers to obtain access to court files for criminal convictions in cases where the county in question does not make it's records publicly available digitally In many cases we physically send a researcher to the county court to request the
files However, some counties allow our researchers digital access to their records This is different than the standard criminal records that are included in a Person Report because the request still has to be made to the county courthouse, it is not data that is included in public records In this case, there were no available results, which we were able to determine quickly because of the digital access our researcher has with the court We are clear and upfront about what data will be returned by a Court Runner, criminal convictions that are dated within the last years This customer said he was aware of results that should have been returned, but when I asked for more details to review with our researcher whether or not the sort of information the customer was looking for would be returned, he did not respond to this If the customer has details on criminal convictions that occurred in the past seven years, I am happy to work with our researcher to see why those results were not returned. The customer created an account with BeenVerified on 10/**/2013, with a $19.62 monthly subscription.  She spoke with customer service on 7/**/2015 and the account was canceled as she requested.  As per her email we received yesterday evening, we have refunded the past year of charges,...

dating back to and including 7/**/2014, a total of $255.06.  She will not be billed again going forward.  I have also unsubscribed her email address so that she does not receive any further marketing emails from BeenVerified.We state on our sign-up page that our subscriptions are automatically renewed until the customer elects to cancel.  We did not hear from the customer until 7/**/2015, and this is why she continued to be billed for the service.  We include our toll-free customer service number in our transactions so that customers can call us when they receive a charge from BeenVerified, if they have any questions.  I sincerely apologize for any trouble the customer had with the account and am sorry to hear this was her experience with the service.  I have also emailed her directly regarding this matter, and we have sent email confirmation of the refunds processed. I hope we have resolved this matter for the customer.  Kind regards,BeenVerified Customer Care###-###-####[redacted]

 If it is not to be used as a tool to hire somone, then why does your commercial indicate using for babysitters. That is hiring. As I indicated to them, the use was for verifying address.
