I have talked to Been Verified Customer Service rep "Carla" who says they cannot find an account in my name or with that [redacted] #. However, I am still receiving charges to my [redacted] account. I have no idea how Been Verified would have gotten my name and card # as I have NOT opened an account with them.

You can not find an account because there is none. Return the payment! I work 3rd shift and will not make my day a mess of a company that is well know for doing this to people. I have no clue how you have receiived my card number that has now been cancelled, the payment has been returned to me for now through my credit card company as they fight the charge for me, but there is no way you are disrupting my life any further. You have not emailed me as I receive nearly 100 emails a day that require me to reply to, so with your record of stealing I feel it's safe to say you are lying on this as well. A web site poll with 1000"s, yes, 1000's of response voted those charges as fraudlent. A company does not receive a 89% score because of human error or customers forgetting.

I believe that as a respectable business you should send a bill each month so that the person who signed up knows that they were billed. I understand what you are saying, but it is in fine print and many people including me did not realize  this.  Any reputable business would be above board and send a monthly bill. I work with many online organizations but your business needs to be more above board and send monthly emails with the bill and opportunity to cancel at anytime.  Additionally, there should be a yearly bill as well.  I think your organization misleads those that use your product. Bad Business.
