To whom it may concern,

My grievance is with the claim process. I got in an accident on 2/8/2019 where your party was at fault. The day after the accident my car was taken directly to the repair facility. I have been waiting since after the day of the accent to be told if Allstate would be repairing my vehicle or if it would be a total loss. The body shop has sent over the information requested multiple times, and done repeated further tear down of the vehicle. However, I am still waiting for the final decision.
Further more since the accident I have been trying to get in contact with my claim advisor Allstate Nuffer since 2/15. Below is the call log of the multiple times I have tried to get in contact with Allstate. However have been unsuccessful.

2/15 Allstate called me I missed the call
2/22 Returned Allstates call - left a message
2/25 Called Allstate 2 separate times - left messages
3/5 Called Allstate 2 separate times - left messages

The times I have been able to reach him he mentioned that he wanted to try and get me into a smaller rental. I informed him that I would be willing to make that work, if it would be thought the same company (***). I told him that I am live here in Arizona alone and it would be easiest to switch rental vehicles through the same company. He said he should be able to make that work. I informed him that I was still being charged for the *** rental at this point and he said that he would talk with State Farm (my insurance company) to see what they have paid so far and he would set up the billing through Allstate so I wouldn't be charged. However I am still being charged for the rental and today (3/25) I received a call from *** saying that t

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or frustration he may have experienced in this matter.

I was a passenger involved in a vehicle accident June of 2017 and accepted services at *** that required medical treatment on June 29, 2017. I did accumulate medical bills that were primarily covered by Allstate Insurance with the exception of one bill. The claim number with Allstate Insurance is ***. *** is charging me with the bill and that has an outstanding balance of $125.00 that was not covered by Allstate Insurance. Instead of Allstate Insurance covering the bill Aurora charged my medical insurance at the time which was *** Health Care. *** Health Care was not even suppose to pay 1 cent out of this accident. I am NOT getting a resolution with Allstate Insurance although I did produce the necessary documentation for them to follow up with the proper parties to pay on the remaining balance. After submitting documentation proving there is a $125.00 balance SHOWING the description of the charges for what services were accepted for medical treatment, Craig just responded with "I am still not seeing a charge for what it would be for. All the numbers listed on the paperwork do not add up to the $125.00 I need notes/clarification on what the $125.00 is for."
There is a very clear breakdown of the services provided with the fees.

On 01/21/19 @ 11:19 AM, I was involved in a car accident. My car was inoperable and It had to be towed. I have towing insurance through Allstate & an extended *** through ***, which covers towing as well. I contacted *** to have my vehicle towed and they were unable to provide me with a service for 4 hours. I was instructed, by Bonnie, to find my own towing co. and they would reimburse me. Bonnie informed me of the process for being compensated for my tow and asked that I send a letter stating "I tried to get my car towed, spoke with Bonnie, had to provide my own towing company & need to be reimbursed". She asked that I send a copy of my receipt along with the letter to ***. I then proceeded to contact *** and they invoiced me $196.00. Allstate covered their portion of $100.00, however, *** will not cover their portion. My car has been towed by *** Solution numerous times prior to and after 01/21/19 and they have always covered their portion in the past. I was informed by Clara/Manager, *** that they typically send out their contracted towing co., payment is extracted by *** and then Allstate will pick up the balance. In this case, the process was reversed and Clara said she was unfamiliar with the refund policy and that she would have to escalate the matter to her manager and she would call me back in an hour. She never called back, therefore, prompting my numerous calls to *** speaking with Stephanie (x2135), Jennifer/Supervisor, Brandon/Supervisor (x8639) & leading up to John (3/25/19 @ approx. 4:15 PM), who called me rude, ignorant & would not transfer me to a manager after his verbal abuse. He informed me that it was late in the day and a manager is not available to speak with.
In closing, I am requesting to be compensated $96.00 that was promised to me. Please help.

Thank you in advance for your services,
Angela

Thank you for forwarding Ms. concern to our office. Customer concerns are important to us and we appreciate the opportunity to address them. A check in the amount of $727.59 was issued to Ryan *** instead of going to my mom or the body shop that was going to fix the vehicle. My mom, Dale ***, supposedly had a 3 conversation with the adjustor, Ryan, and herself. My mom states she didn't give permission for the check to be given to Ryan; Allstate claims otherwise. Long story short, Ryan has $727.59 of my mom's money and a vehicle that still needs to be fixed.
The claim # is via Allstate. The police report # is via the Forsyth County Police Dept. The adjustor is Alysha *** at the following number: The check to Ryan was issued on 10/13/18 and cashed on 10/18/18. Dol was 7/11/18. I have POA for my mom and am therefore filing this for her.

I have been with Allstate Insurance for over 35 years. I filed a claim in 2016, hail damage to my roof. 15 out of 25 homes in my neighborhood have had their roofs replaced by their insurance companies, not Allstate.
Allstate refused to replace my roof. As a result of the roof damage, water damaged the inside of my house, the adjuster agreed repairs were required. Allstate has not paid the claim that was filed in 2016.
I have been with this company for 35 years too long.
Allstate rates a -5 stars

On 12/19/2018, I was involved in a car accident where I was rear ended, which then caused me to propel forward and hit the car in front of me. This resulted in my car to be rendered a total loss, and the individual who hit me accepted 100% liability at the site of the accident. At this time, I was working with Nicholas Johnson from the Allstate claims department to get everything resolved. I was told that I would have to pay for my own rental car out of pocket even though I was not at fault. I did this for 2 weeks but ended up buying a cheap car for $700 in the meantime as this was taking way longer than I imagined it would and costing me way more money than I ever imagined for something that was completely out of my hands. When I was told the amount I would recieve for my totaled car, it was thousands less than what my car was worth. Allstate told me that my car was totaled prior to when I bought my car in 2015, and that it had a “Salvaged” title, meaning that my claim cost reimbursement was significantly reduced. When I purchased my car, I was issued a clean title from the State of MN and my car came back clean from car fax, so I had no idea where they got this information. 2 months later, I reached out to The Department of Commerce as Allstate was refusing to work with me. After they conducted an internal investigation, it was confirmed that the title of my car was CLEAN (& not SALVAGED) prior to my purchase of my car in 2015. The Dept of Commerce has been trying to work with Allstate for the past 2 months to correct this issue, however it appears that Allstate is going to go by whatever internal website they use over the State of Minnesota. It has been 4 months since my car was totaled and I was not at fault, I have spent $1,300 of my own money just for transportation in the time being, with still no answers as to how this claim will be resolved.

Allstate is the worst home insurance company of today and of my 20 years that ive been paying them to insure my home I have had nothing worth sharing as far as trying to repair my house . Of all the claims that I have claimed it becomes a struggle to get the funds to repair ,for instance my roof has had numerous hail damaged areas and inspections over and over and I had to repair it myself . I had to re-lace the roof with out of pocket cost due to the damage it was causing inside the ceiling due to leaks.

We had damaging high wind that blew our shingles and decking off the roof. We contacted Allstate and they gave us an estimate Replacement cost total of $8,039.45. They state that the Replacement cost value customer portion is $3027.56. said that this was a 30yr roof and since only been on several years that this cost is our cost. then, we have our $2500 ded. so they say we owe everything except they will pay $2511.00. Really'? Why do we pay for insurance if they are not going to pay when we need them?

A payment was supposedly issued on 3/13 for this claim in the amount of 369.03 I believe and email was received stating so from Allstate. The email stated it is in process and a second email would be sent from *** when funds are available or sent. It is now 3/15, two days after, no such email received. I've called numerous times since, calls made from 3/13 until today, 3/15, no resolution to the matter. Initial claim rep stated a second email was supposed to have been received on my end from ***/***, subsequent reps referred me to my claim rep, Tammy ***, whom does not return calls or emails and is difficult to reach over the phone. Calls made today again referred me back to Tammy, one rep stated another check was sent today despite an email received stating duplicate check was stopped when I have not received payment. Needless to say, service received by Allstate is poor to say the least and this is another reason I have switched to another insurance company, aside from a denied renters claim. The renters claim was denied as the adjuster referred to my landlord whom does not fix anything, the items damaged include a shower door and towel rack which were purchased myself and installed when I moved in several years ago. Again, that adjuster by the name of Robert ***, also does not return messages. The damage occurred due in part to mold and I believe Allstate closed claim in error

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because:

I reviewed response provided to Connecticut Dept of Insurance, the matter is still unresolved. The renters claim was closed out despite the information I provided stating the items were purchased myself and landlord will not fix or reimburse for. The issue concerning payment on auto claim is still ongoing, no payment received to date, the adjuster does not reply or return calls. This is the same for adjuster whom was handling the renters claim, a Robert ***, he has not replied to any messages.

Sincerely,

Robert

This is by far the WORST insurance company I have EVER dealt with PERIOD!! I was rearended 2/12/19 by another AllState insured driver my truck endured $1,871 and more in damage rear support and frame cracked along with the muffler and piping underneath having to be replaced. Sure they fixed that but not my engine which had 3 broken motor mounts and plus damaged front suspension Allstate blamed it on me and told me my truck is old. MY TRUCK WAS FINE BEFORE THIS LADY HIT IT FROM BEHIND!! I was offered myself and my mother $300 each. That is the MOST RIDICULOUS BODILY INJURY OFFER I HAVE EVER HEARD OF IN MY LIFE! They need to be sued for Bad Faith in a class action for the STRESS they cause on customers especially they're own not to mention I also was insured by Allstate not just the at fault driver. I don't understand why they're still in business and no lawsuit has been filed for Bad Faith cause once u start the claim you are obviously NOT IN GOOD HANDS when they OWE you. As long as you paying them you fine. This company is GREEDY!!! STAY AWAY!!!

DO NOT TRUST ALLSTATE! One of their drivers rear ended me, during the repair process I get a call from Enterprise (who they arranged the rental through) saying they charged me 600 dollars because Allstate would not return their calls. Allstate is arguing with me about paying it because it took more than 30 days to fix my car.

I WAS NOT AT FAULT. How is it my problem that some mn you insured did more damage to my car than could be fixed in 30 days?

Worst insurance company ever, wouldn't trust them to insure a slug.

dropped them after they increased my cost - no notice - no claims of any kind -- only response when asked was a general raise for everyone --- company I am with now hs a better Revdex.com review and cost is actually below what I was paying allstate

Ralph ***, Regional Sales Leader, at Allstate Insurance is demonstrating unethical practices by not covering my car rental while my car was being repaired after their 100% at fault insured driver nearly totaled my vehicle. Ralph *** at phone # is denying my full car rental from the accident on 11/6/18. It's been over 4 months and I haven't received a dime from Allstate. They need to pay my *** Rental Car Invoice of $1,560,79 immediately. Ralph *** has excluded, in writing, the *** Car rental coverage from 11/26/18 to 12/3/18. I have recorded phone calls on 11/28/18 from Nicole at Allstate at asking for *** Collision Center's phone #. I called Nicole back at 9:34am on 11/28/18 giving *** Collision's phone # of . On 11/30/18 I received a call from Andree *** at Allstate at asking for the same *** Collision Center's phone #. I called Andree *** back at 11:15am and gave *** Collision's # again. On 12/3/18 Brandy *** from Allstate called from asking for *** Collision's phone #. When I called back I reached Robin *** at Allstate to give *** Collision's phone # for 4th time. When I asked Robin *** to repeat the phone # she repeated it wrong. When I asked, "aren't you typing this phone # in'" She replied she has not typed it in. On 12/3/18 Quierra *** at Allstate called from asking for *** Collision's phone #. I called Quierra *** back on my recorded line and repeated *** Collision's # again. THIS IS UNETHICAL.

This is an underhanded insurance company. Do not deal with Allstate. Someone insured by Allstate hit my wifes car, and they delayed the whole process repeatedly. We had to get a rental while it was in the shop and now they won't reimburse us for the whole rental. We have $650 in losses right now, for an accident we did not cause. When I called them about them owing us money they refused to reimburse the full amount and they were very unprofessional. When I asked to talk to someone higher up they put me on hold for 45 minutes trying to get me to hang up, and then the rep told me he was going to have to send me to voicemail because his supervisor was "still busy". I told him I would wait however long and he tried to force me to go to voicemail. When I resisted, the supervisor magically became available. This is absolutely disgusting behavior. You are not "in good hands" with Allstate. Do not trust them with your insurance needs. I will not be satisfied until they pay my wife the money they owe her.

On Thursday the 28th, I was involved in an accident with an individual who has Allstate as their insurance. The other party was cited and accepted liability on scene, stating that she was so sorry and she would be sire my vehicle got taken care of. Police report was filed and citation was given to other party. In general, the accident was fairly minor in comparison to what it could have been. My front passenger side wheel (tire and after market rim) were damaged to the point where it needs to be replaced, along with the rear panel & front fender (both passenger side).
Simple enough, right? NO.
This is day 6, going on day 7 & Allstate will not accept liability yet and will not reference the police report . 6 Days of renting a vehicle out of our own pocket.
6 days of arguments with Allstate regarding the wheel.
The wheel (rim) in question, is not manufactured anymore. The field adjuster told us "Well you should have thought about having after market parts on your car!" "We will give you a different rim" "It's not MY fault that you had after market rims on your vehicle"

Its not. BUT hey, its not my fault that I was involved in an accident where your insured hit me either. That's what insurance is for. To get vehicles back to the pre-accident condition.

Providing me with a different rim would A) not restore it to previous condition & B) Be horrible for the car balance.
Telling me that I will have to purchase 4 new rims, is just outrageous. If Allstate is unable to provide a matched rim, then they will be responsible for restoring it by providing 4 rims similar to my aftermarket rims of like kind.

It wasn't my fault I was in an accident. It't not my fault that I have after market products on my vehicle. Insurance is there to help people, not make the situation worse.

A resolution would include but not limited to: a matched rim to my current set or 4 new matching rims.

My car was totaled by an Allstate insured driver on January 3, 2019. I was not at fault! Allstate has dragged this out, and as of today, March 4, 2019, my claim is still not settled.

Allstate has provided documents which I was to complete and each time I provided the necessary information, they demanded MORE information.

I have received phone calls from agents telling me to provide more information AFTER the information had been provided, and this was from more than one agent. In other words, there is no coordination. An agent even called me to tell me that I needed to contact the body shop to tell them to provide more information and photographs of my car...isn't this the job of the agent?!!!

There was a major problem with getting return phone calls from the Portland office. As of today, I've yet to receive official notification of the settlement amount!!!!

This has been the most stressful experience with an auto I've had ever!!! TRUST ME! YOU ARE NOT IN GOOD HANDS WITH ALLSTATE!!!!

ther party's insurance company should be nicer, more proactive, and more professional to accident victims. We are disgusted with Allstate Insurance and their agents. Keep your distance from all Allstate insured drivers or you will end up a victim. We had a difficult time with the other at fault party and their insurance carrier, Allstate. The other party tried to run. Fortunately we had a witness, dash cam, and took photos immediately. We were assigned to Krystal after the first agent was rude, abrasive, and incompetent. She does have a nice voice and demeanor, but is equally incompetent. She did not provide all information necessary. We had to contact, ask constantly for basic information that should be automatically provided. This is their business they do every day, so it should not be so hard to process claims. The adjuster she sent was equally rude, argumentative, and incompetent. This was our car their insured damaged, but they acted like they owned it and made all the decisions. By law, the consumer has many choices and rights. Allstate is one of those insurance companies that bullies victims, pulls every trick, nasty tactic, and makes everything very difficult to discourage and victimize the damaged party at every step of the way. This is third experience in five years with their accident prone insured. On the day we took the vehicle to shop and were to get a comparable rental car per Krystal, but we discovered Krystal DID NOT do her job. The rental agency had no information to rent us a car. We called and left three messages, texted her twice on her direct line, but she never returned the calls or texts. Finally we got another agent at Allstate who assisted us, but our information provided to Krystal was not in the system. We had to provide all the information again. Krystal is unprofessional and incompetent. It delayed us one hour at the rental car agency. The car that was "approved" was severely inferior to our damaged car. It was the worst car on Enterprise Annapolis MD lot. It was also unsafe. See review that business. It was a difficult to transition to basically an unclean, unsafe, very low end rental car. Every rental customers nightmare come true. The shop estimated a repair time frame, as long as Allstate did not delay the "real" estimate of repairs needed to restore vehicle to pre-accident condition. More to follow on that. Allstate and it's employees are very unprofessional, incompetent, and borderline illegal in the way they conduct themselves. Unfortunately not even a change in management, personnel, and re-training could fix this broken business.

Good Morning:

I am sending this email on behalf is my parents who are not very tech savvy she to the mishandling of their claim with Allstate.

Dad talked to Arlo ***, first rep. Then he was transferred to Larry *** of loss prevention. Accident happened on January 10th 2019. Accident was their insured fault who incidently totaled two vehicles.

Contact was initiated by Cornell *** on Jan 28 2019...AllState never reached out. Jan 29 2019 Car (Our 2015 Rogue) was taken Allstate Body Shop-Service King. Feb 5 2019 Car was totaled out.
Feb 7 2019 Advised Rental due back. Parents are elderly, and rely on that vehicle in the dead of winter, snow and ice storms and have to get to work. Mind you during this time NO FUNDS have been received to go purchase another car. They request to speak with District and Regional Managers due to the unrealistic request. No one provide assistance, contact information or a return call for appeal. They reside in the Chicagoland area and this winter is brutal... Especially these last couple months.
Feb 19 Check was received.
Feb 20 We were charged $435 for the rental.

Due to weather condition, age, health and overall inconvenience, 7days should be given once checked is received. So they can get to the dealership and purchase another vehicle.

Respectfully,

The *** Family

I've been an Allstate customer for years and have had a good experience but recently made the decision to switch to another company. When I called my local agent, Guy ***, to alert him, he became audibly irritated and I found myself in a high pressure retention situation. When I continued to express my desire to end my policy due to switching agencies, the conversation ended shortly after and my policy was cancelled on 2/13/19. My agent did not verify if cancelling my policy on that date is what I wanted and if he had, I would have specified that what I wanted was to not renew my policy when the time came which would have been on 2/20/19. I thought that he and I were on the same page and did not realize that my policy has been cancelled and that I was without insurance until 2/15/2019 when I called Allstate to alert them that I has just been in an accident that totaled my car. I thought my insurance would be in place until 2/20/19 since I had paid up to that date and did not know they had refunded me the money for the last week of policy because it did not post to my checking account until 2/15/19. When I realized that there had been a miscommunication about my policy, Allstate was unwilling to work with me to remedy the situation and I am now saddled with paying for all accident-related expenses out of pocket. Having been an Allstate customer for a long time, I'm shocked by what has transpired and feel abandoned in my time of need.
