Business Bureau. I called them several times and they did not act until I filed complaint. That is not good customer service and ethical business practice.  They held up funds on my account which were unauthorized for several days and I did not have access to these funds.

[Your Answer Here]I've been constantly "hit" by the Company, Been Verified for using their Facilities. I do, hereby authorize the Revdex.com of New York, full and complete access, to any, and all records held by the Card Company, [redacted], the "only trusted"  Card company used by the Social Security System for their transaction of Business. I've put in numerous complaints, against the removal of funds from my account, but those complaints were ignored, deemed unresponsive, because "I had a Contract with the Business" and they refused to make it better for me, by terminating that relationship. In one of the transactions, I was charged X amount of dollars by Check Mate. when I checked up on Check Mate, I found out that they were either, used by Been Verified, or another name used by them. I did use Been Verified in December of last year and terminated that relationship, when they gave me different and old information about my children, [redacted] and my daughter, [redacted] just means Nightingale in my language and her last name comes marriage to a Laotian man. I terminated, any and all relationships, with Been Verified in December, it is in Files. They have remembered to keep taking money from my account, but forgot to severe the relationship.

But why let this company RIP-OFF and scam MANY more customers. They got my emails. I never have a problem sending emails. The 2 I sent never bounced back to me and did say they were sent.I'll be glad to forward you the actual emails. Many other customers described the exact same scheme in their REVIEWS at different review sites. They are getting away with illegal schemes....

Hi There,Our records come from public data sources.  The completed opt out request removes your record from BeenVerified's site and search results.  The original third party sources still exist, but we will not return your information in BeenVerified results.  We are unable to alter or opt out the original records, as we are not their source.I hope this helps to clarify.

As I have said repeatedly This response is not acceptable. I want a full refund for 2016. I feel like a broken record. The wording that the charge will rollover into a monthly charge is hidden in the "small Print" of your terms & conditions of your   CONTACT which is done on purpose since you know nobody will take the time to read it. It is an unethical trick which many others have fallen victim to - witness the many complaints to Revdex.com along the same lines!!! There is no rational reason you cannot refund what you stole from me in 2016. There are 12 payments of 22.86 I want returned to me. Until this is done I shall keep rejecting your replies!!!
