Douglas [redacted] was my loan officer and he was excellent! As a new home owner and amateur with refinancing, I had several questions and Doug answered every one of them and was extremely thorough in his explanations. Even with the 3 hour time difference, he made himself available whenever I needed him even on the weekends and after hours. I'm really happy that we chose to go through him!

I have worked with one of the loan officer with Allied First Bank (Craig [redacted] for many years. I've recieved nothing but the utmost in customer service and attentivness with the mulitple home mortgages he's assisted with. Craig has not only helped me but i've recommended him numerous times to family and friends and he's always come through. He delivers on what he promises and is very responsive whenever there was a question.
I would go back to Allied First Bank and use Craig again and recommend him to anyone who is in the market for a home loan or refi.

Craig [redacted] was wonderful to work with. As a senior citizen and widow buying a home on my own for the first time in my life, he made the entire process easy to understand and stress free. Allied Bank is awesome! They accomplished within one month what two other top ranking companies could not in four months. My loan processor, Jessie, listened to my situation and went to work immediately on my behalf, and had the paperwork submitted within the hour. He even worked through his lunch just to accommodate me . Because of Jessie, I was able to skip two mortgage payments and refinance at an extremely low rate. Thank you Jessie and team. When I decided it was time to refinance my home I was lucky enough to run across Tony [redacted] and Ric [redacted] at Allies First. They were able to get my loan from application to COE in less than three weeks. I would recommend these guys yo anyone.

I had a very positive experience with Tia [redacted] one of Allied First's mortgage officers. She was professional, courteous, quick, and interested in problem solving. I would definitely use her again, and I encourage others to do so as well.

I was disappointed with my experience when I refinanced my loan. The communication for information was deplorable. I lost internet connection for a few days and the messages I received when I finally got back were abrupt and rude. When I asked for an update the messages I got were the same way. When I made requests they were ignored and they tried to cut me out of the communications all together. If I had been given better updates the process would have taken a fraction of the time that it did to complete. Then I was contacted by the title company when I should have been contacted by Allied First to tell me that the previous closing was not legal. If I had not known the title company that contacted my I could have been scammed. I was impressed with [redacted]. They were professional, courteous and went out of their way to keep me updated on the process that was taking place.

Hello.  I'm sorry this did not work out for you on this refinance.  We have reviewed your file and the correspondence from our company to you.  Our representative indicated, as you said, that the lender may need to shorten the loan term to 25 years.  He was not positive as the...

lender had your file in processing and underwriting, at their location in their system.  The lender sent the revised required disclosures directly to you, as required, with the change in loan terms to a 25 year loan which you signed off on.  Our representative clearly indicated in writing on August 19th that we would not be closing in August, and that you needed to make your mortgage payment for the month of August.  He did not in any way shape or form indicate otherwise, and we did not indicate a projected closing date moving forward.  We cancelled your loan application on September 14th at your request.  Again I do apologize that you were not able to make your August mortgage payment in August, and we will refund your late fee for August.  Thanks, [redacted]

I recently re-financed a loan using Allied First Bank. My loan officer was William [redacted]. From my first contact with him, he was professional, courteous, and prompt. He returned all my phone calls and emails in a timely fashion, and was extremely helpful in navigating through the necessary paperwork. Additionally, my closing costs were lower by far than those of others vying for my business. (I consulted with five different banks before choosing Allied First) I would absolutely use them again and they have my highest recommendation.

Great experience once again with Craig! He is very helpful and gets back to you quickly.

Tia's genuiness throughout the process, with the bumps and curves, handled the situations professionally and with care.
