On March 17, ***
called AllianceOne to discuss establishing a payment arrangement on the ten ***
Municipal Court ticketsShe wanted to establish an arrangement so she would be
able to reinstate her driver’s license and renew her tabs *** negotiated a payment arrangement
only on her tickets but did not want to do soon an additional debt she has in
our office. She stated she was only
concerned about establishing arrangements on those items affecting her driver’s
license privileges and the renewal of her tabs.
In summary *** does have a valid payment arrangement, but at
her request it only applies to the tickets being handled in our office.
*** also has an ***
College debt in our office. Since there
have been no arrangements made on this account, a judgment was sought and granted
on July 26, We provided all notices as required by law to ***
To reiterate, *** has
an approved payment arrangement for her tickets in our officeHowever, because
there was no arrangement negotiated on the *** Collage account it was
reduced to judgment and *** is being garnished on that account
only. AllianceOne will not reverse the
garnishment as the garnishment has nothing to do with the arrangement she
negotiated on her tickets. They are
separate creditors and seperate matters
We strive to provide a positive
customer experience while resolving account issues, and we thank you for
bringing ***’s issues to our attention. Please
