My fiance purchased my engagement ring with this company when they were advertising there holiday sixty percent off site-wide sale. He ordered a .35 carat, grade D, VS1, Excellent cut round diamond. When he received the item he noticed that it didn't come along with paperwork or the certification. He went to have it appraised at Freber's Jewelry Feb. ***, and the appraisal was shocking. It listed the weight of the diamond to be .33 carat, the color "H" Grade, and the clarity "I." We tried to contact Allurez by phone repeatedly for the following few days and failed to get a representative on the line. It was endless ringtone followed by a disconnection after one minute and eighteen seconds. Finally, I sent an email stating my issues, and Simona left a voicemail the following day, and told me to call back if I still had concerns. Again, I tried the ###-###-#### twelve times to no prevail, and then called the number that she called me on ###-###-####. Finally, I got Simona on the phone. I

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The company's (Allurez) statement intros case that they have "gone above and beyond to keep [redacted] as a satisfied customer..." is inaccurate The company in this case has steadfastly held to a position that refunds were not accepted after thirty (30) days for the order, not the final delivery of said items In this case as I explained to the company and the Revdex.com, the final items were received nearly days for the original order and upon receipt and inspection were determined not to be satisfactory I promptly notified the company through it's several layers of representatives very close the expiration of the days from order window, without a satisfactory response I was never offered a partial refund (refund minus a restocking fee) as is customary with some retailers I asked for consideration since the circumstances of the purchase and eventual delivery were not within a reasonable time Note I paid full price on or about December **, and contacted a company representative, [redacted] on the afternoon of January **, about the desire to return the items Note that the final pieces were not received until Monday afternoon January **, While my issues with the pieces had been previously communicated via email, when the original delivery date of December **, was missed and other pieces were offered that were not what I had ordered.Finally, when I requested escalation of my appeal, I was given the first name only of a another company representative who was to call me however, did not This sequence of events led to my original filing of a complaint with the Revdex.com on January **, As the Revdex.com has the details of my complaint and responses to inquiries, I will not detail them again here.As a customer, who would like to be treated with consideration over this series of events, I do not feel the company (Allurez) has gone above and beyond to keep me satisfied.Thank you for your consideration In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

I ordered a small ring on line from Allurez (a New York based jewelry retailer) on 317 for $400, which I charged to a credit card. When I got the ring, it was not what I thought it was from the photo, so I contacted Allurez to send me a [redacted] return label. I spoke to a woman (Cheryl) who assured me that they could create the ring I wanted (to match another ring) and so I sent her a photo of my ring and the specs of the stones (diamonds and pink sapphires). They then quoted me $690 to duplicate my ring, and I then paid the difference to “upgrade” to the new ring on 317. I received the ring sometime in May and gave it as a gift to my sister. Within 2 months one of the stones fell out. I contacted Allurez on 6/ [redacted] to see how to get the ring repaired? I was instructed to ship it back to them, which I did on 617. The repaired ring was delivered to me on 8/*/17 and I gave the gift back to my sister. Two days later, another stone fell out! She was very upset and then took h

I initiated one contact with the Allurez customer service supervisor. The purpose of my contact was to ensure that they were aware that I had successfully disputed the credit card transactions regarding this purchase and that my money had been refunded to me. I asked for a Return Material Authorization so that I could send the ring back to them. The supervisor declined to issue the RMA and said that their accounting department was disputing the refund, that I should hold onto the ring and that they would be in contact with me. It has been weeks and I have not heard from them.Allurez has yet to acknowledge that they did not provide the ring that I orderedI had the ring professionally appraised and the diamonds were 1/of the advertised weight and 1/the weight of the diamonds in the "so called" appraisal that they sent me.Allurez has never entertained any discussion of their so called day return policy. They will not acknowledge the date of purchase of the ring in question (it was purchased as a $745 upgrade from a prior ring that was returned because the stones were tiny) and insist that the day return policy starts from the date of purchase of the first ring. I was not even in possession of the current ring at the time that they claim the day return expired.

I purchased a diamond ring in November, It was a Christmas present that was given on 12/**/ Within a couple of months diamonds started falling out of the settingI returned the ring, but they would only offer a repair at that timeThey assured me that the ring was good quality and that I should not have any issuesThe ring continues to lose diamondsI have requested an exchange, but they have refused I wear this ring along with my other diamond wedding set everydayMy other diamond bands, purchased from a different company and which are very similar have had no issues

If a diamond will not be sent with the certificate then you should not advertise on the website every diamond is accompanied by a certificate. You have completely failed to address the issue of the appraisal value changing and are apparently unable or unwilling to provide any detail as to how you arrived at the value of the ringThe independent jeweler did not damage or cause any blemishes on the ring you need to stop blaming others for your workThe bottom line is the ring arrived with several issues even after your "multiple" jewelers inspected it. As I have previously stated and provided evidence for the ring was not stamped 14kYou can state the stamp was there as much as you want but the fact remains even under magnification both the independent jeweler and myself were not able to locate a stamp. The ring was missized as shown on the photographs previously submittedThe blemishes in question were noted by the jeweler prior to them doing any work on it and were corrected by themPlease do not try to pass blame onto others for your mistakesThis complaint has been going on for months and you have only tried to dodge the issuesI am again requesting why are you unable to justify the value provided in the appraisal? You need to reimburse me for expenses associated with sizing the ring and repairing it as noted on the receipt from the independent jewelerI release you feel the amount charged by them was more than it would have cost you to size it but by the time you paid for shipping both ways and had your jeweler work on it the difference should not be too great. I would like to resolve this issues on both our ends and just asking you at least try to work with me rather than pass the blame onto others
