August 21, 2014I am writing in response to the concerns expressed to your office by *** *** * *** on August 8, I appreciate the opportunity to respond on behalf of AllianceOne Receivables Management, Inc.*** *** states in her complaint that in June she was informed that
some traffic tickets had been referred for collections and that she called two weeks later and established a payment arrangement on her accountsOn August 5, *** *** states that she received an e-mail informing her that her wages were being garnished*** *** states that we agreed to a payment arrangement knowing that she was going to be garnished.AllianceOne was referred three accountsPlease refer to the table below:Account Number Ticket Number Referred By Balance at Referral Date Referred Interest Attorney/Court Current Balance*** *** *** County District Court $ June 24, $ $212.54 *** **
*** *** *** County District Court $ June 24, $ $726.98 *** **
*** *** ***Municipal Court $ September 10, $ $ $
*** *** had multiple tickets from multiple courts referred to AllianceOneUnfortunately, the one court provided a PO Box address for *** *** and the other a street addressBecause of this difference we were not aware the tickets were for same person and the tickets were not linked together on our collection systemThe facts as she laid out are generally correct the exception being that AllianceOne did not know that she owed multiple courts and was nearing garnishment with one of them.We regret that *** ***’s non-payment resulted in wage garnishmentWe are willing to allow her to delay the start of her monthly payments on *** County District Court until after her judgment is satisfiedHowever, as the garnishment is proper and the result of lengthy non-payment the Garnishment will remain in place. We strive to provide a positive customer experience while resolving account concerns and we thank you for bringing *** ***’s issues to our attentionPlease let me know if I can be of further assistanceI can be reached at ###-###-####.Very Respectfully,Carol E

I am writing in response to the concerns expressed to your office by MsDeborah *** on June 25, I appreciate the opportunity to respond on behalf of AllianceOne Receivables Management, IncMs*** states in her complaint that there is an
AllianceOne tradeline on her credit report regarding a *** *** & *** accountShe states that AllianceOne is in violation of the FDCPA as she was not given days to dispute the debt and has not received validation that the debt is hersShe additionally states she is a confirmed victim of identity theft. In an effort to locate the account Ms*** references in her complaint I contacted her on June 25, She provided an old address and provided her social security numberNeither of which allowed me to locate a *** *** & *** account in her nameI informed Ms*** I would see what we could do to remove our tradeline in light of not being able to locate an account for herUnfortunately for AllianceOne to remove a tradeline we must be able to tie the removal to an account numberAt this time the best way for Ms*** to have the tradeline removed is to dispute it with the Credit Reporting Agencies (CRA’s), they in turn will forward to AllianceOne as a dispute notificationSince we will not be able to locate an account, we will respond to the dispute that we are not able to locate an account and the CRA will remove the tradelineWe strive to provide a positive customer experience while resolving account concerns and we thank you for bringing Ms*** issues to our attentionPlease let me know if I can be of further assistanceI can be contacted at ###-###-####Very Respectfully,

Dear ***:
I am writing in response to the concerns expressed to your office by *** *** *** ** on April 9, I appreciate the opportunity to respond on behalf of AllianceOne Receivables Management, Inc
*** has submitted two additional complaints with your office on March 12, and March 25, 2014. He has rejected both of our responses. *** continues to dispute that he owes the debt as he was not living at the residence in question when the charges were incurred.
AllianceOne was referred account *** from *** *** *** on January 28, with a balance of $75.89. In our last response to *** we indicated that if he had proof of another residence at the time these charges were incurred that we would review that documentation with our client. *** to date has not furnished such documentation and without such information we are not able to address his specific concern related to the charges incurred in August 2013. We need to be able to demonstrate to our client that *** was not in the apartment during the time of the chargesPeople often stay beyond lease terms, providing another lease for the period of the charges would likely demonstrate to *** *** that *** indeed moved Aug and this bill is the result of a delayed notification of the his termination of service We believe that such proof would resolve this matter to ***’s satisfaction
Please be advised that on April 9, AllianceOne closed ***’s account and we have returned it to *** *** *** of *** ***. If *** would like to discuss his account further he should contact *** *** *** of *** *** directly at ###-###-####
We strive to provide a positive customer experience while resolving account concerns, and we thank you for bringing ***’s issues to our attention. Please let me know if I can be of further assistanceI can be contacted at

Good Morning Ms***,
This most recent rebuttal from Mr*** *** does not raise any new issues or ask any questions that have not been addressed in previous responsesBased on your recommendation to MrG*** to not respond to venting, we will not be responding to this rebuttalIf this complaint is subsequently closed as “assumed resolved” that would close this matterIf this complaint is one of the rare occurrences you mentioned that would be considered unresolved, I would appreciate it if you would reach out to me and advise what is needed to resolve the complaintAs noted in our response our client stated that they have only received the one payment from Mr*** and that if he had proof of the additional payments he was encouraged to forward them to AllianceOne so we could review them with the Port Authority of NY & NJ
Cordially,
