A terrible company that shouldn't be associated with the San Diego Court System; they have company owed me a refund for over days It took them less than a week to send me a bill when the court stated that I owed them money, but somehow when the court says they must refund my money, it's really difficult to get that money back to me in a reasonable amount of time, especially since I'm in the United States and not overseas I think they believe that I will give up on my money and let them keep it
