I ordered a ring on 12/*/and have contacted Allurez times and each time they told me they were going to ship my ring, they have notI have been trying to contact them for the last days at their number and they have not even answered their own customer service numberI would like them to ship my ring immediately or return my money immediately so I can get my wife another ring in time for ChristmasOrder #***

I ordered a diamond from their website and days later, they charged my credit cardThe 5th day, they sent me an email telling me that the stone I bought was not availableI asked to be reimbursed (because they did not have the product they sold me) but they refused offering me another diamond and described the specifications to meI asked to see the GIA report and discovered that it was nothing like what they told me...in fact it was a much lower quality diamond...and when I told them that they lied and that it was misrepresentation, they tried to make me believe that the differences were typo errors !
Now, after numerous emails in which I have asked them times to reimburse me, they are still stalling trying to sell me a different product that I don't want
They charged me 092.00$ for something they don't have and refuse to give me back my money

Allurez has fixed my problems with my ring

I purchased a ring from Allurez website on Nov**, 2017, and was quoted that the ring would ship in 5-days from date of purchaseI have been charged for the ringNow it has been weeks and Allurez has still not shipped the ringI have sent several emails and made several phone calls to the company without this issue being resolvedI even asked to cancel the order as the company has not been able to confirm they will ship the ring, which they have refused to doI have paid several hundred dollars for a product that was supposed to be shipped weeks ago - and there is no foreseeable resolution with this company
